'glare pain' to the eyes! Colours look normal! It should be sold in supermarkets and hardware stores. I've got a box of bulbs collected over ten years trying to find the equivalent of 100w that didn't feel like flouro or hurt my eyes, now going in the bin. This LiquidLED bulb is the bomb. Can't comment on the other bulbs they sell, but this one I can highly recommend. Great for older people with eyesight issues and also people who are sensitive to LED light. ***PLEASE LiquidLEDs, start making these 11W dimmable warm frosted bulbs in a B22 (bayonet fitting) too, so I don't have to get my lamp holders in other rooms changed

You cannot use these lights the way they are intended. The Smartlife app or the Tuya app severely limits the capability of these lights. For example you cannot create a scene like a Christmas scene and 'save it' for later use. I have sent many messages to Liquid-leds and are getting lame responses. I have tried phoning and again coming up short with a message service. These are expensive lights and I would like a refund.

They put the A in Amazing! – Cannot recommend Liquid LEDs enough!!! We placed an order for 30m of festoon lights at 50cm apart spacing and our order included the 60x bulbs as well, we live in WA and our order arrived in less than a week! Upon delivery we we had 1x smashed bulb out of the 60 in our order and the company immediately sent a replacement!!! Phenomenal!!! Abysmal customer service – I purchased 10 x of these bulbs and they arrived by post in packaging with no bubble wrap inside to protect them - unsurprisingly consequently 2 of them arrived broken in transport. When I notified LiquidLeds of this, I received the following condescending and arrogant response: “ As you know, you have purchased fragile items, and we make every… Read more

effort to ensure they are packaged securely. Nevertheless, there are instances where parcels may be mishandled during transit. Given the nature of our products, we offer insurance to all customers; however, it seems that you opted not to include this option in your order. Consequently, we regret that we cannot issue a replacement.”

Contrary to the suggestion that they: “make every effort to ensure they are packaged securely” they were delivered by post bag with the bulbs inside a box that had paper invoice stuffed in one corner to stop them sliding around and a handful of foam tubes on the bottom of the box that were a laughable attempt at cushioning them. There was no bubble wrap or cushioning of any kind for the bulbs themselves that were wrapped in clear plastic. Unsurprisingly, two broke in the Aus Post transport they arranged. The above response is very disappointing in the circumstances and I will not be buying from this supplier again.

Great service and reliable bulbs – Bought two B22 and two E27 LED dimmable clear bulbs and they worked perfectly with my dimmers and light fixtures, no flickers! Michael was my contact and while I had a hiccup with delivery due to delay with the courier, he went above and beyond to organize with postal service so I received my products quickly. Horrendous, non existent customer service & terrible logistics – Ordered some Festoon lights (60 Meters) on 24th November in preparation for a party I was hosting on 18th December, I thought plenty of time Originally I had them listed for delivery to my PO Box to ensure safe and easy delivery, the owner then emailed me and said they use a courier rather than australia post for larger orders (presumably cheaper… Read more

Two delivery “attempts” (they didn’t attempt, but claimed to) later, I get another email asking for a different address, once again, I comply and provide another address

By this time the owner was aware of the requirement of them arriving by 18th December - I flag that they seek to be lost as the package was not moving on tracking and I get a response “ I want to assure you that your package has not been lost.” followed by “ I understand the urgency of your situation, as you are hosting a party this weekend. Rest assured, I am doing everything possible to ensure your festoons are delivered immediately.”

Well, low and behold, even with me offering to collect from a depot myself, I now have no festoon lights for my event, and unable to arrange others in this period of time, so the space is completely ruined thanks to the incompetence of this company and them not valuing customers enough to pay for quality shipping, instead choosing the cheapest method possible

To say I am disappointed is an understatement - this company has single handed ruined my event for 50+ people.

The icing on the cake? No compensation offered, not “still take the lights and we’ll give you half of the price refunded as a gesture we are sorry” - just a cold and heartless email where they pass blame onto others and say there’s nothing they can do.

Do yourself a favour and purchase from a more trustworthy company.

Abysmal service with terrible/faulty quality product – Faulty product, terrible customer service, terrible troubleshooting, and poorly translated installation instructions. I've spend more time going back and forth with parts to replace a faulty product which has cost me more than the already over priced product. Also sent a spare 240v lamp for 24v lights - not sure there is quality control anywhere in the business. DO NOT RECOMMEND

realized the article stated it was OK to use the LED bulbs I had in the fixture HOWEVER, I still wanted a expert to say yes you can bc this is a very OLD lamp and I did not want to destroy it. You can't even find 25w bulbs anymore (or at least not where I live). I saw a chat thing in the corner saying something like "have a question" and I did so I clicked it. In the chat I simply wanted confirmation on what I read to make sure I was not going to blow my fixture. The only response I got was you will have to return to the store/or speak to the store where they were purchased for help. ZERO help b/c I tried that already but they were closed for the night. I just wanted to have some freaking light in my DARK hallway and wanted to know can I or NOT. Simple question and they could not even answer it. Waste of time. I want to be clear the person WAS NOT RUDE, it is just why have that help button there? The article is on your site, it was a simple question unless this was just a sales dude who knew nothing. Not the person to be running the chat.

Great Product, even better service – Have 4 strings of lights in our function area. Work brilliantly, and very flexible with the app. Soooo many colours. One set had a fault after 12 months, but with a 2 year warranty, we had peace of mind. Customer service is paramount in the we situations, and the team were friendly, efficient and prompt at arranging a replacement. LiquidLED's A great review – The website is good to navigate and its easy to order. Tracking & comms from start to finish. I have made 3 orders and all have been spot on. The globes are exactly what I wanted and I was able to co-ordinate the whole unit with complementary lighting. Simple eco secure packaging, not over done. I won't buy globes from anywhere else now.

Prompt delivery and excellent after sales service – Ordered a number of items and all arrived within a few days. We had some trouble setting up one of the items and the service agent (Michael) was thorough and attentive with the trouble shooting. After purchasing product they said it was my problem when these LED globes blew. 'DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY' – Product worked well for over 5 weeks and one failed. Product failed again and then on the 3rd time it failed on the product they recommended from their website. This was with a details of where these were going to replace Halogen globes, they said that they don't take responsibility for their me purchasing these globes. Stunning difference LED lights make – Slowly changing house over from halogen to LED. Difference is unbelievable. Power usage is slashed to 20% of what the halogens were using but the brightness is greatly increased. Had one faulty globe. Notified them and they are sending a replacement immediately. Great product. Great service. One improvement would be reduction in email notifications. Each order generates about 10 delivery notifications. Show details

3 out off 5 light bulbs defect within 6 months – I bought 5 x B15Small Bayonet Cap Candle Dimmable Filament LED Bulb 2700K Warm White 6Watt. That was 6 months ago and today the third of the 5 failed. That's over 50% failure rate after half a year. The bulbs are in a chandelier with has open well-ventilated light fittings, so there was no overheating due to the light fitting. Show details
