This place is so bad I ordered something for my Samsung fridge in January, ring them 4 times now as we havent received it to be told that it should of been send months ago, got told they would refund the money cause they didnt order it, I would give this no stars if i could, I'm stilling waiting on a refund and this is now 4 months all up shocking go somewhere eles

absolutely nothing. No email, no confirmation, no invoice.

A few days later, I followed up. Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot at the time of payment, which captured the order number. Using that order number, I contacted them and received a response from someone named [Name Removed], who advised that it would take 6–12 days for the goods to arrive at their store before being posted to me.

After 12 days had passed with no updates or communication, I emailed them again. [Name Removed] replied saying he would check with the supplier and get back to me, but provided no further details. I never heard back.

At that point, I became concerned that this may be a scam and requested a refund. Since then, I have received no response at all and no refund at the time of writing this review.

Based on my experience, I strongly suggest staying away from this business. Dealing with them has cost me time, effort, and unnecessary inconvenience

The absolute worst company to deal with. Avoid like the plague. I am currently awaiting to receive a refund for parts that were paid in full and never received the goods or even a receipt. A very dodgy company that I believe drop ship everything. There are many more reputable appliance companies only. Avoid!

Non delivery of item after 18 days – I have order Robot Coupe Plunger on 30 Sep 2024. There was no communication from them. On 18 Oct 2024 when I called them they response was it is not in stock and they have placed an order with Robot Coupe. I suggested them to be responsive and timely communication. There was no response and person over the phone was not apologetic at all. One quick thing they did is that they refunded in 5 minutes. Very terrible service.

negative reviews. It must be hard to keep track of 1000s of parts and 100s of orders especially for a smallish business. My order was fulfilled satisfactorily. It would be helpful if the business gave some early feedback so customers would know when to expect their order. Not knowing what's happening creates plenty of space for feelings of being scammed when it is in fact a legitimate business.

Lismore appliances fixed stove as discussed – Booked on Friday to have dual fuel stove fixed. Not notified of the time the Electrician was booked. I rang early Monday was given the time of booking which was that afternoon. Electrician fixed the gas top and electric stove. $200 call out and $90 for parts. Cheaper than a new one. He was here for over 1 and 1/2 hours. I had no problems. Lost a star for not notifying me of the booked time. Show details

Reliable and good customer service – We bought a reconditioned stove and had issues with the unit switching itself off. I praise the patience and reliability of the staff at Lismore appliances with doing numerous visits to resolve the issue. completely ignored. When I called the business I spoke to another person who has (we will see) rectified the issue, internal governance. This still doesn’t explain why I was completely ignored for seven emails! Don’t give yourself the stress. Deal with somebody else.

cancel the order, while later that afternoon I got a call from someone there asking me to clarify my delivery address - where I replied that I'd already requested the order to be cancelled. The gent apologized and said he'd refer to the email. Then on the 25th I received a notification from Aus Post saying a consignment was being prepared, followed the next day by a notification saying the parcel is on its way with expected delivery by July 2nd (regular post with tracking). Meanwhile the other company I bought the item from received my order on the 18th, shipped the next day and it was delivered on the 20th by Express Post - StarTrack (and all for cheaper than Lismore Appliances charged)! Don't buy from Lismore Appliances if you need parts promptly.

Just add to the big list of negative comments for this scamming pack of ..........! Yes they say its booked with a courier company and hasn't even been picked up. Been over a month now and still no comms or emails from this mob. Will not shop here ever again and would strongly advise other consumers to avoid this company. My order took over 2 months to arrive only to find it incomplete and incorrect. In getting in contact with them they refused to reply to any of my emails bar 1 of them and then refused to accept that their website had incorrectly advertised the item.

the company representative says she can't find her glasses and can't help you, 'at the moment'. You persist, and she finally agrees to refund your money. Your money is not refunded. 4. Service does not match their recorded message – I would recommend that you do NOT use this company. Failure to deliver required part in reasonable time or provide an accurate estimate of ETA. Different reasons given by different employees for failure which suggests they have no idea of what is actually happening and are making it up on the spot. Worst company in history – absolutely the worst experience dealing with these amateurs. They don't take any responsibilty for their poor service. They'll take your money but no product arrives. No one answers the phone. I've waited 5 weeks only living an hour from their warehouse then they offer refund and accounts don't answer the phone to refund you.

Scammers. Avoid them – I also got scammed by this company. Bought a spare part from them and they sent me something completely different. It's how they operate. They send whatever random stock they have as they know its a pain to have to send it back to them.. Reported to Bank and will open a consumer protection case with them

No communication, no product – Ordered and paid for a product, Received confirmation of order then nothing... After 2 weeks, I did a quick Web search and found all these reviews.. Sent them an email stating if I didn't have an update in 7 days I wanted a refund. Still nothing. Started a claim with PayPal to get my money back.. still nothing. One day before PayPal was due to take control, I got my refund. Still no communication from the company though.

This buisness has items on their page as if they are in stock and you can add them to cart,They take your money and give no updates at all until you chase them just for them to tell you they werent in stock and are discontinued all along weeks and weeks later . Fridge repair – I will never use them again. Booked a repair in & no-one showed up. Phoned to ask where they were and was told they had no record of the booking. No communication at all. When they did show up the next day their young Tech was very polite.

Poor communication but did receive order – Placed an order, received the automated “Your order has been received” email and nothing since. Their website claim of “We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience” is not backed up at all. Not giving your customers any information regarding their order is not good customer service and very far from exceptional.
