On communication with the company, was offered a refund, but only if I return at my own cost. Its weight would obviously make that uneconomical! I contacted their customer service multiple times about the missing part and the poor quality, but they have completely stopped responding to my emails. At this point, it feels like they’re deliberately ignoring my concerns.
I have reported them to Afterpay for investigation and encourage anyone who got scammed by this company to do the same. This kind of business practice is unacceptable, and it feels like a scam. If you’re considering buying from Litfad, I strongly recommend you think twice. Save your money and your sanity.

original item was sent poorly packaged, so much so that half the parts where broken. Thecompany was good enough to send replacements parts, however, now that I did receive the replacement parts and invested the time to put the piece of furniture together, I am dumfounded as to how they can seriously provide such garbage for sale internationally. Even the new parts are defective.
They charged me $270 Australian dollar for piece that is poorly designed, with amateur precision and build techniques which I just have no words to describe..... and built from the cheapest material imaginable. In short - The item is garbage.

They were not cheap and they took over six weeks to get to me. I contacted the customer service email to let them know of the terrible quality and my dissatisfaction. I did not want to pay for shipment back. I just wanted to let them know how angry I was. I was not after any kind of refund. They never acknowledged my concerns simply offered me a cheap plastic token ‘gift’.

At one point, they even suggested that I give the incorrect product to a friend or family member instead of offering a proper resolution. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
After several back-and-forth messages, Litfad tried to confuse the issue (“concept swapping”) to avoid providing a refund or replacement. Their handling of this situation shows a lack of responsibility and care for their customers.
When I checked their reputation online, I discovered that many other customers have experienced similar problems — wrong items, poor communication, and refusal to resolve issues.

the inner boards. On 22 of January i claim the replacements. After 1 week of email exchanges, the claims have not been processed yet. I bought a desk for $1000 i only received half of the parts, they refused to acknowledged parts were missing and even tried to gas light me saying that i was being difficult and not accepting their proposed counter offer all whilst not providing me a counter offer.
