The replacement took dozens of emails, I had to remind them their solution was a breach of Australian trade practice and consumer protection laws before it was finally agreed to replace it. It arrived 4 about months from first email in early January advising them of the 1st damaged shipment and refund request. Even the replacement is extremely poor quality and can not be properly assembled with the materials provided. Gaps between the mdf panels means it won’t sit squarely. The panels are scuffed and scratched. It looks nothing like the image on the website. For $540 it‘s appalling. It was supposed to easy to assemble and require no drilling. That wasn’t the case. No indents or holes to put the feet or door hinges into. I wish I‘d read some reviews prior to purchasing.

fit. I am size 7 and my daughter is size 8 as we are 65 and 34 years old, respectively. It was clearly falsely advertised! On communication with the company, was offered a refund, but only if I return at my own cost. Its weight would obviously make that uneconomical! I asked for a partial refund as a compromise but all they keep doing is offering me free lamps or water bottles. I contacted their customer service multiple times about the missing part and the poor quality, but they have completely stopped responding to my emails. At this point, it feels like they’re deliberately ignoring my concerns.
I have reported them to Afterpay for investigation and encourage anyone who got scammed by this company to do the same. This kind of business practice is unacceptable, and it feels like a scam. If you’re considering buying from Litfad, I strongly recommend you think twice. Save your money and your sanity.

crooked. Stay as far away as you can is my reccomendation. Consequently Litfad assure me that PU Leather is the same as real leather. My word. what strangers from the truth they are. "Honesty and integrity" are not in their dictionary. Stay away.
Follow-up · Nothing wrong with the chairs at all. However, they were not leather as they were represented, but a plastic substitute. They arrived within an acceptable time frame. For PU leather, they were expensive.

orders free of charge. Third order was correct with the new choice. They sent all express air freight as that’s what I originally paid for. Communication was pretty easy but sometimes it took a day or two for them to reply. I did not ask for a partial refund as I came out ahead with two extra sets.
I bought and paid for a large glass display cabinet. Then I saw all these bad reviews and I thought I lost my money, $1280. I will admit I was getting concerned but a month later I received my order in perfect condition. I feel sorry for anyone that had bad experience. BUT I COULD NOT FAULT THEIR PRODUCT I BOUGHT. the inner boards. On 22 of January i claim the replacements. After 1 week of email exchanges, the claims have not been processed yet. On the contrary, because of the Chinese New Year, they ask me if i can wait for production to start on March 3rd (which then means another at least 40 days for the shipment) -> maybe end of april i get the replacements. Of course i replied to the question that is not acceptable and i don't want to wait until 3rd of March. Look for other companies

original item was sent poorly packaged, so much so that half the parts where broken. Thecompany was good enough to send replacements parts, however, now that I did receive the replacement parts and invested the time to put the piece of furniture together, I am dumfounded as to how they can seriously provide such garbage for sale internationally. They were not cheap and they took over six weeks to get to me. I contacted the customer service email to let them know of the terrible quality and my dissatisfaction. I did not want to pay for shipment back. I just wanted to let them know how angry I was. I was not after any kind of refund. I bought a desk for $1000 i only received half of the parts, they refused to acknowledged parts were missing and even tried to gas light me saying that i was being difficult and not accepting their proposed counter offer all whilst not providing me a counter offer. I ended up throwing it in the bin. Also the picture what i thought i was purchasing was not even close to what i received. This is definitely a scam company.

Litfad doesn't even deserve 1 star . My cabinet is appalling . It came with multiple extra holes drilled that shouldn't be there . They told me this is normal , the holes are reserved & do not need to be installed....Whatever that means ??? Do not waste your money buying their products . Attached are 2 pictures of the holes , but there are actually holes on all sides of the cabinet .
