Little nations ipadTerrible customer service got an ipad not long ago and charger doeant aork and the ipad has not ever been turned on. Trying to charge it since taking it out of the box on Friday and no replacement is being sent out to me. I'm getting needs a fast charger to do so I have done this with 3 different fast chargers and still not working. This is ridiculous and I will not recommend these guys to anyone. They should have a customer service number for assistance but that's not the case. Very poor customer service not happy still pending confirmation of a replacement which no1 is wanting to provide. Disgusting
Blue Kids TabletSeven months ago we bought our son a tablet from Little Nation and a few days ago he, a 5 year old, dropped it from his hands. It fell on the blue protective cover and then fell back onto its back. The screen shattered internally. Screen replacement companies do not provide screens and Little Nation have, in effect, said too bad.
So now we have a useless tablet as the touch screen no longer works.
Just get a Samsung tablet as at least you will be able to get it fixed.

Customer service is a serious issue with this companyThe products might have some minor issues and in the event you need to contact support they're virtually non-existent. Very slow to reply with very unhelpful replies.
One of the other reviewers here also mentioned an issue with a dodgy pedal and it coming off no matter how much you try to tighten it. We had the same bike with the same issue. We went to a bike retailer and purchased a proper compatible set of pedals which immediately fixed the problem.
So the components of these bicycles might be sub par.

The worst part is the fact that these guys have no customer service. Very dismissive, very unhelpful and they make you repeat the same thing over and over again. When purchasing use a payment method that gives you some buyer protection just in case. As if you try to request the refund or return for a genuine valid reason I doubt you'll get your money back with them. It's a shame though since they are a real company with real stock and presence and seem to be doing this for a long time. They just have to get their act in order and change their approach to service. I hope they can make this positive change and I wish them all the best.
Dangerous product, terrible customer serviceI bought this (the classic tricycle) for my son as a gift. It arrived with a cracked and scraped seat, ? used. Didn't think much of it, mistakes happen, asked for a replacement. This took a month to arrive.
Then the handle bar breaks - not a little bit - it SNAPS. My child isn't a crazy height or weight and is within the appropriate age bracket for the product. It was fairly scary when it broke. If we had been on a hill, there would be every chance of an accident. My neighbour is a welder and laughed when he saw it - said the materials were ch... Read moreeap as chips. They then send me the seat replacement again instead of the handle bar! I state again I do not want the new part, I want my money back because I don't trust the product at all to be safe even with new parts - and they state the warranty is for parts only? If the product itself is faulty and dangerous from the start, this shouldn't matter. Keeping in mind I got this in October, and its January. Also keeping in mind this is a product designed for children... These things look great on instagram, but honestly - don't bother. Get a better one, or frankly if you want to chance it, just get something from Kmart or marketplace. I'd like a refund on principle but I'm satisfied to just get the word out.

Great trampoline but terrible customer serviceOrdered 12 ft trampoline for daughters birthday Boxing Day, as promised received prior to Christmas BUT one of the boxes was for a 14 ft trampoline so couldn’t put it together. No phone number so couldn’t call company to rectify, messaged and took over 24 hrs to respond. They did send out the replacement box but didn’t arrive prior to Christmas/birthday, so very disappointed daughter. Ended up receiving replacement box but they sent 2 boxes by mistake? Told delivery driver to leave it on the truck and send it back. 2 weeks later a courier ... Read moreturned up on doorstep for a pickup, had no communication from Little Nation but guessed it was the extra box they had sent out. Communication is awful and they ignore what you say and don’t answer questions that you have asked, very frustrating especially since it takes over 24hrs to even get a response
Kids camera doesn’t workBought a little nation kids camera for my sons birthday. It kept freezing with a gray square on screen from the first use. After contacting little nation, they promised to send another one. After two months and many back and forth, they finally offered a refund but no new camera, as now it has sold out. Such terrible service. Do not buy.

WORST BIKES EVERdo not buy the bikes from little nation. absolutely horrible. upon opening it - the pain completely peeled in basket. then my daughter fell off her bike the first time she used it due to the pedal coming completely off! no matter how much we tighten it, it keeps doing it! then her basket completely fell off as well.
the other bike which is the same model has completely peeled in basket, basket is loose as well as other nuts and bolts. they just aren’t manufactured well at all!!

Ordered a baby balance bikeI purchased a baby balance bike as an early Christmas present opened the box no handlebars were included lol have tried and tried contacting every which way with no response, so I contacted the manager Charlyn through email directly and she also has not responded which I found strange when I contacted her about tracking for another purchase previously she responded straight away, it smells of dodging accountability, two weeks I have tried to resolve this issue, judging from all these recent reviews something fishy is going on. Horrendous. NON-EXISTENT customer serviceIssue with a helmet I purchased for Christmas for my son. They have conveniently made it impossible to contact them. Their customer service is non-existent. No phone number. I was on a live chat with them for over 2 hours and got as far as my order number and opportunity to tell them why I was contacting them. 2 hours later, no response and then the chat just disappeared. I created several ‘tickets’ and have yet to hear back from anyone.
Both items poor quality and faultyPurchased the push trike and also the learning tower. Upon assembly, the step of the learning tower is not even on both sides, one side has a gap and the other does not. The push trike has a wobbly wheel and I’ve been told by customer service this is normal- yet I can’t see anywhere online that anybody else has experienced this and have several friends where the wheels drive straight. Does anyone know how to get in touch with the company?? They told us our Trike had been sent by courier and the courier must of lost it. We than called toll with the tracking number and they said it had never been picked up. Reading the other reviews looks like they are playing games and actually don’t have stock! FML
Hi Little Nation just a simple question have been attempting for days now to find out about the status of a package we ordered a month ago, I have had zero response after trying numerous methods. I sat and watched the online chat response for 2 hours with nothing, please provide some kind of response.
Try sending a messaging via Facebook. I sent a message asking if anyone was monitoring their message thread, when they replied, I asked him about my delivery. That is how I got a reply from them.
