entire process was extremely poor. Responses were slow, unclear, and at times completely unhelpful. I constantly felt like I was being left in the dark with no real updates or urgency shown regarding the damage to my grand daughter vehicle. For something that should have been taken seriously from the beginning, the lack of accountability and customer care was very frustrating.
When customers trust a company with a vehicle like a Toyota Landcruiser, they expect professionalism, transparency, and prompt action when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. Instead, I was met with delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of confidence in the way the situation was managed.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and one I would not wish on others. Based on my experience, I would highly not recommend this company.
Absolutely terrible experience with these guys there website stated that my item would arrive within 10 days nearly 3 weeks later missed my daughter's birthday they charged me 196$ for delivery only to receive a phone call from the delivery company to inform me they don't deliver to my area so I had to travel 100ks to collect my item . Purchased for a Christmas gift, was easy to order, easy pick up and the people at the warehouse assisted with loading, called for help a couple of times regarding order/pick up, customer service was great, they even followed up to make sure all had gone well the next day after pick up. Quality of product is great, as expected, daughter absolutely loves it and battery life is great too.
Best decision I made before having my first baby - this one item has made my life so much easier. Being able to sit on the balcony and have her there, in the lounge or by the bed or even out by the garden. It’s lightweight, versatile, great quality and we absolutely love it and are glad we bought it We also can fit a lounger cushion in it, which makes it easy to move her from the lounge to the bassinet
I absolutely love the baby cosleeper bed! I bought it for my fourth child and regret I didn't get it earlier!! Such a beautiful design and great storage at the bottom! Safe and cozy space for my precious baby to sleep. I love that it can be assembled /disassembled easily and comes with the carry bag and mosquito net too. Best baby product ever!

We were honestly surprised by how good the quality is, it’s much better than we expected. Our baby absolutely loves the music from the Bluetooth speakers, and it’s adorable that she can have her dog in the boot and a cousin sitting next to her. The remote control is very easy to use, which we really appreciate, and the car was fairly easy to put together as well. Overall, such a fun and well-made ride-on, we’re very happy with it!
The hilux arrived in its massive box. The packaging was pretty good. we couldnt contain our excitment when opening. The over all construction was really good and fairly easy to assemble. tip to open the door handles push the button in on the outside handle as that wasnt anywhere in the instructions. Overall great purchase and company to deal with our son absoulety loves his hilux :)
My grandson received his all terrain vehicle for his 5th birthday all he could say was best birthday ever. The vehicle is so well designed and constructed I would recommend over and over
We purchased a quad bike from Little Riders and are really happy with it. It was easy enough to set up, feels sturdy, and looks great. Most importantly, our son absolutely loves it and spends heaps of time riding it around outside. Good quality for the price and a fun way to get kids outdoors. Would happily recommend to other families.
Brought the girls the pink ford, they absolutely love it! Love how it has low and high speed, big sis knows to go low speed when her little sister is in it and enjoys going high speed when she is on her own. Very spacious! Highly recommend.

I bought the Buggy and in less than 3 months the front steering mechanism that holds the front wheels on fell apart. Sent pictures and was told it was my fault and I was responsible for buying the replacement parts. Not impressed as it was hardly used by a 6 year old.
Follow-up · The customer service was ok they did reply. Im happy that i could fix the problem but wasn't really happy paying for the part. The battery and motor seem really good. I was able to assemble resemble easily.

after all the emails and phone calls after neally 2 weeks and been asked to build it with the company knowing full well that it is damaged (photos have been sent ) so now i have a heartbroken grandson that can only now look at it and can't use it. They have not offered to replace it just saying they will send me the part to put it back on. So it won't be covered with warranty, I spent $800 with tractor and a another charger. I am sooo angry I won't be going through this company again.

I purchased the truck and a buggy for both my grandchildren, with numbers of plates of their names and they were over the moon with excitement, absolutely love getting around together, collecting sticks and the like, lots of fun and enjoyment, couldn't be happier with my purchases
So pleased with the little riders 4wd we bought, postage was quick but more expensive than I realised. The option to collect from a store would have good if it were closer to where we are located. Power of the car is awesome very pleased, easy to use and to use remotely. Set up took abit of time but overall this was such a fun and worthwhile purchase for our daughters 2nd birthday.
I own both a bassinet and high chair from this brand. Very affordable, easy to assemble and keep clean. I have recommended to many others to also purchase these items. Customer service is also very prompt, professional and informative.. Highly Recommend, I’m a big fan and so is my baby girl!

realised that the specs for the Toyota Hilux Rugged, 4x4 4WD Ute Licensed Electric Ride On Toy for Kids were different to what they were selling.
The customer service staff were nice enough but they didn't have any knowledge off the ride on vehicles and weren't able to give me any information about how long my refund would take or if they had the advertised Ute in stock at another warehouse. Little Riders AUSTRALIA but you're quite clearly chatting with people outside of Australia.
Item was manufactured poorly, I was told the issue came from an assembly error. I cut and welded the error and have tried to purchase a different unit, now I'm being ghosted and have not received my item or any kind of correspondence from them, Really poor service for a high priced item, please be careful when ordering and if it's not really within the budget, do not take the chance with these people.

until 1:30am trying to get them assembled for Christmas morning. The instructions were abysmal and have clearly been google translated as they don’t make sense, nor properly showed which bolts and screws were which and where they should go. Ended up looking up YouTube and watching videos on how to put them together.
The finished product is a bit on the cheap side which is disappointing from the price but they work well enough and both kids love them and haven’t stopped using them.
