We have a livemor massage chair and aftr pulling it apart because of a strange noise , noticed that one of the plastic cogs is worned out/half of missing . I have tried to searchonline for spare parts but there is no official website . From where I could source a replacement plastic cog for my livemor Massage chair ? TIA

I removed the power button at the back and disconnected the colloured wires to get to the fuse but than i forgot what combinations it was when plugging it back. Does anyone know?

Livemor Electric Massage Chair MASCHR-TOP-D-FUBK are there any repair options in Victoria and or online. My chair as limited use since purchase 18 months ago . It is now locked in no gravity mode , unable to use it in any mode. It seems to be locked up , unable to use as it does not respond, the on off button flasses red on and off.
I can get parts for the Livemor chairs. Message me if you like to get you to do some basic troubleshooting

What's wrong with the chair?
I'm in tweed heads and my chair won't go back into zero gravity position but still massages up right
I have a chair it was working 2 days ago moved it to a new place. No damage and electrics all look fine, but now when I power up the chair it receives power but the remote will not turn on? I can't find any information anywhere in how to solve this problem can someone point me i the right direction?
You may try unzipping the section where you sit and trace the power cable from your remote . It may have been damaged when you moved the chair. Best of luck. As My Top -D-Fubk is stuck in no gravity mode and with not work . It has very little work in the 12 months from new.Not a happy camper.

Yep mine has also done the same. I got an electrician to come look at it - but we cannot even get the casing open because of the position it is currently in.
remove the 2 pins under the chair you might have to roll chair on its side to do it
This is so disappointing to see, ours has done the exact same thing. Bought from Harvey Norman Online and they put me in touch with a 'repairer' who just sent me a video in Chinese explaining how to check the fuse, but like you said, we can't even get that case off because it's stuck in the horizontal position. It's now just sitting in the garage and Harvey Noman don't give a toss.
you have to put the chair on its side and remove two pins be carful you don't get your fingers caught when you lift it up

Mine also stopped in the horizontal position. I believe the two pins that Robert refers to, are connecting two levers to the slide mechanism. I accessed them by removing the upholstery covers, including unzipping the black dust cover while it is still in the horizontal position. The pins are held in place by cir clips (like split pins). Remove the clips and the pins and you will be able to slide the chair into the upright position and access the electric component area. CAUTION; 1. Disconnect the power!! 2. Prop up the chair in the upright position to prevent it suddenly sliding back on top of you while you underneath inspecting the electrics.There are a number of screws to remove including two concealed (by black tape) in the recess above the main plug position. You don't need to do any of this to access the fuse which is part of the power plug assembly. Unplug the lead, remove the screw on either side of the plug receiver assembly and the fuse and a spare are located behind a small flap that you can open with your finger nail or similar. After all of this I couldn't identify the problem and have listed my chair on Ebay for parts while I research for a more reliable unit. Kim T, if you are still after parts you can check my listing. I found heat fuse in transformer had gone .And replaced Transformer From one i bought on Catch for $45 240v 50hz/ 24v 3a And it now working perfect.
