We looked for comfortable dining chairs at various manufacturers/businesses. However often we found that although they looked good they were uncomfortable to sit on. The Living Elements chair we chose provided comfort, quality and are stylish. We love the fabric, the detail on the back of the chair, great hack support and comfort for us and friends to enjoy. better match. The chairs are very comfortable, the wood is solid and the upholstery is hardwearing and stitched perfectly. Mel and Carolyn are a delight to talk to and have an innate knowledge of the furniture and styling. Initial contact was via phone as we live 2.75 hours from their showroom. The decision on the chairs was made after visiting their showroom and inspecting chair designs, upholstery choices and talking to Carolyn. The chairs were finished and delivered in the estimated time frame and were fully assembled and incredibly well wrapped for transport. An exceptional experience from a business which I would highly recommend dealing with. We will be back for sure.

timber furniture. We have bought timber furniture from other suppliers and it's very obvious that their products are of a much higher standard. Every piece not only looks beautiful, but is solid and functional. Only 1 attempt with installation is required and it's good to go. With other timber furniture from different suppliers, we've had many damaged or manufacturing defects and just design flaws to deal with. And even after several installation attempts many of the pieces do not align properly and is just straight up inferior compared to Living Elements products. Will definitely be returning.

David was able to provide us with an estimate of timing that we would receive our chosen goods, and we left with him undertaking that he would have a quote to us that day. We live in Rural Victoria, and the quote was in my email box by the time we had gotten home.
We rang David next business day and advised that we had accepted the quote to which he was able to confirm timing of receipt of goods.
David kept in touch with us in the whole transaction from confirming our order to us receiving the goods
Other members of Living Elements that we dealt with in the transaction were also efficient and helpful.
The goods arrived at the time and date promised and were in excellent condition. As important, we are proud of our new table and chairs and have had a number of favourable comments from friends about the choice that we made.

to David, who was more than happy to answer my initial questions. I booked a time to visit their showroom that weekend and met David in person, who spent the better part of an hour patiently talking to us about their dining tables (and other products) and trying to find something we would be happy with. He even took the time to show us some after-sale pictures of the products we saw (submitted by other happy customers), to give us an idea of how the tables would look at home under normal lights.
He never made us feel like we were taking too much time or pressure us on a product that we were unsure on, and in the end, we did end up finding a table that we were very happy with. The fact that they had stock on hand and could deliver within 2 weeks was a big bonus. True to his word, they called us back in a week to confirm a delivery time and the table was at our place in exactly 2 weeks. We opted for self-assembly after delivery, although I would recommend paying the extra cost for them to assemble the table and take the rubbish away for convenience - we underestimated how heavy it would be!
We could not be happier with our purchase and really want to thank David for his excellent service and honesty. I have already recommended them to family/friends, and we will most certainly be back to purchase additional pieces in the future!
