I attempted to contact regarding the above three times. Once through their recommended email; secondly through the message system on the website; and finally through the rating system. I have received no reply from any of these attempts. I am really disappointed as this is a product I wanted to support; however, with the high price point, the missing items, the poor condition of the plant, and the non-existent customer service I cannot recommend Living Lights Australia in good conscious.

Needless to say & will restrain from realesing the information I have obtained from ASIC (Company owner(Full Name), DOB, Res address, accountancy firm) & the false business address on the website, which funny enough is directly across the road from the registered residential address. It will be handed over to the ACCC in the hope that despite myself not receiving my money back, others buyers maybe saved from the scam of a business

22cm cascading waterfalls 8 months down the track! I have a chain of 15 polite emails between [Name Removed] and I over this time. I finally accepted her offer of a refund after being given so many excuses and false promises, with her even telling me in July that it would be sent in 3-4 weeks as “there were no more supply issues now”, but yet here it was 3 more months later. Unfortunately, no refund has been given- not only that- but I’ve never heard from her again since her saying on October 6 that she would give me a refund and let me know when it has been processed. She has never replied to my follow-up emails in the 8-9 weeks since. Please take heed of all these bad reviews and don’t waste your money as it is a real kick in the guts to be excited for something that will never arrive, no matter how polite and patient you are. I see that someone on this website has apparently actually received their product recently. All I can say is they should buy a lottery ticket, as they must be one incredibly lucky person. To add insult to injury, they keep sending me promotional emails asking me to buy more, even saying that to get my order before Christmas I must order before the 14th! What a joke- I bought at Easter and waited 6 months for the Cascading Waterfalls before finally requesting a refund! I will be contacting my bank now to see if I can get my promised refund. Scam! – Purchased 2 of these lights. One had a faulty cord that split and broke away from the base unit and also broke away from the control switch, so I was sent a replacement. packaging stored in my wardrobe. Unpacked it recently only to find the cord on this one also split. Have contacted Hazel and sent a photo but now being ignored. I will never purchase from them ever again. Obviously the cord attachments are cheap plastic. I am sure they are aware of the fault but keep selling them to unsuspecting customers and when there is a problem they simply just ignore.
Avoid – I am sorry but this company has failed in its standards of communication and delivery and product quality. I ordered a Aqua Lamp and it took months , no email to say why , I had to chase this up . never again will i buy something from this company , yes they offered $50 to say sorry , I did not accept this .
Favourite Purchase – It did take a while to get to me due to delays but Hazel was very helpful and friendly, and always willing to help. I will definitely be purchasing more and love it so much!

Waiting 2+ years for product and have been blocked by seller – I ordered 2 items in October of 2020, both were paid for and were destined to be a Christmas present. Delay after delay and the item still has not been sent, I have requested a refund multiple times for the $500+ but have been blocked and unable to get in touch. I would definitely recommend buyer beware this is definitely not a reputable company.

Months of waiting – I had ordered an Aqua lamp last year. After waiting for over 5 months I received a broken lamp and dead plant. I communicated with the company and 2 months later received a lamp finally but no plant. Still have not received a plant and for the amount they are charging with such unprofessional services, I definitely will not buy from here again.
all have arrived & look great – like others I also experienced delays after placing order earlier in the year, but given the fires/covid/floods causing delays all round last few years I was happy to wait. I received responses to any queries I had timing delays were advised. Have received the three lights across two deliveries and now really enjoying them in the house. Understand the delays might be too long for some, maybe confirm how they are tracking before placing order.
Extremely poor – Just like everyone else I waited months and months for my order to arrive. Zero communication and then excuses and lies after I requested a refund. So thankful I paid via PayPal and my refund was granted after a lengthy dispute process. These people should not be taking customers' money, it's disgraceful.
Don't waste your time – Purchased the aqua lamp in July as a gift after seeing it on Instagram. Fast forward 3 months later and multiple emails from myself (and the Instagram influencer) to the business - still no product or refund. Totally ghosted now. I would have left no stars if the system would allow me!

Don’t buy – Like all the comments from other people are true. Waiting since April and the last email I got from Hazel was the product was wrapped and ready for delivery, that was a month ago. I emailed again asking where the lamp is and no response. They take your money and no product arrives. Disgrace!

Living Light – We ordered this beautiful light in February but sadly after countless emails backwards and forwards we still have not received the item There is no contact phone number sadly us pensioners have lost our money. Very disappointed would not recommend. They even sent tracking which does not go anywhere.
Don’t buy from them – I ordered the Aqua lamp four months ago and still have not received my purchase I have sent two emails to found out when I can expect my order to arrive and they never responded to the second email. I highly DON’T recommend purchasing anything from them.
