Buyer beware – I am so unsatisfied with your service - first selling something not in stock, then me having to continue to follow up on status, requesting cancellation on email which was ignored - calling and order finally cancelled, following up for refund and still not received. You have taken my funds and left me without a gift and now without funds to purchase elsewhere. This is Afterpay they refund immediately as soon as you process.

buyer beware - – I bought 7 sheet sets from Liz Jordan recently. When they arrived they do not come with a top sheet - it is just a bottom sheet and pillowslips. I decided to use one set and see and the quality is shockingly bad!! I rang the company to arrange a return but apparently these items came from a third party so there is no return!!! Item fits well, but the quality terrible – I bought two blouses with the brand Liz Richards exclusive collection online (via Noni B online store). Thank goodness I bought them as sale items. a couple of seams already need repairing. I very carefully trimmed all those extra threads. I wish I had taken a photo, but I didn't think of it. Obviously as sale items, they cannot be returned.

The material on one reveals it is not going to last overly long. I hand-washed both before wearing them and while drying I noticed that the $99.99 shirt was fraying on the seam near the front panel. USUALLY, companies give a spare button. Not this brand. I would not recommend this company for its quality. Buy elsewhere, or like me buy when on sale, but expect to get only one season of use out of the garment. I will handwash the remainder of the items I purchased tomorrow and see if they fare better.

Spam emails – Despite never purchasing anything I continually recieve 3-4 emails daily from this business. Please stop emailing me, they go straight to my spam folder now and delete.

I didn't mind the colour they sent so kept it. When I ordered the second time, I didn't like the colour and called their support within hours to request they cancel the order but they wouldn't cancel or change it so I have to pay the extra postage to send it back. This is a glitch in their ordering system but I have to pay the price. I will be cancelling my account and never ordering from them again.

Cancelled order – I am unhappy with Liz Jordan’s service. They send constant advertising emails. I bought a few items which I thought was good only to be sent an email that almost every item is out of stock. I wasted my time reviewing items purchasing them and now have the headache of making sure I am refunded my money. This line is joke. I feel cheated of my time spent. Hoping the refunds come through

Disgusting business! – Like many others leaving reviews for this company, I am getting spammed with so many emails from them. I never even subscribed. They obtained my information illegally. I have unsubscribed several times, I have sent multiple emails telling them to stop emailing me and yet, I still receive their emails. Everyone needs to boycott this company!

waste of time as no effect of any sort and completely ignored. As they are emailing up to six times a day or sometimes more, my intention is to start posting this review at least that often on this and any other review site I can access. If I was in Australia I might seriously investigate putting out a contract on their Managing Director. Previous review referred to using a Class Action for harassment. Sick of unwanted emails – It seems I am not alone ..have never shopped with or agreed for emails with this online company. Have unsubscribed at least 6 times through the emails received and sent an email....no change. Very annoying.

Cannot unsubscribe – Multiple emails a day, cannot unsubscribe from no matter how many times I try, they keep sending them. I don't even know how I started getting them to begin with I don't clothes shop online. Scam business.

the ACMA as I believe they are violating the Spam Act by not honoring my request to unsubscribe, nor do I believe I gave them consent to receive marketing emails in the first place.

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS – Ordered a jacket to remind me of my late father and upon its arrival it was creased & crumpled, and they couldn't be steamed out as it was of a sheepskin (inside) / corduroy (outside). The jacket had been placed in a shrink packet & shrunk down sooo much it had destroyed the jacket. Unsubscribe but they keep coming even more – Liz Jordan e Boutique, I have asked you to unsubscribe me from your emails way too many times only to keep getting them each day, more and more of them. Quality of Clothing – Once upon a time I found the quality of Liz Jordan clothing very durable now within a year the pants are unwearable. The colour that I bought was black and now have turned to a grey. I am bitterly disappointed now with the quality of the product compared to the price of the clothing. When I called Ezibuy the lady just hung up on me when I questioned why she wouldn’t help me. Please stay away from all Mosaic Brands products. I was very worried! – I read the reviews AFTER ordering 2 dresses via the Liz Jordan sale, so was concerned about getting my order. Awful service – Ordered a t shirt online using their size guide and their policy states you can return to a Noni B store. Well the t shirt is tiny, Noni B Penrith (Melinda)was very rude when I tried to return it there and they refuse to pay for the return postage.
