No job too small – I had the NBN connected recently and for various technical reasons it wasn't connecting with Lizzy. I tried to resolve the issues myself, but given the complexity I rang Michael at Lizzy who detected modem/interface issues. Top Quality Service – Always a pleasurable experience when calling Lizzy for help and service. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to talk to someone. We have ways had a great service with no issues at all. The only reason for this upgrade from 25mbps to 50 mbps is we have more people in the household and the speed upgrade was needed for us. down the problem myself to the large telco that Lizzy had partnered with to provide my service who had oversold and the connection was never going to improve. They agreed that this was the problem when I asked them to shift to the other large telco that no one in my building had a connection or speed problem with they said they couldn't, neither could they make a complaint about the current Telco to quote the manager "frankly we don't have time." This did not deter them from continuing to charge me $80 a month for years for a substandard service. Ethically it is low to knowingly continue to charge a customer for a service that they were fully aware was not working a lot of the time.

After years of trying to support a small telco, I am so so so so pleased to say goodbye as their product was completely inferior and their attitude in the end appalling in terms of customer service and fairness. I think once when I had no internet for a fortnight they reduced my bill accordingly but nothing else for the years of downtime. Its' great to have a Telco you can talk to but talk is cheap when they don't have the conviction to stand by a loyal customer. I also run a business from home so their poor service has been a stressful nightmare. If you are going to go with Lizzy (they are a subsidiary) customer ask first whether anyone sharing your exchange and secondary provider (Telstra/Optus) has had ongoing problems with speed or connection, if so steer way, way clear. I now cannot believe that I got sucked into a relationship by the sincere sounding caramel tones of the staff that seemed responsive and helpful but go absolutely nowhere. I have never written a review on anything before but I am so incensed by the lack of fairness in my contractual relationship with Lizzy and the hours of inconvenience and lack of service I had to.

Hidden charges – Obviously working as a subsidiary company, running toward capital gains. Sign up for plan, to get something completely different at a higher cost. Downloads amount misleading. Never received an agreement\contract\receipt for services supplied\agreed. Plans are aimed to achieve price hiking.

Be very careful!! – I have been a user of Lizzy internet for approx. 10 years. one year ago I sold my house and moved into temporary accommodation as I was building. I rang Lizzy to take my internet with me and in the process was signed up for another 24 months on a faster speed. At the time I advised them I was building and would be moving again in 12 months time.… Read more

They advised this would not be a problem as long as I took them with me. I have called to let them know I will be moving and have been informed I will be charged for breaking my contract!! At no time was this explained to me and the agents words were " not a problem as long as you keep us" now they are denying this and will not move my internet unless I pay $154 Discounted fees !!

I have been totally mislead and will not be continuing my service with them

100% happy – I have been with Lizzy for years and have only had a few problems in all those years. My recent problem with a connection to my modem was giving me a lot of stress as there is often no mobile coverage in this area. (sorry guys) I would give them 10 stars if I could. They worked so hard to find the problem which was difficult for them as often they could not contact me. So good to speak to an Australian would recommend them to anyone looking for the best ISP in this country.

crazy and you will loose faith in the NBN. I had a drop out problem we didn't know what was causing the problem weather it was old cable to the Node , right down to a faulty Modem , yes even new modems can be faulty no matter how much you pay for them. The Team at Lizzy went beyond the Call Of Duty to fix my Drop Outs, for over a month they tried every trick in the book and pestered NBN Co to run tests on my lines many times . It turned out after Michael sent me a brand new modem a more expensive modem than the one I purchased , free of charge , connected it up and to date no more drop outs and he arrange for the old modem to be shipped back to the manufacture free of charge for me . This what I call service with a smile all round and this is why I'm with Lizzy Internet and sticking to them. "People if you want the best forget the rest Lizzy is the one to run with." Raymond Mc.

the net, in all the time I've been with them it was so smooth all the time.

When it came time to connect to the NBN I did the home work on all the ISP's and I read all the complaints ( Reviews of Products Business and Services of Australia) for one and Lizzy came out on top , so I ordered the NBN from Lizzy and they made it so easy to get connected , I'm on the NBN now and it is powering , thank you all at Lizzy , your A1in my book , Highly Recommended!

Customer Service is Exemplary – I was setting up some wifi equipment and unfortunately through frustration reset the router. I contacted Lizzy helpdesk and they were fantastic in their support, and now the network is running perfectly through all the wifi connections in the house. Brilliant – We have been with Lizzy since the dial up days and they have always been nothing short of brilliant. On the very few occasions that I had trouble with my computer there was always a helpful, patient, easy to understand person to talk me through and fix the problem. Being Australian based is also a big advantage. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
