Sadly, it wasn't a simple land contract and Donna had to pass me onto one of her colleagues who was specialised in that area, but she did print out the contract for me and added in a tonne of post-it notes with helpful little bits of advice and things to look out for (as I opted to review myself and save hours in legal costs for reviewing it).
