Really happy with Loopym! I ordered pool chemicals and got same-day delivery, no issues and one of the fastest online orders I've ever received. I recently downloaded their app and it's been super helpful. Getting my water balance right always felt confusing, but the app makes it much easier. Happy with my experience overall!

I ordered some chemicals 1pm after the cutoff time, next day delivery, no problem. Made me download Shop app to get "tracking" no problem, tracking not showing in Shop app so I emailed, "we don't use tracking on same day delivery, it will be made before 5:30pm" no delivery showed up, put in a PayPal dispute.

I had a really disappointing and unhelpful experience, after having had high hopes for this company. I had read some good reviews. So I downloaded the app. It asked me to put in all of my pool details and then they would send out a pack of free test strips. First I couldn’t get the site to order the test strips. Loopym chat was very responsive tho. They sorted it and sent out a pack of strips. But when they arrived they were test strips for a chlorinated pool, not a magnesium pool. Even though they had asked me for all the pools specifics, including whether it was chlorinated or mineral. After testing the water, the result came back, telling me to test with mineral test strips. I messaged them again to explain this. Now they just don’t respond. I have messaged the same chat 3 or 4 times and nobody responds. The whole process was a waste of time for me. I had hoped this would be a simple way to manage my pool at home but I will stick with the pool man for now.

I purchased a Dolphin M550 and it was faulty straight out of the box. Over the past 30 days, it hasn’t picked up a single leaf despite being run daily. I’ve provided Loopym with multiple videos and photos clearly showing the robot driving over leaves and finishing each cycle with an empty basket. It also fails to climb the pool walls as advertised.

I’ve called and left several messages and emailed Loopym three times, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. Since taking payment, they have completely stopped communicating. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Loopym again.

Best price. Quick delivery. Would use again. Website is easy to navigate and has wide range of products. Tracking is very informative and accurate. Great business to deal with. I purchased a new pool pump
