I waited four weeks for my order, which was never delivered within the promised timeframe. After multiple back-and-forth emails, they refused to issue a refund and only offered store credit. I’ve now contacted the Department of Fair Trading. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Feels like a scam—stay away!

delivery and reordered the same outfit, i ordered it dec last year, it is now march, i have contacted customer support multiple times but last communication was dec 16 2025. if you can buy elsewhere, do so, it isnt worth the stress or effort

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. What I wanted to swap over and I didn’t hear from them I then realise that my dresses were not going to come in time before my event so I then asked for my money back so I could buy some dresses for the event that was in a couple of days. They don’t give refunds, even though I never technically received anything. I just wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. They wouldn’t do this so instead gave me store credit. So now I had an event with no dresses and no money.

After a couple of weeks of cooling down with all the stress, I decided to Use my credit. When it finally arrived, I opened up my order to see two dresses that I didn’t even order. The fact that I emailed this company and I had to wait 24 hours to hear from them or not hear from them at all is disgusting service. The fact that I chose a dress and didnt even get the one I wanted. The fact that I payed for express, and not receive it on the time. I would not buy from this place ever again. I would never recommend anyone buy from this place. It’s an absolute joke. Now I have two dresses that I will never ever wear.

order from their 24hour dispatch/delivery collection which will be delivered promptly (i didn't of course). Like seriously, it's now been 7 months and still nothing received and no refund either. DO NOT BUY FROM LORETA. DO SO AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

 Follow-up  · No tracking was provided because I never received any confirmation that order has been shipped. I paid via bank card. Customer service wasn't any help. They kept wanting me to place another order in the interim from a different set of products that apparently has a "24 hour" dispatch. There was a no clear resolution on what they would do for the order i had placed and not received. I suggested a refund which was denied as per their "policy".

The company is refusing to respond to emails. They cancelled my order and claim that because i cancelled it, they will only provide a store credit. I've contacted the ACCC and I will persist with posting feedback on this business until they refund they money i paid them for no product. I'm clearly not the only very unhappy customer. This business should not be operational. ripping people off!

decided to order something, after being told store credit will be added at checkout. It wasn't I was charged all over again. Now I have to wait another 48 hours for a reply.. probably storencredit that I dont want. As a consumer, regardless of 'store policy ' I have the right to have my money back. Point-to-point the ombudsman, dont care how long it takes but the customer service is so bad I am willing to take it as far as it goes. Only put 1 star because it has to be done, I would vote zero stars if I could.

29/1/25 I emailed via online support to advise that the order still hadn’t been received and asked for a refund and asked that someone contact me and provided a phone number. I had missed the function I had bought the dresses for. - On 30/1/25 Loreta replied via indicating that their cargo is taking longer than expected. They refused to provide a refund and only offered store credit. - They don’t make phone calls and email correspondence only every couple of days. - I sought a refund given it had been over 3 months however they refused. They offered to send substitute items which I wasn’t happy about (even in the wrong colour) but I couldn’t be bothered fighting it. On 10/2 substitute items were sent. The quality of items is poor. I had bought a Loretta dress about 4-5 years ago which was amazing quality and I got lots of compliments about it but it doesn’t fit anymore. These dresses were supposed to be a replacement but the quality isn’t even close. I have a feeling that they have had an issue with their supplier and are now making them on the cheap with an alternate supplier. - I had been a happy customer previously but this is unacceptable, if you can’t fulfil an order a refund must be given. It is consumer law and I have made a complaint to Consumer Affairs. I encourage others to do the same.

on earth would I want a store credit!! Then to be given that credit and waiting for an event to pop up to actually use the credit I make an order on the 12th Dec 2024 and we are now in FEB!! No updates unless I email 1000 times and then offered to order something else I will be contacting my bank and disputing the funds! This company from reviews is poorly. Pink Sugar dress – This is the worst business I have ever dealt with and what a shame it is an Australian business. The product took 2 months to arrive after constant requests for updates. The dress arrived in the wrong size. I ordered an 8 and got a large. Quality isn’t crash hot. I am not going to bother trying to exchange. It would be impossible. choose from the over night options. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a bit longer. Another 4 and a half weeks go by without ANY communication from this business. I emailed again on the 10th October asking for an ETA. They responded on the 14th stating it would be dispatched on Friday but it wasn’t. I received tracking information on the 23rd and it took until the 29th for them to actually give it to Aus Post. And then it arrived and it’s just cheaply made trash from China. The sewing was rough and unfinished. Definitely not worth the amount of money I paid but I’m going to cut my loss because this company is just useless at communicating so I doubt I’d have any success anyway.

smaller than the bust measurement for the size 6 on their size guide. Luckily it was heavily reduced on sale, as it will most likely go in the bin. Based on previous reviews I'm not even going to bother chasing my money back or the correct size. I ordered a dress from Billy J instead and it arrived 4 days later and was just as good, if not better quality, oh and the 8 fit perfectly.
