Was sent a faulty product. The waistband was very loose and the elastic had either been broken or very very stretched so didnt cling to the skin (they were swim tights, so this really mattered). and then they would assess it and, if found to be faulty, would eventually refund it. No apology or compensation for the effort, and I am somehow supposed to trust that the company that sent it in the first place so clearly have poor quality control and abysmal customer service, would acknowledge the fault? So disappointing.

vibrancy of the black and white items! My absolute favourite is their flared leggings (particularly the Lotus)! If you don't already own a pair please do yourself a favour and buy a pair, I promise they will instantly be your most loved wardrobe item! They are so comfy! They dont move or slip at all, feel incredibly soft, are cleverly designed (love the invisible pocket at the waistband) but most of all, are incredibly flattering -as soon as I tried them on my daughter emphatically told me I should never wear anything else! They are very slimming but also elongate the legs and also emphasise natural curves -to me they are Lorna Jane's best product -although everything else is amazing too! I’ve owned them for two and a half years now and wear them several times a week and they are exactly like the day I bought them -perfect condition-even though I wear and wash them so often! Love the quality, look and beautiful colours of all their items -can't recommend Lorna Jane highly enough! Once you try -you'll never go back to anything else!

Purchased a jumper with makeup stains- used stain remover like I do on all my clothes. Including other Lorna Jane items I purchased. The jumper all faded. Bought a pair of the Amy leggings, had for 2 weeks and sat on an outdoor wooden bench for netball training (have done this 50+ times in other brand leggings with no issues) and the leggings now have 2 holes in them. I went into the Loganholme to try and sort it out and they wouldn’t let me exchange the wrong product for the right one, even though they had the stock. on the skin and causing rash, the stiching is poor and with a few wears it comes off. Material stretchs to the point to make it translucent. As for the tops, thin fabric for a price of 10 garments. Nothing like it used to be. My friend bought gym gear on Alixpress and the quality is superb , for a fraction of the price of a Lorna Jane. Definitely, we are not paying for quality, just the name!

I will never buy or wear this brand again. Customer Service is non existent. This company has no system set up between their stores, their warehouse and their database. Everything is dumped on the customer to sort out when it could be easily done in house. There are better brands who actually provide customer service and have their business organised properly. Never again!

Lotus no chafe leggings. Good workout leggings but severe pilling and fabric not very breathable, it feels almost like a bathing suit, just more stretchable. Disappointing as I have only worn them a couple of times and other brands are better quality as the fabric remains intact. right, I received FIVE magazines in the space of 3 days. Every package was oversized for the items I ordered, even if I did want to use the bags for returning they were far too big.
