contact customer service, however like everybody else I could not get through. I tried to email and call - both ways went unanswered. I also called my bank disputing the second transaction. They tried to contact them with no luck.

Do NOT buy this product! – These leggings got sent to the wrong address and then returned.. could not get through to customer service and did not get a refund.. so no leggings AND no refund!!

Affordable leggings with lots of choices – I have ordered 3 times from Lotus Leggings. All orders turned up within two weeks and come with tracking. I like the variety of styles. I find the LotusX leggings with the slightly higher waistband very comfortable and will only buy those now!

Amazing – I am so very happy with my leggings. I ended up ordering XL (Australian size 12) and they fit perfect. Can not complain about the quality, pattern is awesome, and I wore them to pump class last night and they definitely passed the squat test! Phew! – After purchasing two pairs of leggings, i was very panicked and concerned when i then read reviews. I am plus size, and also feared the leggings would not fit. My leggings have arrived, about two weeks after ordering. They fit, the material is not thin - my bright underwear did not show through even cream colour on leggings. I am happy. If I'd seen these leggings in store for the price i paid, yes I'd buy.

Worst service ever, changed to cheap Asian knock offs and still being charged us $$ – Worst service, taken extra payments from my account without notification. Made it impossible to cancel, given phone numbers that don't work. Still charged me for goods after I had told them I'm not continuing with the service. Scammed! $4.95 for one pair of leggings - now getting charged over $115 per month – Like so many others I signed up for $4.95 leggings. Keep getting poor quality leggings in the mail & keep getting charged more each month for them. Had to cancel my card to stop the payments. Do not buy from this Company Scammers!! – I purchased a pair of leggings from Lotus Leggings for a special price on a promotion and was automatically placed on a monthly subscription that I did not know I'd signed up for. I'm now having a lot of trouble cancelling the subscription and they keep taking money out of my credit card every month even though I have requested the subscription be cancelled. The regular price is also high and the quality of the leggings is not great.

Scam – I paid for one pair of leggings that were on special. They weren't the same as in the advertisement. each month at the usual rate. I was supposed to cancel my subscription within a month. But I did not know I had subscribed. I asked for a refund and would return the second pair. Was told they don't accept returns and there is no refund. They said they would give me a 75%refund if I kept my subscription but could cancel it within 1 month. I waited to get the refund before I cancelled. A month later there was no refund. I rang again and was told refund would take longer and they would give me another month before a new pair would be sent out. I phoned a month later after still not receiving a refund. I was told the matter was at corporate level, meaning it had to be approved. Nearly 4 months after my initial purchase and no refund. At that point I knew I wasn't getting one and canceled my subscription. I advise anyone to not buy from lotus leggings no matter how cheap they are.. they are scammers and will keep stealing money from you.

SCAM OPERATION!!!! – Sister ordered tights in a flash sale and was unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription. She tried to cancel the subscription and organise for a return but they will not respond. They just reply with a generic message to call and international number and won't cancel the subscript. They just keep charging peoples credit cards. Very shonky!!!! Complete scam.

Unacceptable – Service is terrible deceptive contracts taking money out of my account without my consent Subscription should be more obvious fooling people into buying more.

Horrible quality – I am very shocked. The quality of the leggings is too poor. Even paying $1 is too much for it. Do not waste your money and time on it. I bought 2 leggings and I still an not belive with what I have received. The quality of fabric and stiches are too low .

signed me up without my knowledge to something else because I cancelled my card on them! They found another card I used and things are coming out of this (I used them years ago and had a good experience!) My anxiety is through the roof and the rows between my partner and I about this are too much. It is not worth it, they are nothing but criminals that lie - they woke me up LAST NIGHT through messenger finally welcoming me to what it means to be VIP from September (when I bought $4.95)...information I could have used 5 months ago as they apparently give you 16 days to get out of it. Taking from lots money – Contracted someone 2 times and asked to stop taking money out of my account and to cancel the account. No that didn't happen. If anyone is thinking about doing a order of leggings with this company DONT DO IT. ITS A SCAM

I did that and kept getting questioned as to why I wanted to cancel. The “I never signed up for it in the first place” seemed to fall on deaf ears. On top of that whilst I insisted on cancelling they tried to offer me different deals.

What a bloody disaster this company is. They have absolutely ZERO ethics. STAY AWAY!

investigating access numbers etc... to Canada online. I had sent multiple emails and consistently been sent the wrong contact number. Today, I was finally able to contact them and another 2 payments have been taken out of my bank account (totaling approximately $300). The so-called, VIP customer care advocates that I spoke with were disgusting, and simply sounded as though they were reading from a script and unable to answer any of my questions. The second lady I spoke with placed me on hold for nearly 10 mins (I'm assuming hoping I would hang up) before returning to the call and then hanging up on me. An absolute disgrace and I will never purchase from them again!!!

Do not use this company - ordered once - continue to charge major $'s – Do not buy from here. I ordered one item via Facebook to try it out (ie. $7.95) they have continued to charge me $80 - $90 a month and I can't get them to cancel charging me. After several months, I've had to go through the pain of cancelling my credit card and re-doing all my direct debits. Extremely poor service. Do not get caught out by them. .

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! – Yep, I got sucked in also!!! Bought the 4.95 ($7.95AU) and have just had $65.80 taken out of account!! Scam – I made one purchase of $4, three weeks ago, then they charged me just today $35AUD, for nothing I've ordered! I'm currently contesting the same with the bank

Scam – Please do NOT buy from here. I brought the promotional legging which was free with only a shipping charge of 4.95. However after a month an additional amount of USD 39.66 or AUD 41 was debited from my account with any authorisation. This is a FRAUD company. BEAWARE

Very dissatisfied - Dishonest company - do not buy from them – Got sucked in buying a pair for $4.95 + postage then got my account charged again of USD49.99/AUD71 of another pair of leggings I didn’t order + wrong colour, wrong size. I will contest these charges with my bank.

Sizing chart completely inaccurate! – I purchased 2 leggings from Lotus Leggings via paypal. I had checked the sizing chart and measured myself according to the instructions in order to purchase the correct size. ship them back and get a much larger size returned. The shipping fee was not refunded, despite the inaccuracies on Lotus Leggings' sizing chart.

The leggings go see-through when you squat, so they are not at all 'squat proof' like they advertise. The logo is also placed in illogical places.

I doubt I'll be purchasing here again.

Scam – Please be careful! They charged multiple times of different amount of US dollars from my credit card after I bought a pair of leggings, and then one month later, they sent me stuff that I did not buy and charged my credit card multiple times again! I had to get new credit card number and caused me lots of trouble.

Rip offs – Just like everyone else I got sucked in to the $4.95 leggings special. It was all good until they started charging my card when they felt like it. It's absolute nonsense. Don't fall into the trap PLEASE. I wish I had read reviews prior to purchase. So going forward. Review first then purchase.

1 star – Just received my credit card bill only to find I’ve been charged $70 AUD plus $2.34 international fee for a 2nd pair of leggings I did NOT buy. The first pair I got for $4.95 were thin and cheap. I will be disputing this with my bank tomorrow and cancelling my card based on reviews below.

Scam – Bought the deal, leggings with the bonus shorts. Arrived fairly quickly and was happy with the products. Then on the 3rd of November they took out a payment of AUD $69.35 and then the same day another payment of $69.49 without my permission. I’ve sent an email to them, their response was a number to call. I signed up to VIP when I ordered but can’t get in to cancel the subscription. Very dodgy.
