Ridiculously slow on delivery – We placed an order October of 2023 and it's now end of February 2024 and still no lounge. We're told possibly mid March. When I placed and paid for it it said on the website 2 weeks delivery if in stock. I think 5 months is way over the top. If we hadn't paid in full I would have cancelled the order and gone for a locally made lounge. Absolutely ridiculous

lounges were left in an upright position, almost touching the ceiling. Our staff had to spend two days unpacking the boxes, placing the lounges on the floor, and installing them. Unfortunately, upon my arrival after this effort, it became apparent that the delivered color did not match my order. I had specifically requested black lounges.

Over the course of more than two months, I have made persistent efforts to communicate with the customer service team, seeking assistance to rectify this situation. Regrettably, I have yet to receive a response from them.

No information – When lounge suite was delivered it was in boxes. We an elderly couple were not told this at time of purchase that it had to be assembled. It was very inconvenient for us. Customers should be informed

Mother has recently moved into nursing home, the chair had been helping my mothers mobility issues. The lift function used daily and helps standing safely. Highly recommend the chair, it’s comfortable and a great colour. Show details

I found a nice queen bed on the Lounges Plus website and decided to purchase it. I called the store at St Marys and a very helpful member of staff made the whole process easy.
