style and I started off proud when i wear it, but now all my hats have faded, so have my shorts, and my singlet has lost it original shape, now i cringe and hope noone notices.

The deep shape and cut of the older style caps were brilliant but they dont make them anymore. I guess innovation creates change.

The main reason for buying lskd was to support an australian brand but im going to look for another brand now. All the best to them love the style, but fading, shrinkage after a few washes and dismissive service has put me off.

I have to say the call centre and online customer service here is superb. I had a few issues with sizing and have never had a company so helpful. They also have really cool products. Based on this I’ve given five stars.

Great products, never disappoint. I’ve found all my gear after 6 months is holding up great, and still looks brand new. Very comfortable on long runs and gym session. Plus the best customer service I’ve experienced in Australia

being way too large or way too small for the ordered size. Returned the lot again. Still no sign of a refund, yet another store credit. I'm over these guys and with their refusal to return my money, I can only hope to warn people from buying from them!

The products are OK and compare favourably with the other brands that sell the same type of exercise stuff. However their delivery timeframe is very slow. I had an issue where the leggings I bought were not squat proof, I contacted their customer service team and they were amazing sorting the issue. I do love LSKD products, I've had one of their sports bra's and fashion leggings for years and washed so many times and still going strong.

So disappointed with LSKD. Kept seeing advertisements for the BIG sale. Logged on at 6:02pm (went live at 6pm). Put five things in my cart and on check out only two still available - fine I bought them. In the 10 days since I checked out (at 6:08pm) I have now received refund notifications for both of the two items I had picked. The sale is a joke. Terrible customer service.

Take the time to add the 13 things i want in my saved list only for them to all be delted out because theres a sale on!!! Happened last year aswell but last year had them in the cart and was told do a save basket not the cart so u dont loose your progress. that’s where my satisfaction ends. I had to return 9 out of 11 items from my recent purchase due to subpar quality and poor fit, reminiscent of low end Cotton On products. When returning items, the post office worker mentioned that many others are also returning LSKD products and that she no longer buys from them due to similar quality concerns.

It’s frustrating because I was a big advocate for LSKD, but I can no longer support them. I’ve been recommended Nike, Muscle Nation, and Under Armour for better quality.

It was a great 4 years, LSKD, but it’s time for me to move on.

is astonishing considering that they treat their customers like crap then have the audacity to use self betterment language as their slogan. thick that you'd melt in a humid day. - Their jumpers are surprisingly warm despite not feeling as thick compared to some jumpers. But definitely have fleece lining. - My partner has some of their jackets, the fit and quality is amazing.

2. Customer service (I am so appreciative of this!) - Recently I had my parcel stolen. Auspost was absolutely no help and defensive, but when I contacted LSKD, their customer service managed the situation well and were very understanding. - They do take on customer feedback as well, which is a bonus.

3. The design - They have definitely improved their designs compared to what it was. - Love their camo prints.

Cons 1. the price - They are pricier than other brands, but in my opinion, if you can afford it, it is worth it. Their clothes do last quite a while.

2. Design - Some of the leggings have a longer waist band despite being from the same range, but different print, which means I have to fold down at the band. That being said, the ones that fit perfectly at the waist, are my favourite leggings.

3. Size - I'm yet to get the sports bra sizing right. Purchase one previously and went with the bust size, but the band was too big for me. That's probably more my problem than theirs.

soon as my package was received, tried on garments and ones I didn’t like I started the returns process. Returned 4 items before the due date for the returns expires(email reminder was helpful) but after that is when it gets murky. There was communication back and forth on where the package was, because apparently it had not been returned yet. Had to go to the post office and the lady confirmed it had been received by the recipient. Finally, received an email stating it has been received, but there was one item missing from the returns which I had not been refunded for. I went back to check if I had filed for this item in my returns but apparently I had returned a different item instead. Because I had forgotten to place the item in return on the online portal, those pants are now gone and I won’t be refunded for it. You’d think they’d be honest and email me or at least refund the amount since I had returned it?

Anyways I’m very sad now and don’t know if I will ever shop there again from my experience.

Insane wait times for package – I was told a 15 day dispatch delay would be the worst scenario for me. I’m picking my package up from the Brisbane warehouse and was told I’d have to wait longer than the worst scenario given. They’re selling products they don’t actually have. Using volume as an excuse.

Ordered almost a month ago & still not update on shipping – I ordered an item on June 4th. Still not accurate update on the status of my order. The shipping number says awaiting product. understand orders take time but you shouldn’t put in your order confirmation that the order will be out ASAP when it is not true. If you were straight forward with your customers it would change the experience but after this order I will no longer be a customer. It’s not worth the wait.
