Extremely poor online experience. Don't purchase anything online unless you're 100% sure of your size, fit and quality. They classify the wrong size as "change of mind", which is illogical and impractical for online purchases. You can't return in-store, as it's up to the store's discretion if they accept it. So their website is completely… Read more
misleading. If item is discounted, you're stuck with a useless product that you have to gift because it doesn't fit and they don't offer exchanges for any online purchases either but you get penalised for their own inadequacies . Online customer service staff keep quoting and hiding behind terms and conditions instead of offering solutions, despite their website being a known issue to cause all this confusion for returns and despite complaints from their own in-store staff and numerous other customers as evidenced here and trust pilot. Save yourselves the pain. Shop elsewhere, there's better brands who will bend over backwards to retain you. These guys are not interested and therefore don't deserve your business. Won't buy from them again.
Purchased a product online as a Christmas gift for my daughter, with size guides that poorly correlated to the actual size of the garment, only for her to be told in store (in a rude manner) that they will not exchange for another size. Having initially thought that it must have just been a case of a trainee that had not yet learnt anything about… Read more
consumer rights, I then proceeded to attempt to lodge an exchange request online, only to find that the Lululemon was unable to provide any assistance aside from redirecting me to unrelated fields/departments.
No quality check on their products for online delivery! I’m a regular customer of Lululemon, mostly online purchases now since I know my size for this brand. With my 2 recent online orders, I had firstly received a legging that arrived with stitching flying out; then recently I just found a security tag still attached to my Dec order. This is… Read more
very disappointing since I made online purchases for the convenience. I didn’t expect to spend/ waste extra time to deal with customer service via email or find time to visit a store in-person.
Please review your protocols on ensuring products sent out to customers are in good conditions. Your prices are not cheap and we expect better service than what you are currently giving.

Bad quality & horrible aftersale services – I purchased this raincoat from Lululemon and have found out the belt buckle was faulty and that it can open itself up without the need to press the release buttons. I have contacted their customer service and visited their store to discuss this malfunctioning buckle. Unfortunately, no one was willing to help and insist there was nothing wrong… Read more
with the belt and refused to offer solutions to resolve this issue.
I was disappointed and unsatisfied with their product and incompetent customer service. This is a $300 raincoat and my first purchase from Lululemon.
I appreciated Lululemon's response and I will never revisit it.
Really disappointed by my pants purchased for $140 at Lululemon. 4 months after I purchased them my husband noticed a hole in them. When I contacted Lululemon they said it was a deliberate hole. So QUALITY PROMISE I don’t think so. Any other store if the item doesn’t function as it should they replace it. Very very disappointed. Show details
What a joke shorts cost $54 but the online store sells for $69 ! Very deceiving wow Show details

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Lululemon Australia order (#AU04547463). Out of 5 pieces I purchased, 2 still had security tags attached. This is the second time this has happened — the first was in December 2024. I’ve since left Australia and brought the items back to Singapore, but the SG Lululemon store cannot remove AU tags because… Read more
they use a different security system. I had planned to wear these clothes for an upcoming event, but now I cannot.
To make matters worse, the Canada team can reply within 1 day, while the AU team takes 7–10 business days — far too slow to resolve urgent issues. I’ve spent good money, but I can’t even wear what I purchased. For a premium brand, this is unacceptable.
Lululemon should take responsibility as one brand and resolve issues internally instead of making customers chase different regions. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Bought over $600 worth of gear. When they were delivered all 3 items had the security tags still on them. I have enquired 3 times now, and not had a single response (this is across a 2 week period). The gear itself is great, but it's useless with the tags still on the clothes. What is most disappointing is the lack of response. Not ideal for any company, but you'd think it would be better for a brand like lululemon. Still waiting..........

Amazing customer service, amazing gear – Had an issue with a product that failed a year after I bought it. They replaced it no questions asked. What blew me away was that the last thing they said as they handed me a replacement items was :"We are sorry you had this experience with the clothing". What!? how good is that. Back their quality to the point where the apologise if something goes wrong. Show details
Love Lulu! Great quality and service! – Always high quality products! Fast postage! My leggings have lasted for years and I have multiple pairs. Customer service is great, any problems I have had has been rectified within days! Show details
The best fitness wear – The quality of Lululemon wear is next level - their clothes fit well, are exceptionally breatheable and they always put pockets in the right spots. Now I gave a 4 star because, I wish they stocked more colours with their running gear. Preferably, more girly colours - blush pinks etc.. I also wish they sold shorter tights. I always purchase in… Read more
store so I can feel the material and try clothes on (not really necessary, I’m always the same size) but you can’t go past complimenting the service - the team members don’t just be nice because they’re at work, they are genuinely kind and helpful, they form conversations about your purchase and most times they can relate - I find that, some stores like Anaconda they’re just sales team, they don’t do kayaking or camping - but at Lululemon, the staff go running or do yoga or rock climbing, they can relate and provide appropriate advice.
If you’re thinking too that their clothes are expensive - think of it like this - you can spend $70 on a pair of tights and they’ll last you 2-3 years (depending how often you wear them and if you wash and dry them appropriately) but if you buy a cheaper brand, they may only last you 6-12 mths (again, depending how often you wear and wash)
So if you’re wondering whether to give them a go - I would definitely recommend it, you will not regret it!

Have these guys got the worst returns policy in existence ? To avoid the $A179 price tag I brought a number of pairs of pants in their sale; most fine, one pair so incredibly not the right fit its laughable, well almost. Lulu response; some AI generated rubbish to the effect that no chance we're taking them back. So take a discount ONLINE and your own your own with what arrives. No wonder their share price has halved and still sinking. Show details

How dissappointing! After having bought Lululemon product a few years ago and being very happy with it, I decided to purchase another pair of leggings during their recent sale. Even on sale they are still an expensive item. Whilst they say no returns for "change of mind" on sale items, it makes no mention of the fact that you cannot return or… Read more
exchange if they are the wrong size. Given the company use US sizing buying online can be extremely confusiing and unfortunately I inadvertenly clicked on a US Size 12 thinking it was the Australian size. When I received the leggings they were substantially too big because a US size 12 is in fact a AU 16!!!
When I rang Lululemon they refused to exchange the item quoting there "change of mind" policy even though it IS NOT a change of mind. The item is actually not fit for purpose as it is way too big. Very disappointing and will definately not be purchasing from Lululemon EVER again.
As a side note, I would also say that the quality of the product is no where near as good as the previous leggings I have purchased. Not happy Lululemon!
Poor customer service. Purchased a gift card in Australian dollars, and they issued in US dollars. They would not exchange for the correct currency. Lorna Jane tops Lululemon! Show details

Faulty top - brand new - Refused return. I’m a long standing customer. Never had to return something before. Shocked by the complete refusal to refund for faulty garment. Show details
Terrible customer service for a worldwide business. Couldn’t provide basic stock info - when something out of stock might be in stock online, couldn’t tell me which stores might have it instead & then when I reached out to 2 of the Perth based stores, nobody answered the phone or replied to my email.
Live in Cairns,No Lululemon stores close to here.Ordered shorts I liked from online store in the sale and bought size 4 and 6 as require to try both on to establish correct fit ( sizes so variable) I went to return the pair that didn't fit only there is no option to return and says non refundable due to being a sale item .. this is not good customer service and this doesn't happen when buying in the UK !!! As online consumers of your clothing surely we have a right to try sizes on for fit and be eligible to return that which doesn't fit... You have lost a customer I will stick to Sweaty Betty and Patagonia in the future both much better companies to deal with.
I am very disappointed with the Mosman store they would not give my friend a straight exchange on a sale item with receipt and tags still on the item. Also the store manager was so rude with a terrible attitude. We will never shop there again.
This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I originally had gift card from my son. They don't answer phones. They're rude even after cancelling an order and half an hour after they still sent goods out. Then expected me to accept the goods and take it to the post office. It's already at the post office but they still want me to… Read more
accept the goods and then send it back. They are totally ridiculous. They don't answer phones. Everything's AI. Avoid this company.
Watch out buying online lululemon products Once you buy it and theres no ever way to return , refund or exchange the product if it doesnt fit you. We just exoerienced this as of today at Chadstone lululemon where the manager Luke even brag to the public. being treated like this by a person is not a right thing to do. What ashame to the companies profile.

Was not permitted to leave one star review on their website - it would not submit. However the price of these pants is exorbitant for the flimsy material. Shows ever Dimple. Kmart pants cheaper and did the job far better. Show details

I purchased the Men's ABC trousers for work and the quality is terrible, they only lasted 4 months before they started wearing out. They cost $130-$150 well above any other brands of work pants and the colours have faded, mostly where my phone sat in my pocket and the zipper is quite sharp and has rubbed up against my belt putting a whole in… Read more
them. If they can't handle wearing a belt why put belt loops on them?
The only response from Lululemon is wear and tear isn't covered. I don't recommend.
Corporate Arrogance at its Finest – Briefly and by way of background I ordered two items in the Christmas sale. I received an email confirming my order and my credit card was immediately debited (pending transaction). However, because of a problem in the ordering system at lululemon the order never fed through to the warehouse team and by the time the error had been spotted the… Read more
items I ordered had already sold out.
Especially relevant here is the fact that this is a known problem. The same thing happened to me 12 months ago and lululemon are wholly aware that this problem sometimes occurs in their online ordering system.
I complained to customer resolutions and asked for a discount voucher. My reasoning was simple; it wasn’t my fault I hadn’t received the items and since I’d missed out on the sale items at least give me a discount so i could buy a couple of similar items and get them at a similar price. Seemed like that would provide a reasonable outcome and i didn’t think it was a “big” ask.
I ended up exchanging about 4 emails over this matter with the “guest education centre”. In each case I found the resolutions team wholly unhelpful and lacking any sense of empathy or desire to find a resolution.
As per other reviews left, I do think there is a real problem in terms of lulu taking ownership for problems. There is an underlying arrogance in their approach and communication style. Even the title of the resolutions team as the “guest education centre” smacks of their patronising approach.
Receive old stock while I had to suck up a 25% price increase – I paid $99 for a three pack of underwear - when i arrived the package, the price labelled is $79. Having done further research, it becomes clear that Lululemon feels entitled to jack up prices by 25% in a time where consumers suffer from cost of living crises. They subsequently are too lazy to even adjust the prices on the package, so you feel… Read more
completely ripped off. Also it is clear i have received old stock now. Customer experience refuse to compensate - says it all how they look at their client base. Never again.
Online plays favouritism with Americans over Australians – Went to website. Saw 15% off offer for first purchase. It then sends an email to your account. Click on the email it links you to American store. When you change to Australia store 15% offer removed and logs you out and requires you to create a separate account in Australia. Scam!
Thin see through Material – Thin see through material. I could actually see the colour of my underwear through the black leggings. It was terrible for the price that you pay for this brand Show details
Lost their way - become arrogant and entitled – Worst retailer in Australia . They use names like ‘educator ‘ instead of customer service officer and Customer Education Centre instead of customer service centre What a joke ….. called ‘educators ‘ hahaha goodness me .
Where have you guys lost your way ????
Purchased two items online for $149 each they turned up with swing tags clearly stating $129 rack.
Then had to speak to their ‘educators’ with no success .
Arrogance and total disrespect for customers
Stitching coming apart and excessive pilling – They don’t stand by their product anymore, stitching is coming apart in multiple areas and before each wear I’ve had to use a de pilling shaver as there are balls all over. don’t drive. Told though luck and their customer service blamed my washing skill for the pilling. Eventho I wash all my tights inside out and in a wash bag.
Faulty product, no refund – I purchased a pair of the Nulu Fabric pants and the quality was so disapointing. The threads immediately began unravelling before even the first wear or wash. After one month, the unravelling threads became worse, particularly around the groin, hip seams and the bottom cuff. The unravelling threads around the groin seam also caused a hole to form… Read more
which made the product unwearable. I reached out to lululemon customer service and no-one was able to help me with any level of urgency. I completed the requested product complaint form and received an email saying I should expect a response within 3-5 business days. I did not hear from them at all. So disappointing not only to receive such a poor quality product but also not to receive a refund or compensation. I would not recommend lululemon for their products or their customer service.
WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN!! – I purchased the 5 pack of g strings (different colours-black, browns, beige and skin tones. THE WORST UNDERWEAR I HAVE EVERY PURCHASED. When I first put them on I thought “oh how comfortable” but they move around soooo much!! I am so disappointed!! Show details
Extremely Disappointed with Misleading Sizing and Poor Customer Service – I recently purchased an item from lululemon, expecting high-quality products and reliable customer service. impossible to wear comfortably. When I reached out to lululemon for a refund or exchange, I was met with an uncooperative and rigid response. They refused to acknowledge the sizing issue and denied any possibility of a refund or exchange.
As a loyal customer, I am deeply frustrated by this lack of accountability and poor customer service. It's disheartening to see a reputed brand like lululemon fail to stand by their products and provide satisfactory solutions for their customers. I will certainly think twice before making any future purchases and would advise others to be cautious about the sizing and dodgy/unlawful return policy before buying from lululemon.
