Ceiling fans at the best price and great service TBH I was surprised at how excellent this company is. Highly recommend.

I ordered my fans on a Monday and received them on Wednesday. I was able to get them installed straight away as the electrician was at my house servicing my air conditioner when they arrived. I expected they would take at least 4 or 5 days. I also rang before ordering and spoke to a lovely man regarding stock. He must have dispatched straight away. Thank you I will order from you again. Great service.

The site accepted my order for a fan and light but never said there was no stock. Needed to be ordered from their "external warehouse", i.e: from their supplier. No communication about this. Took me 3 goes to get an answer about delivery, which was put back and back.
I then asked for a 10% discount, priority delivery or refund. NO response. Reputable sellers tell buyers if there is low or no stock.
How many of their orders get done like this? BEWARE.
I have NOT received the products. WHY would you say that? Just more deception and lack of communication. Customers just fit in around your system.

Alice helped with an order as i needed it within a week and the fans i ordered had been superceded, she fixed everything up and was so helpful.

Purchased two celling fans and a fan extension, had concerns that the supplied extension was not the appropriate attachment . I spoke to Leah from customer service, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Leah said she would come back to me at the end of the day. Two hours later I received an email confirming I had the right product very efficient and excellent customer service.

Bad return policy. If you even open the box to look at the product you cannot exchange it regardless if it is perfect condition, unused and replaced in box as purchased.

... Read moreinto the box as in new condition then there should be an option for exchange. The Product wasn't used, it was carefully replaced exactly as it came out of the box. It was in as new condition not one thing different other than I told you I opened the box. You wouldn't of even been able to tell it had been opened. Very poor service and policies and implore other buyers to be aware of this ridiculous policy. DO NOT bother buying from a company with a policy like this.Awesome service

Lumera have great products which are going to look great in my bathroom. Jenny was very helpful on product advice and customer service. I needed quick delivery and they were able to oblige. They were also competitive on pricing. All found I was very satisfied and highly recommend.

Regarding our products on hand, as you will have seen we range thousands of models to be able to offer our customers as many options as possible, with the vast majority of items held in our main warehouse. This enables us to dispatch 95% of our orders within a day or so. However, given we are in our busiest month of the year and with hundreds of orders going out daily, coupled with stock constantly coming in and out, there are always some orders that are unfortunately slightly delayed by a couple of days, in the case when we are awaiting replenishment.
