Yes this website is a total scam, bought a few items from Luna Melbourne thinking it was AUS based but then discovered they are based in China. I waited four weeks for my order to arrive, the quality was cheap and the sizes all wrong, quality was so poor and the good smelt so bad. refund and three months later I am still waiting, they keep emailing saying they are waiting for their department to confirm they received the goods when clearly AUS Post confirmed the good had been delivered and received. I have now been blocked and accept I have lost my money. Don't be fooled by these overseas companies scamming people doing online sales, buy local.
Still very much a scam - they pretend to sell quality shoes because of a shop closure and it’s a lie. They will send you unbranded $2 dollars shoes for the $70 or more. As everyone else has said, this is a scam. The items are nowhere near the quality pictured online, they are poorly made approximations. Caught, again, via a Facebook ad. Cheap horrible fabric shoes with thin plastic soles not the leather look orthopaedic sole shoes I ordered. Plastic smells so much they have to go in the bin.
Follow-up · O would now like to give a follow up review of MINUS 5 stars. After emailing back and forth and consistently asking that they refund me at least some of my purchase price they agreed to refund me 30% of my spend-and then promptly blocked my email and refunded me nothing. I hope they are shut down. Do not give them any of your money.
Items not received Contacted seller multiple times without a clear answer when I'll get my items. I purchased from this company because they said they're Australian. They clearly aren't.
Follow-up · I eventually received the items, however my bank gave me a refund as the items I received were not as described and appeared like they were from Temu.

How are these doggy companies allowed to advertise on Facebook, they should not be allowed to. We buy things online thinking they are legitimate it’s not fair
Follow-up · There was no return policy, no refund. I have heard nothing back from them after my second email with regard to a refund. The sizing was totally inaccurate, I am a size 10 and it just fitted a size 7. These companies should not be allowed to be on Facebook and something should be done.

They have not answered my request for a refund. These people are scammers. Do not deal with them and look closely at any new online company.. especially using Australian cities in their business name. They have no connection to that city!

‘Orthopaedic’ shoes arrived from China, reeking of some chemical, and not true to size (about 2 sizes smaller). At the discount price of $69, but ‘original’ price of $350, absolute rort. If I could give them zero stars I would. The shoes are not orthotic shoes! Would have been better getting of Temu. The shoes are cheaply made sold at a high price. STAY AWAY. While something eventually arrived, they did not sent all pairs ordered, the sizing is wrong and they are awful quality. They also smell. While they company never responds to emails, they didn't manage to respond to the bank when we disputed the transaction, making getting the funds back almost impossible. Scam artists. Show details

Luna Melbourne is still advertising and is still selling utter rubbish. While their website says you can return the clothes within 30 days, the phone number is disconnected and when I emailed them they only offered a discount on future purchases. I have initiated a chargeback through Visa and reported them to shopify. Show details

If I could give zero stars I would, they are not from Melbourne, they are not closing down they just take your money and give you nothing in return, avoid at all costs! They finally arrived after 10 weeks and they are so poorly made and they stink, I have had to put them in the garage as they can’t stay in my house. Not in a box either, absolute rubbish!!!! Wish I had read these reviews. I am currenlty emailing them backwards and forwards as they said shippped, then sorry being processed then when i say I want a refund oh sorry they have een shipped and will be with you soon. Tracking no does not exist. Has anyone gotten their money back ?

Worst product and customer service received. The dress ordered was of cheap quality, not the right fit, the colour was different. They have a warehouse on China and I guess you order it on the website thinking it's a $80 dress and when you receive it's a $10 dollar Temu dress.
