little single use swatches that you rip open once, lose half on the floor and half down the drain while you're trying to wash it off your fingers

* You will use everything - I've been a member for a good 10 months now and I haven't received one item that I've hated. Everything has been useful and innovative and it's stuff you want to try.

* The samples are current brands, that you would have heard of!

* And because they are trusted brands, you are getting quality products, not something from a "seconds bin" at your local chemist

Cons:

* Seriously - I can't think of one.

enjoy getting each months box and learning about different brands and products! I've had quite a few a-ha moments with products that fit needs I never knew I had!! Every month you get a little insight into the "hero" product of the box but the rest is usually a fun surprise. The monthly items also arrived in a gorgeous zip bag every month which can be reused for a plethora of purposes!!!

Every box I have received so far has been excellent value for money and on the odd occasion I get something I wouldn't use (which is inevitable given the business model - not everything will be perfect for everyone!) I pass these items into family/friends; and to be honest if you can't live with getting something you might not love or are particular about brands and your tried and true products subscription boxes probably aren't for you anyway.

On the rare occasion I've had an issue (it's happened twice in 9 months) and had to contact customer service I have been truly amazed at the quality of customer service Lust Have It provides. On one occasion and item was broken when it arrived - i provided a photo via email and I was sent a full replacement! On another occasion there way a slight hiccup with delivery and they organised a replacement within hours. They are always polite and honest and truly value their customers!!

If you're open to new things, in love with the idea of opening a mystery box of high quality beauty goodies and love being treated with respect as a customer and provided awesome customer service on the off chance there is an issue I would 10/10 recommend Lust Have It!

Late boxes, out of date products, not worth it – I was subscribed for about a year, I ended up cancelling my sub because they were sending out of date products. In this case, a foundation that was waaaaay too dark for my skin. Not only was it too dark but it was out of date by 7 months. (Makeup has quite a long expiration so I'd hate to know how old it was!) to use the darker shade as a contour colour, and that expiration on makeup didn't matter. So we all must have received the same dark shade with the same date.

I cancelled my subscription and the next month, the deducted money from my account. Thankfully it got refunded. Also, the lady I dealt with was lovely. There is nothing wrong with the friendliness of their customer service. The poor people working there must be sick of complaints. The boxes were late EVERY MONTH. Your money comes out, and they tell you that your box has shipped. Don't believe it. You will have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks.

On a positive, they introduced me to Paula's Choice skincare through samples, and for that I am grateful. My skin has never been better, and I probably would never heard of the brand otherwise.

As for the rest, they send the products that companies can't sell. Or samples that anyone could get from shampoo companies. I hope they up their game. It's such a good concept.

(neutral colour) - they are all suited for daily use. Would recommend it if you like unboxing cosmetic stuff monthly for a surprise. Value for money if you are someone who loves to try new cosmetics and skin care!

I like it – I like the products mostly that arrive each month The only criticism I have is that often the colours are t suitable for me. Not sure how you address that for individual clients unless upon initial membership, clients fill in a questionairre

Enjoy the surprise every month – Convenient, cost effective great products. Great customer service. A nice blend of products that if you don't like yourself you can give to someone who does.

ITs just average – Meh. I feel dissapointed most of the time I feel I lost money with the subscription. Could spend same value in better Stuff. I never end up using what they send.

trying both of them first, so i spent the next few months alternating between the two, testing their products, checking to see what other customers had to say and just generally trying to form a solid opinion.

After seven months, I decided that I would cancel my subscription with the other service and stick to Lust Have It.

There are several factors that influenced my final decision to commit to Lust Have It.

The other subscription services send their products in a box. Although the colour and design of the box is cute, it just isn’t practical as you end up with an accumulation of empty boxes that aren’t big enough to store anything into and you just end up throwing out, which i find such a waste.

I definitely prefer the older mesh Lust Have it bags in black and pink (I’m not really a fan of the new pattern), they don’t take up much space when i’m not using them, but are so cute and versatile that they’re almost always being used for something.

I also typically preferred the contents of my Lust have it bag. The other subscription company gave at least one full size product, but i found that they were sometimes inconsistent in quality. After a few months I had a pile of random tiny samples and it no longer felt worth it. However, with Lust Have it, I found the overall quality to be so much better, I hardly ever received tiny sample products, and if i did receive normal sized sample products they were more interesting - less generic and repetitive than the other company.

Some people might disagree but i like that Lust Have It gives all its customers the same items (give or take one or two things). The other subscription company gave its users to input their beauty profile data into their account and claimed to allocate items based off of that profile, but honestly, most of the time i found it didn’t really make a difference. More often than not, I found myself really wanting the contents of someone else’s box or comparing peoples boxing and concluding that they were unequal in terms of getting what you pay for.

The only thing I did prefer with the other company was their social media presence. Every month they’d have an unboxing and show customers all the items they could be receiving in their boxes. I found this really made me excited for the month ahead - (although i do understand if lust have it chooses not to do this so it’s more of a surprise for their customers when they receive a bag).

Sorry if this is a bit lengthy, but I love Lust Have It and give my honest feedback in the hopes that it can be even the slightest bit helpful.

It's a MUST have!!! – Absolutely amazing. There is often triple the value inside the box as the price we pay. I love having a suprise in the mail each month with amazing products from amazing brands i have never tried before. I have found so many new and simply better products then i have been purchasing for myself in the past. Love this box always has great products! – Lust have it, is the best sample box I receive! I've never had repeats and they put a lot of thought into the boxes. have found through Lust Have It. I would never have been able to try such fantastic products if it weren't for this subscription box. It is excellent value for such a low price, and I am forever greatful for being given the opportunity to sample such fantastic products.

I've been subscribed to both. Both definitely represent value for money and allow me to try brands I would not usually buy, but do now. There customer service team are prompt and efficienct although I have only needed to use them once in the past year or so mainly due to a mistake I made. Responses have been very quick and exceptionally helpful, particularly Mel whom I have been dealing with.

Amazing! – This is my 3rd month receiving Lust Have It and I have not been disappointed yet each box seems to get better and better! My January box was amazing I will use every single item that I received. I would highly recommend Lust Have It to all my friends.

Love trying the new products introduced – Always look forward to receiving my bag each month. Generally love 3- 4 of the products! No Worries! – I had a lil issue with Lust have it, they charged me for an eco box but sent me the december box instead! i emailed LHI, and they responded within hours, said i could keep the december box for free and they were processing an eco box, as we speak! Go LUSTHAVEIT! faster than fast food! way more satisfying! Always look forward to my lusthaveit delivery!

Love receiving my lust have it box! – As a beauty product addict I love receiving my lust have it box every month. I get to try so many products without having to purchase the full size item, it's great! I use to spend hours researching the latest products, but now all I have to do is wait for my parcefl to arrive every month and see how well the products work on my own skin. I love it.

The best customer service! Love receiving the pack each month! – I have been a lust have it customer for a couple of years now and love it. One of my packs went missing in transit and I didn't receive it. I sent lust have it an email, got a reply within 12 hours and BOOM! a replacement pack within a week!!

Great service – Have been a member for longer than I can remember & while some month's boxes can be less than exciting, other boxes well & truly make up for the lacklustre ones. Been a member for a long time and still see great value – I've been a member for just over a year and use most of the products they send me. I really like trying out new brands as I am far too busy to search for these online (and I don't want to pay for a full product when I haven't tried it). Service has been satisfactory so far! – I have been subscribed to LHI for 2 months now, and the products, customer service provided and overall experience has been good so far! Customer service has been particularly good when dealing with issues that may arise, so I commend LHI as a company for that.

Great value! – I received the Eco box and I was blown away with the value that I received. I received 7 products for under $30! My favorite was the Mango and Almond Shampoo bar.... My entire bathroom smells so delicious! Highly recommend to people that take beauty seriously :)
