Carpet – Just ordered one of their new carpets(2mx3m) Quick delivery but the carpet is cheap nasty fleece/velvet fabric glued to a backing, like upholstery fabric. It's more like a blanket. False advertising as this is a FABRIC rug , not a carpet. The dogs will enjoy their new blanket. I'm still looking for a real rug!!

I have purchased a bunk bed with table, unfortunately when it arrived 2 parts were broken. When I contacted Luxo Living customer care, Mr Thomas helped me to sort out the problem and sent the replacement parts as quickly as possible. I have one suggestion, please provide assembly instructions as a video with clear instructions for top and bottom as well as outside and inside for parts. This will reduce assembly time significantly.

WARNING !!!?I spent $700 on a bed frame and $150 for them to assemble it. Thank goodness I did as it did not come with the base frame parts. It took them 1 month to return and we were sleeping on the floor for the entire month on our mattress. Then the base broke after 1 year and they wouldn’t give me a refund or fix it. After over a month of trying to resolve this issue I am hoping to warn others against purchasing from this company. We ordered a sauna from Luxo Living mid-April. We expected delivery on 29th April. I took the day off of work to receive the item as we have no safe spot to leave packages/items at our residence. The delivery driver arrived but his… Read more

equipment wasn't working and he was unable to unload the sauna. As I could not take further time off of work I asked how we can organise the item being delivered that day. He advised they couldn't but the only option was for us to collect the sauna from the depot. We ended up having to go and pick up the very heavy boxes and unload them ourselves after paying a hefty $445 for delivery. When Luxo Living were contacted regarding the issue, they blamed the freight company they use and advised they were not at fault so nothing could be done. We paid Luxo directly for the delivery fee and delivery was not completed. So we have ended up paying $445 for absolutely nothing. Luxo offered a $50 (and then $100) 'gesture of goodwill'. Their customer service is awful. Communication is very slow (if you even receive a response). The sauna itself is very average, looks very cheap and is poorly sealed. A lesson learned for us - we would absolutely never purchased from this company again.

edges of bed but after 10-12 emails and being advised there was a warranty claim, they asked me to hit the bed to make it expand! It has been 7 mths and still waiting for them to credit me. Sheets I bought on a promotion they sent 1 instead of the 2 (2nd was free), the sheets were good but the service to get them wasn't. Luxo takes a LONG TIME to resolve anything if they do at all, so I feel they try to take forever and hope the warranty will expire. NOT WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT :-(
