Luxe Living furniture or Insurance Company?

Beware of the fine prints! If you cancel your order even Within 48 hours of placing order, you get charged with $30.
Not to mention I called them three times, the line was always bad, could hardly hear what the customer service agent was saying. The first time she hung up on me when I said I cannot hear her properly. The second time I was waiting to be put through when they disconnected me. The third time the line was still bad but I managed to speak few seconds and was told that I will be charged $30 for cancelling my order #457031. Show details

Beware of back order!

Beware of back order! I had never purchased from Luxo Living before and recently purchased two dining chairs that on the website says ‘ships in 24hrs’ with an image of the white chairs. After purchasing and hearing nothing for a week, I emailed to follow up on dispatch, only to be informed it’s on back order, and ‘other colors are 24hr ship’. Now looking at about a month wait. If I wanted my money refunded I needed to pay $30 fee. Really disappointed and probably won’t purchase from this company again. Show details

Scammers

I ordered a bed in November 2023! I received a bed that was faulty so I email them to fix it, they send out a new box and again faulty, I now have a garage full of bed materials that I cannot use and they have ignored me and told me that they will not pick up the materials that they gave me which were faulty, it’s now the 2nd of February and no refund or response, I told them I’m a heavily pregnant woman needing my bed asap and instead they’ve stressed me out more and I’m still waiting on a refund, do not buy from this website unless you want your money stolen Show details

I contacted the support@ email after a small ‘hiccup’ with our order - our dining table top was unluckily damaged during transport. Krischelle was so lovely - within an hour (on a Saturday!) everything had been sorted and a delivery date confirmed for a replacement.

DO NOT PURCHASE!

I bought 2 of the cream Boucle Accent Chairs. One had a sizeable bleach (stark white) mark on it which is very noticeable in person. I contacted Luxo Living regarding the issue and they requested photos and videos and then even more photos and videos. They offered a $50 refund for a $500+ purchase. When I asked for an exchange they said the most they could do was offer their MAXIMUM REFUND of $70. Their warranty is absolute rubbish. In addition to this the cushioning is so HARD to sit on, so not the most comfortable armchair. I will never purchase from them again and have let others know of my experience. There's a reason why they have limited reviews on their own website; they only publish good reviews!!!

Update: Still no help. They are refusing provide a refund. They said we need to pay them a 10 percent change of mind fee to return the defective product they sent us! This company is dodgy.

Fantastic customer service

Ordered an outdoor sofa online. Unfortunately one part was damaged on arrival however after contacting Luxoliving they immediately organised for a replacement to be sent. Krischelle from customer service was super friendly and responsive. The sofa was also very easy to put together.

Moana outdoor set

Received my Moana outdoor set and it is beautiful. Just perfect for my space. Unfortunately one of the legs for the table was damaged. After emailed Luxo support KRISCHELLE was so helpful and promptly had a replacement sent straight to my home address. I couldn’t be happier with the fast communication and solution I have received.
