Contacted customer support via the chatBot and was sent a link directly in the chat, which says no free shipping to WA. I again searched for this in the website and could not find it.

Don't waste your money – 20 minutes into my 5 month and 1 year old puppies having the invincipaw toy, they have destroyed the wolf. I had to take the lion away as it also has a hole chewed through it.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY – Toys are complete rubbish, were burst within 5 mins emailed them NO REPLY lesson learnt. Don’t waste your money, bought one from Poundland for couple quid that lasted longer. Wouldn’t give any stars however not optional.

Destroyed in minutes – Our dog had ripped the indestructible toy in minutes. Stuffing out. Raised a claim with PayPal which had been closed in their favour. Now all products have been removed from the uk website (and the negative reviews). Disgraceful.
Load of rubbish – Waited ages for my dogs indestructible toy to arrive. When it did it was poor quality and my golden retriever ripped it to shred in 5 minutes
Utter con – Advert said indestructible and replacement sent if otherwise. Lasted 2 minutes and they refused to send replacements or give me money back or send me their complaints policy. Instead offered 10% discount on next purchase when a 20% off was included in the packaging. Utter joke!
Absolute rubbish – Lasted 5 mins before head was ripped off. Company refused refund but pursuing refund through PayPal. Company hasn’t responded to PayPal investigation. Suggest everyone put in dispute with PayPal to get money back.

Total dog crap!!! – Made from cheap materials. Didn’t last 2 minute’s literally. Took ages to arrive. Very disappointed in the items and that I spend this much money on something that was supposed to be tough but was actually very poor. Company didn’t want to know how bad their product was. Just fobbed me off. Do not waste your money on this worthless crap.

Destroyed with 12 hourd – My cocker spaniel had the stuffing and squeaker out within 12 hours....she is just an average sized dog. I feel you are advertising false claims for these toys and you clearly know this as you provide a second one free!!!!

Utter waste of money! – Advertised as InvinciPaw™ Animals For Heavy Chewers the toy lasted 7 minutes. Contacted customer support and they said 'Some dogs have particularly aggressive chewing habits, and no toy is entirely indestructible for every dog. We always recommend our customers to choose toys that are appropriate for their dog's specific chewing behavior'. DONT ADVERTISE FOR HEAVY CHEWERS THEN!
2 toys lasted no more than an hour – Total scam and if you complain they must think you’re an idiot as they send you a 10% discount off your next order, like that will ever happen!!
Avoid at all costs, rip off – Bought Invincipaw animal for my 6 month old Golden Retreiver who destroyed it in under 2 mins. Tail chewed off, leg chewed and stuffing pulled out. Complained to company and received a computer generated reply. Wrongly advertised don't waste your money. Currently claiming through Paypal.

The toy lasted 10 mins and they refused to replace it even when their advert said “if they rip it we replace it” got email full of fluff and crap they just blew me off. Put a PayPal complaint in but doubt I’ll get my money back. Ripped off
Would be zero if possible – Wish I had seen the reviews before buying. Not only is the toy easily chewed and destroyed the company do not stand by their promises to replace the toy. Could have soent a third of the price on a toy that would have lasted longer.

all. One has a small squeaker, other has a huge squeaker in it. One has a sewn label "Hoopet" which is a bed they make!! Also sold as made in uk, but the tracking number says it started out in china!! The Evri label has another under which is all in chinese with my tracking number!! Sham Company – Agree with everything written here. This is a drop shopper trading under JOSH WARD ENTERPRISE PTY LTD which is registered in Qld, and items ship from China. Website is a complete sham, claims item is "100% indestructible and unbreakable" and also offer a 100% refund guarantee. My dog destroyed this is under 5 minutes. When I contacted the company, I was offered a replacement only. Currently disputing through PayPal. Avoid at all costs.

money and received 'goods' (if they were called 'bads' it would be better) that are nothing like their website photo nor their description. I was stupid enough to purchase the 'cozy nook' bed for my Shih Tzu x Maltese when it was advertised on Instagram. I don't think I will ever buy anything advertised on social media again - or at least without having thoroughly researched the company first. After placing a bad review on their Facebook page I noticed they removed it (surprise, surprise) and then when there were some more bad reviews posted they took down the whole page! There is no CEO email address - which leads me to believe there is no CEO as such - just a 'founder' named 'Nejra' who has no contact details other than by using the website form. So I can't even complain to a CEO. The bed I ordered is advertised as being 50cm in diameter. That's the smallest size they advertise. The bed I received was barely 35cm and not big enough for a small cat - let alone my dog. I think it would have suited a guinea pig. The 'hood' on the bed is shown on the website as being upright but it is just a floppy extra layer of fabric. The bed is advertised as being weighted. It is not. It is clearly mass produced in China - not "crafted" as they claim! I paid £37 for this bed and contacted MFP as soon as I received it (with no paperwork) to voice my issues and they gave the reply that everyone gets - no refund but 10% of my next order!! Like everyone else on this site I do not intend to give up but I think the reason they are not refunding anyone is that if anyone else gets wind that one person has been refunded, they will have more of a chance of being refunded themselves, and I suspect that would bankrupt them as I have yet to see a review from a satisfied customer. I have been emailing MFP and sending them completed forms on their website since mid July. At one point they offered me a 50% refund and said I could keep the item (as if that was a good thing - it's of no use whatsoever to me), but when I responded to their offer they started sending automated responses and never referred to the 50% refund again. There must be someone who knows someone who works for a newspaper or is really good on social media so that this despicable outfit can be publicly named and shamed so that no other poor soul gets robbed. Otherwise, does anyone have an idea of something we could do collectively that might get us all our money back?
