had more than 4 attempts to position correctly and put dot patches over all the extra holes, Van leaks in rain. bed base not screwed down properly and base is all bent out of shape, entry door Very hard to open and screen door VERY hard to separate. Dealer says it can all be fixed but not sure how they remove all the holes in the timber. Really this van should never have left the factory except MAJESTIC must have very low standards.
Read all the bad reviews about Majestic Caravans and basically have the same problems-dont need to elaborate. Majestic - LOOK ELSEWHERE even though others are more expensive, DONT BUY MAJESTIC. Customer Service is RUDE, IGNORANT and does not want to do anything to assist.
Very disappointing Majestic caravan experience – I would advise anyone thinking of buying a Majestic caravan to stay away from them. soft and rotting. I didn't go through the warranty with Majestic, so I can't comment on what they are like there. I also had issues with the paint on the chassis in parts. Started showing surface rust in a few places where the paint just flaked off. The water pump sucked in some plastis drill swarf from the black plastic tanks, and wouldn't turn off. They had secured the washing machine to the floor by screwing straight up into the base of it. One of the internal sliding door rollers fell off. When taking a shower the water leaked out all over the floor. The gas hot water would not light up because of a water leaking on the safety probe. Fit and finish looked nice but when you look closely it is really rough. The fresh water fill point wasn't sealed properly, and would leak water into the space under the seat while filling. This was an expensive van. Majestic really need to take a good look at their quality control because something is going wrong at the factory.
Dismal warranty service – Nice van. Build quality a bit average.numerous touch up paint marks on the melamine walls. hinges come loose. plus more. I had a problem with the H moulding sealing. is not required in the H mould and the sealant that is falling off the van was only for aesthetics. I have done my own research with the H mould supplier and been told that sealant is required on the moulding. Majestic only answered my questions because of my continuous hounding through the Sydney dealership where I bought the van new.

WARNING – We took our majestic van back 3 times to caboolture,still under warranty to fix the HDMI cable we had arranged to be installed while being built. Two TV'S were damaged as they kept telling us each time it was fixed even though they did not test it. So our fridge and TV aerial that has always been problematic will remain problematic unless we sort it out ourselfs. Beware – If you buy a majestic caravan ,please please check everything before you accept delivery, we had an insecure fridge , and washing machine with 2 brackets neither actually holding the washing machine securely, a water leak under bathroom sink, and a dented fridge door, made worse by their service department trying to repair it, Manager was very rude when we arrived to get repairs done, and they now refuse to fix fridge door Show details

(according to a written report from the repairer) since being manufactured. The result was a totally ruined or disintegrated timber frame on one side. We don't know about the rest of the van as it would be too costly to have it taken apart to inspect it and god knows how much to repair. We are still waiting on a reply from Majestic.
Stay away from Majestic vans – I purchased at off road van 2020 before Covid hit and it’s a lemon. Would definitely not recommend this brand of van as it is put together by monkeys . van was covered in dust. When we pull apart the van we found holes that you could see the ground. I’ve just spent the whole week vacuuming out the dust and washing all my walls and cleaning out all the drawers. I’m so disappointed in my van , it has given us so much stress and grief. It has not been enjoyable.

We attended the Brisbane Caravan show in June 2021, paid a deposit on a new Van and had to advise them 3 days later we could not proceed with the purchase. We have been abused by staff, lied to, and given every excuse under the sun as to why the money has not been received by us. As requested by them, I have supplied proof that I have not received their refund but they insist they have paid it. In return I have asked them for a remittance showing that they had deposited the money. They are unable to provide proof of such deposit. I then approached the owner of the company in Victoria who wanted to know why I was talking to her about this. Obviously the problem goes right to the top of this company. I will now be taking the matter to the relevant authorities. We have had three previous caravans and I have never ever dealt with such an unprofessional & untrustworthy company. Do Not Touch This Company – Beware Do Not Touch This Company!! We purchased our van through the caravan show. Initial contact was good and to be honest the van we purchased was excellent value. We advised that we could not take delivery of the van for about 9 months as we were waiting on a permanent site which was agreed on by Majestic. To our surprise approximately 3… Read more
months later we were advised that our van was ready and that full payment was required. Spoke to [name removed] at the Geelong office who's attitude was ordinary at best. Also spoke to one of the salesmen in Queensland who advised if we didn't pay the full amount they would take legal action to recover costs (even though the contract had delivery TBA). At this point the owner of the company got involved and to her credit the matter was sorted.
We finally took delivery. The van was amazing and we proceeded to put the van on our permanent site. Approximately 4 months later we noticed that the hot water service in the van had been leaking due to a faulty hose which had flooded the back end of the van. Spoke to [name removed] again who is in charge of warranty claims. Was less that impressed with her response. At first [name removed] claimed it was out fault and that we should turn the hot water on when we required hot water and that it was not to be left on permanently. That would mean if I wanted to use the shower I would have to wait around 40 minutes for the water to get hot. Anyway we got around that and [name removed] advised to send her an email she would arrange for a plumber and would make contact with the manufacturer of the hot water service. Sent an email and got an automated reply to confirm it had been received. I also left a number of messages on one of the owners mobiles to give me a call. To this day some 7 weeks later I am still waiting on a response from Majestic. I have since had to make a claim through my Insurance to have the damage repaired. The repairer has even attended Majestic to get assistance with ordering parts and from what I have been informed they were not interested in helping. The van is nice van but if there are any issues they are not interested. They will take your money and run. This is the 6th van I have purchased. I have never had after sales issues with any other van I have purchased except through Majestic. My advice, Do not touch this company.
Very Happy – We have had our Knight since August 2017 The only problem one water tank gauge not working that was repaired by Cory under warranty. We had a majestic pop top for a year thought it was ok till we traded it in there was water damage – Had a majestic pop top for a year thought it was a good van till we decided to trade it in. Water damage in both wardrobes. We didn't know till we took our clothes out you really have to check the outdoor seams as water can get in without you knowledge and you can be up for a lot of money so don't forget to check in the wardrobes.
Perfect for us – This van is our permanent home and it suits us to a t .The reason we bought this particular caravan is because the fit and finish is top quality . The Majestic staff at Caboolture are absolutely the best people to deal with . Quality control – Had our Knight for just over a year now. It is what should be a magnificent caravan but we have been unfortunate enough to have numerous quality control problems, which is very disheartning. allow the caravan to be registered until you have had a thorough examination of the quality control. Even with all the faults that have occured, I still think that the Majestic Knight is a good value for money caravan.

semi- off road, and we travelled over several corrugated gravel roads without any breakages. It travelled very well, easy to tow and is extremely comfortable. We can recommend.

argue there was nothing in the van to drop and had not had a chance to use it. we connected the water hose and discovered a water leak under the sink. They fixed it. The shower recess has a chip in the fibre glass. Majestic caravan say "too bad" should have inspected properly before we took delivery. The plastic housing that the tail lights are housed in got full of water while in the Service mans yard.majestic caravans just brushed it off.
I have had caravans all my life and in fact have three others at this point in time. I have never been treated like this.

Roof leaks – We like the van but have leaks in the roof and around the windows and into the overhead cupboards and wardrobes. This is the second time we have had leaks and were told we should reseal with silicone every year. Told to go elsewhere to have it repaired as they were to busy building new vans than to repair the van. Show details

Majestic Knight Series 4h – This is our third Majestic and wouldn't buy anything else, everyone who has seen our latest van have been very impressed with the finish of the van. We have never had any problems with our past vans apart from a couple of very miner things which were no trouble for Majestic who fixed them Right away, great people great van
we would rate our Majestic Knight 5 stars. A 2010 off road model and we have done in excess of 40,00 – The ideal van for us, 17 ft 6in offroader with full ensuite. A dream to tow, only 1800 atm and the independent suspension works a dream.Really don't need anything else.
Majestic Knight Series 4 Single Axle – We purchased a new Majestic Knight Series 4 single axle in May 2013 with a full ensuite. It has now travelled 18,000 km throughtout the NT & Qld. Excellent – We spent 2 years researching vans before we ordered a Majestic Knight and we havn't been disapointed. Very good value for money, after 12 months travelling it still looks brand new. Lots of room in our 21ft knight. Love the oven and grill, I like to cook and the oven is big enough to take a large roast. Lots of cupboards. We have travelled around OZ in 12 months and never had a problem with anything. Very happy with van. Can't think of a thing.
Once a king, always a king..but once a Knight is more than enough!! – We researched caravans for four years before we purchased ours a little over a year ago. We wanted all the bells and whistles, and were prepared to wait to have it made. Turned out to be a great decision and we would have no hesitation in recommending Majestic to anyone. I love the quality inclusions that came standard with the Knight. A few minor things we had fixed under the service warranty, and nothing was a problem.
Heres hoping that the one Iam buying isok – So far have only ordered the van, a 19.6 Majestic Knight and must say that the finish seems great. The boss man has been very helpful and seemsw to be honest in the dealing I have had with him The sealant on the roof and around the windows is done with a proffional aproach Here is hopeing that my van will be as I expect. Excellent – So far we have traveled in excess of 5,000k without any issues and have found it to be very confortable. Glad we purchased it and ignored the negative comments. Purchased the 16' full van with shower and toilet in off road specifications. Very roomy for a 16' van. Tows very well on dirt corrugated roads as well as on the bitumen. Quality van at a good price and well finished internally and externally. There is nothing we dislike about it
