Then email again to see how it was going to be told it will be done within 24 hours and the payment will be processed to my bank. When I contacted them again they said it's hasn't been completed and will be completed soon. Absolutely shocking service from this company. The team have no idea what they are doing. Give out the wrong information, and just lie to you. I have been with rental companies before and have never been in this position.

Perfect – I ordered my new laptop and decided to pay the rest of it off. They were fantastic about it. They didn't have the one in stock I bought which was a shame, but they offered the newer model.plus a 1T hard drive to cover the lesser hard drive size. eventually said because I’m Tasmania they need to collect the product and send it to Melbourne to be looked at. I contacted them over a month ago now and in that time have at two times for them to come collect the pram. Both times no one showed up. I got a text last week to say last week to say they have been trying to contact me... had not received anything. I called back and they said there were issues with their collector and needed to arrange another time. I said no worries to which he said okay so we will call you back when we have a time..... it’s been a week and nothing. Literally at this point I just want a refund so I can purchase a pram locally. They have told me they won’t do this, they need to look at the pram and either repair or replace it. I honestly don’t want this, I have found the pram to be flimsy and almost cheap like. I have a newborn baby and no pram at the moment which is so hard especially at the moment. Also we aren’t made of money with only one of us working at the moment and can’t just go out and buy another one without a refund. I’m very disappointed with the product and service. customer service is always friendly and they try to help. The girl i spoke to was super apologetic and couldn't understand why noone had contacted me or sent the laptop, she looks into it and discovers that laptop is the end of the line and stock is no longer available, get a offer for another one, out of desperation i accept and im told it will be dispatched immediately and send urgent via express post. This week i will make my 5th repayment following my initial 200 dollar deposit and i STILL dont have a lap top, i am furious and over it. Ive made a couple of successful purchases through MIM in the past but this has done it for me...i will never use MIM again. I will also add that they are continuing to advertise the end of line lap top as available through MIM.

Make It Mine Locks Out Pensioner Mobile – Provided with Samsung A8 Galaxy by my Stepson. Make it Mine has locked it out. No phone call to resolved whatever issue they had. They just cause grief to a Pensioner. Nice People. I don't recommend buying anything from this company,

Love my tv's and my new phone. Highly recommend this company – Started a no interest contract to purchase a bundle and have had no problems with the order. What I cannot understand is why would they keep me on their books if they were no longer selling the computer I had ordered? Why waste my time taking money for a product that they could no longer supply. I should have been asked at the start. I can only deduce that they were lining their accounts with the interest derived from the money they were taking for the lay by.

Can’t trust them. Hidden payment schedules that’s contrary to contract – They will take payment a week after rental contract resumes, even though the contract states fortnight payments. They will state something like “you agreed to a date for the first payment to be taken out during the pre-approval payment process.” Didn’t happen. Reconsider all your other options Afterpay, zippay before renting from these people:

1) If you’re renting goods from these people, be aware you could rent your product for 14 days before you receive it. 3-4 days (after you’ve paid) for payment to be received by them and 10 days for delivery, 10 days to receive your product, 14 days without your item. On a mac 13” laptop where you have to pay $105/mth, that’s $52.50 you’ve paid for something you haven’t even used. Wasted money. You pay almost twice the amount it’s worth. $1499 rrp for mac 13” laptop, you pay $2800.

2) Bad security measures - they’ll take risks with the item you’re renting, eg laptops or whatever product you want “may not be sent by tracked delivery” (as per their email) which means if your delivery goes astray, they can’t track it & you still have to pay it even if it hasn’t arrived to you. You pay $3000 for nothing. Easy money for them.

3) If you ask for the goods to be delivered tracked before the 10 day eta, they will highlight in an email that it will take 10 days and there is no flexibility around that, even if you live an hour away from them. Pay them $53 extra for waiting time to get it & pay extra if you don’t receive it.

4) Expect a text stating your outstanding balance before you get your product. The text can give you the impression you have to pay the full amount right now even if you haven’t got your order.

5) They won’t approve no interest payment option. They will state we’ve assessed your finances, we consider such things as affordability at the time of your application, even though you can still pay the higher amount for a rental etc so they give you a rental instead, so you pay them more. This rental plan will cost you twice as much and instead of, for example $35 /mth you have to pay $70 /mth. That exorbitant amount will definitely impact your affordability. It’s how they make their money. They will get you to rent & make out that it’s because you can’t afford the other payment option (the pay them less payment plan). Do not use them.

Lower than whale poo – I have been buying stuff from make it mine in Victoria for about 13 years and never defaulted on payment not once, I remember the office use to be off Dorset rd , so I apply to get a gaming pc and get approved and fill out the form"contract" give them a date to take the money from the bank, give them all my personal information and then the next… Read more

Received Used / Returned Kit that had pieces taped together, missing and bent – While the idea is wonderful and I'm sure there are some good ones out there, I received crap. I had pieces missing, pieces taped together and others were horribly bent. In contacting customer service, they tried to make it appear what I receive was acceptable even with the pictures I sent. I do not recommend this product whatsoever.

Rent to buy phone – I got a phone through make itmine and about 3 months later it started to freeze up anyway I contacted them to get them to replace it as I'm paying $14.95 a fortnoght for it and they said that they couldn't but to send the phone back but the catch was I still had to pay my contract out now that's not right

AMAZING - Recommended To Family & Friends – I've been treated great by the staff. I can't wait to receive my upgraded device! They're entitled to make a profit. I've NEVER had any dramas with MIM, I guess everyone has had different experiences.
