SCAM!!!!! Spent $3,000 on 2 x bookcases that never arrived. The company ignores all my communications to refund or resolve the issue. WORST EXPERIENCE! 0 stars

I ordered a cabinet which was custom made, as I needed the piece to be a little longer than specified. We did have to wait longer than quoted, but with so many supply chain issues it was excepted and reasonable. I really love the quality of carving, the design and overall finish - exactly ...if not better than I had hoped for. I would like to thank all the team for their craftsmanship - so happy!

Beware of this business and Abhishek Bhandari. There is a NSW Fairtrade warning against them warning customers not to engage in business with the company or Mr Bhandari. match the specifications. There is absolutely no reply to any calls, messages or emails over 5 months. NCAT has ordered a full refund and there has still been no response from Make My Piece. I have now lodged an enforcement order with the court. I wish I had done more research before engaging Make My Piece.

Then... the dreaded tumbleweeds came, a few emails with promised delivery dates that never happened, many unanswered requests (reasonable to normal businesses) and a gob smacking list of limp excuses. Nearly 9 months on and still no delivery. Anyway, just for fun, hands up if you are interested in bringing class action against this SCAMMER? Watch this space.

Love our sideboard. It was a custom one. It took the time I was advised nearly 12 weeks but was worth the wait. The quality is stunning and came well packed in cardboard box. I was able to see the progress. I have seen similar daybeds for $500 more than what I paid. The daybed is solid and well made. It was well wrapped to avoid damage during delivery to the South Coast of NSW where I live. Delivery occurred about three weeks after the container arrived which allowed time for customs clearance. Communication was adequate, I guess because I was quite happy to wait. I would happily buy from this company again.

Love This Furniture! – To be honest I was a little apprehensive to order from Make My Piece because of the mixed reviews. My furniture arrived yesterday and I love it. There are slight cosmetic imperfections as I expected there to be - it was custom made in [Content Removed]. The imperfections do not affect the integrity of the furniture which is solid timer. Do not buy from this company. I ordered furnirure in August. It hasnt arrived, there is no phone number, they dont answer email, i no longer live at the delivery address. Worst company ever.

I have paid for a bed side table worth about $400. Have received no emails regarding delivery, have emailed and called several times only to be completely ignored. Very poor customer service and wondering now if I have been completely scammed?

I’ve sent too many people writing on their Facebook and Instagram that they’ve been scammed. If you try to get your money back… forget it. You’ll never see a dime. call back and he would send me photos of the item to prove is was being made and I never heard from him again, avoided my calls and emails once he had my number. Shop should be shut down, I hate to think how many people they have scammed!

which is still in progress. If lived in NSW I would confront them in person. I noticed some of the older reviews say they bank with ANZ, its now Commonwealth Bank. I assume ANZ gave them the boot I wonder when Commonwealth will do the same. Any good reviews are quite obviously fake and posted by them. Hopefully karma will catch up with them.

No communication no delivery - stay away – We ordered a custom cabinet from them back in September 2024 for $1800. called and they answered but gave an excuse for not being able to secure a delivery courier. It’s now January and we still have no response and no cabinet. I’m in the processing of recovering the funds from my bank. I would advise to stay away from them …they seem to block calls from known customers with existing “orders”.

BEWARE, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! – We enquired on a piece of furniture and initially they were extremely responsive and helpful. We went ahead with the purchase which required a deposit to their bank account which we made ($1,319.10). Three months on, item not delivered, and business does not respond to the dozens of calls and emails. Beware, as per the other reviews, they are obviously scammers and this seems to be a regular practice of theirs. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
