Don’t ever buy from mammoth pet supplies!!! – I placed an order in March 2021 it is now August 2021 and still nothing has arrived. Have sent many emails- the only contact available, have never had any replies, my opinion is don’t buy from mammoth pet supplies you won’t get get anything for your money EVER!!!

Bad Supplier Experience – Placed order for an item that was supposedly in stock. The tracking showed Pack status for at least 3 weeks. Following a series of emails requesting feedback on the order, I never got a response. As a last resort I had to take action through the bank who enabled the money to be refunded. Worst supplier I ever dealt with.

Looks like a scam site untrustworthy, mammoth pet supplies – Canceled my order for no reason. Don't reply to emails no ph num to ring, now I've had to contact my card company to deal with them as a scam site and maybe get a refund, not holding my breath though.

Excellent fast service – After purchasing items from Mammoth Pet supplies in Perth I was dubious after reading the negative reviews on here. However it was a super fast Delivery to QLD, informed all the way re tracking and delivered promptly just as I ordered. Thank you Mammoth. Will be back after such great service.

Good service – I have just ordered 3 dog leads. The delivery was quick and the leads were exactly what I expected. Would have appreciated an email when the colour I wanted was not available, however, when I emailed the reply was very prompt and a refund offered. I would recommend.

Surprisingly enough they delivered – Despite all the poor reviews they delivered the product I ordered on time and as promised. Took a while to get here but cant fault the service . Thanks big elephant !!!!!!

Long delivery. Short of ordered amount – Ordered 30 Septicides. 1 month later received only 7 tubes of Septicide. No communication if they are refunding me the difference or sending more when in stock. Tried to find a contact number but only could send an email and haven't received any reply. I will never buy from this store again.

Would give them zero stars if I could – These guys are as dodgy as they come and should be shut down. I purchased dog shampoo and conditioner and never heard anything! learnt my lesson! I filed a dispute with my credit card provider and they gave me a full refund thankfully. Do not purchase from Mammoth Pet Supplies - EVER!

Another example of paid for 4 dog toys and received 2 – Package arrived weeks after order placed and then only 2 of 4 toys in the package even though full money taken. I started chasing the delivery service and they investigated immediately and confirmed only one package was given to them and advised to chase supplier for missing item. Two emails down and still no response. Was looking for phone number but see in reviews others have not found one.

SCAM! Prices might look cheaper but you’ll never receive them – I am utterly disappointed with Mammoth Pet Supplies, unsure why they are even still able to operate. Hopeless company – Purchased a dog lead and have not received item since 6 weeks ago. No response from seller at all. Don't waste your money. For an extra $7.50 paid in postage, I expected it to come within 3 days.

Sent another contact form and email asking when the remaining items would be sent. No response. Terrible Customer Service. I will never deal with them again. Why are they still trading? You won't get your order or money back – This is a scam website, to put it simply. They operate by taking your money and never sending the order. They are lucky this place is in WA, because if it were a legitimate store, I'd have half the mind to go in and knock out the manager. I'll get my refund through PayPal, but it's just inconvenient. I have lodged a complaint to the ACCC.

Do not order from this company – Order was placed for Two items, exactly the same. One item arrived. Full payment was taken. Paypal were no help, saying that " the merchandise was delivered" when in fact only half was delivered. Let down by both companies.

Scam, do not enter this site – I bought a product from this site and I didn't receive it. I asked them why I didn't receive the product but they didn't reply. This is when I knew it was a scam, but luckily through PayPal I got my money back. Take this advice and never involve with this company.

No Response – Purchased and paid in full for 5 products. I followed up 2x weeks later after I had not received any information about shipping. Items were received 3 weeks after order date but I am missing an item. I have sent numerous emails but have never had a response. The products I did receive though are okay. No communication. No product. No tracking information. Ripped off – Ordered much needed wildlife food several weeks ago. They state on their site that it's been dispatched but there's no tracking number and no-one is replying to my enquiries. I don't even know how I can get my money back from these time wasters. Do not buy from these people.

for my business, I purchased the same items from another supplier. To my shock, a day or two after the PayPal intervention, I received an email from Sendle saying my Mammoth Pet Supplies order had been shipped. I actually didn't expect it to arrive. It arrived yesterday morning, however they only shipped 2 of the 3 muzzles I ordered. I sent another email enquiring whether the third muzzle would be shipped shipped separately and asking for a refund if not. Unsurprisingly, I heard nothing from Mammoth Pet Supplies but did receive an offer of a refund for the third muzzle from PayPal, which I have now accepted. Although the issue has now been resolved, I've ended up out of pocket with two lots of products because of Mammoth Pet Supplies' unreliability. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere, I say.

Wrong Product Sent – Order a certain brand and flavour of cat food, invoice stated what I ordered, But when the order arrived it was the right brand but the wrong flavour. I made many attemps over a 3 week period to get in contact but no response. I would highly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this supplier – Order placed no problem, waited four weeks for incorrect order to arrive. No response or acknowledgement to email enquires requesting product exchange.. more words here to enable the thirty word count. Thanks

Don't walk run! – I ordered an in stock product a month ago. No response after taking my payment. Have rung and get a message saying Mat is not available. I sent an email. No response. Now I need to go to trouble to get a refund. sigh..... Buy elsewhere. It will save you time and value your money.

Reported to Office of Fair Trading WA & QLD – Order not filled, company uncontactable! After several weeks I applied for refund from PayPal. Put in complaints with both Qld (my residence) and WA (company location) Offices of Fair Trade............nothing done because I was refunded. They told me to check reviews of companies before using online! Lovely operators like these should be closed down.

Do not buy anything from this company – They do not communicate with the customer. They do not deliver BUT unlike some reviews I’ve read they did refund my money. After several emails over a few months with no response from them came a refund notice from Pay Pal.

Goods not received and no communication – I ordered and paid for a jacket on 30th April and have emailed them twice, but have not heard from them. I have no tracking information active, they do not reply to email and I have still not received the jacket. Extremely poor and untrustworthy. Do not use them.

No Worm Tablets – I haven't received my worm tablets. Ref 026974151357. I've tried to contact you several times but no reply. Over $400 worth
