Avoid at all costs. There add says no call out fee where I was told it would be a minimum $200 call out fee. googled the price of a regulator I found them to be in the range of $100 to $150 so I asked why the huge mark up? He explained that his boss has overheads and needed this price to make a profit. I complained and the price was quickly dropped to $1100 . I felt this was still extortionate but since he was here to fit it anyway. Next week we took the van away and lo and behold no gas. I rang the owner [Name Removed] who face timed me and quickly told me that the regulator had been tampered with as it had fallen apart? I found this excuse ridiculous as the van is behind a fence with three very aggressive dogs. Anyhow no gas for our trip so [Name Removed] comes back the next week and installs another regulator. All good till our next camping trip where once again we had a strong smell of gas. Once again [Name Removed] returns to another faulty regulator which he once again claims the only way this could happen is that someone has tampered with it. I had had enough by then and told him that his assumptions were beyond st^pid and he was obviously fitting faulty regulators. It’s been three months since the 3rd regulator has been fitted and still haven’t tested it but let’s just say my hopes are not high ?

TOTAL RIP OFF. Did not provide me with a quote. Had a shower that was not draining properly. Charged me $990 for a total of 90 minutes work. Tried to convince me he was giving me a good deal by charging $200 for bottle of acid instead of $300. Completely gaslit me when I complained about price.

I obtained an over the phone quote from a plumber; he said anywhere between $400 - $500. Another plumber came to do the job, and then produced an invoice for just over $700. I told him what I was quoted on the phone, so he dropped the price by $100, still more than quoted. He said the office staff don't always know what a job will cost. I said it wasn't office staff, it was actually one of the plumbers. Nothing more was said.

Then charged $132 for a seal that he said was required, but two plumbing stores said it was not needed as all requirements are included. As a 75 year old female pensioner I feel I was completely ripped off and would NOT recommend Marco Plumbing Solutions. To the two apprentices who did the 10 minute installation, thank you and be very wary.

Everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each day, which made a big difference during the renovation. Communication was great throughout, and they were happy to answer any questions I had along the way.

Marco does exceptional work. You can tell that he loves her job. he came and diagnosed our furnace problem and fixed it and then in testing the repairs another issue showed up and he fixed that.
