My car battery was dead so I called Marshall. The guy came out about 15 minutes later and changed my battery. From initial phone call to me going again was under 30 minutes. Very happy with my experience

Im heading back to Super cheap again to have the kid tell me he will “ fix” it with his magical charger

The cell wall are stuffed and the battery will not hold charge. No charger can fix a stuffed battery

The cheap Chinese batteries last longer Shameful an Aussie product is just crap

Ridiculously expensive. $200 more than what price was advertised on their website. The guy was 4 hours later than what he originally said he would be. Will never be using them again.

If i could rate '0' i would – I don't leave poor reviews unless absolutely necessary but given no response from Marshall, the following is required. I had a flat battery replaced. both phone & email with (0) response. Sent email to their head office with (0) response. Ended up having to buy a replacement battery myself & now works fine. Requested review of battery & refund but still no response. Poor service!

David Baek from Marshall batteries saves the day for me – As Murphy’s Law does strike... I had important meeting to attend too, car wouldn’t start due to flat battery, I’ve always remembered the Marshall logo, I rung them, within 10 minutes, David turned up professional, polite, punctual, 10/10 I made the meeting and got the job. morning and asked why the battery was so expensive and was told an extra 39 dollars was added because i had entered the shop early as they opened at 8.30am. My mistake i thought opening was 8am. It was 8.15am when I entered the shop it was open i thought they were ready for business. I went back to the shop on Saturday morning and asked if I could have a refund of 39 dollars because I wasn't told of any extra charges and was told no. I said I wasn't informed of any extra charges before I purchased the battery the answer was we don't have to quite rudely, and I was charged 5 dollars for paying by card. People do you research on battery prices before you holler for a Marshall's. I know I won't be back.

Fantastic Response and Customer Care – Our Jeep was stuck with locked steering wheel and would not start. Range the Launceston Marshall store and Phil said he would be about half an hour.. worst case maybe an hour. Well, the service vehicle was in the driveway withing 15 mins and Phil couldn't do enough. didn't solve the issue with the car but I was confident the battery was the root cause of problem because Phil had shown me the battery test result .. so I agreed to buy the replacement. Now the key to 5 star rating .... Phil spent some time trying to resolve the issue but left when couldn't find the solution... fair enough! But ... after about 30 mins, Phil calls back from the Marshall store and had several suggestions to try to fix the car issue .... he had been talking to his mates back at their store trying to find a solution. Now that is 100% customer care .. he didn't need to do that ... In the end it was a simple solution carried out by mechanic but would not have been possible with the "old" battery. Thanks Phil .. we called Marshall from a previous good experience .. and again, they didn't let us down. If you need a battery in Launceston .. HOLLA FOR A MARSHALL .. and if you are lucky, you will get Phil!! Thanks Phil.

Road Side assistance at Glen Waverley, Vic – My car lost power and I was stranded on Springvale Road. the battery and found that it was actually okay and only charged a call out fee!!!

There is possibly a mechanical or electronic issue that has stalled my car previously but restarts soon after; however nothing like this time around when it just gradually faded away. I have flagged the short power losses experienced with the Holden Astra on every single service since I bought it in 2016!!! Now Patterson Cheney Holden at Canterbury better step up their game to get to the bottom of this and make my car safe to drive.

Had Darryl (hope that’s the spelling)come out to replace my battery. Got home from work and it wouldn’t start. He arrived in 40-45 minutes, he checked my battery before replacing, was very friendly and did a great job… cost was $100 cheaper than the first company I rung. Highly recommend

Shout out to Jerry who replaced my dead battery today in Sydney's east. Another (un-named) battery provider made me wait 2 hours before telling me the battery I needed was out of stock and would be 3-5 business days away! For a battery! Jerry was there in an hour, got the job done without fuss..and fixed a broken terminal too. Great job!

Called at 7.21 Jayden arrived at 9.48. I am absolutely blown away by the customer service. Jayden arrived earlier than promised, was polite and courteous and my battery is fixed and has a 2 year warranty. Very happy.

We bought a battery in Mildura 3 years ago. It had extended 42 month warranty. QR coded for extended and no confirmation received for records. 3 years in it is buggered. All they have is 1300 number where you cannot get a human to answer. 2 emails have gone unanswered. We are now in Aluce Springs 1500km from home with nil response. Need to purchase another battery in a price inflated town. Appalling customer service. Do not bother.

Dissapointed – My Marshall battery died after 2 years 2/23. I brought a Repco battery Nocco Genius $250 to charge it but it didn't work, so I had to call Marshall and they sent Roadside Service Crap call out fee of NZ$74 for Marshall to check it out and charge it. The warranty says 3 years? Why was I charged? Scammed Jan 2025.

Dont waste your time – Tried twice to obtain a Marshall battery. I thought I would be successful the 2nd time. The technician said he was 40 mins away. After 80 mins, I rang back and he said Marshall had cancelled the job for him and re-assigned to another technician. The next technician was another no show texting he would "call me back in five" three times and never did. Dont waste your time with this company

RACV attended and declined to replace my battery. I have a Range Rover with a 4.4 diesel. Contacted Marshall Batteries and even though it was after hours, they sent someone out. I called Marshall at 13:20 on Sunday March 23rd, 2025. We're in Cranbourne, and Ash from Marshall Batteries Bentleigh was here within half an hour, and had a new battery fitted and tested, and was finished and gone by 14:15. Thank you to Ash for your fast, friendly, and excellent customer service.

Experienced Battery Shop at Liverpool – To save $50 I have been to few battery place for my 2013 Ford Kuga, then met Yasir Hassan at Marshal Battery- Hoxton Park road, Prestons. He not only beat the price but also carefully discarded the old battery, cleaned all the ports and installed the new battery,. check the health of the alternator e.t.c Also after the payment I received a gift pack. I highly recommend them.

Hmmm, maybe not – Holler a Marshall. Hmmm. Maybe not. Called at 8.20am and left a message. Still waiting for call back at 1.20pm. Luckily I also called a local business that had me back on the road in 90 minutes.

Great service and price – Brisbane southside. Called 6am Monday morning and was on the road by 7:10am. Fast service, great price. Battery was cheaper than RACQ website and they were great. Will use again.

Great service – I needed a battery for my car the service was fantastic they fitted it for me (under the seat ) and they were about $80 cheaper than anybody else. Goes to show you should shop around I called them first. Didn’t even have to book in to get it fitted

Top Service By Marshall Batteries – Top Service by Marshall Batteries. I called a number of battery retailers, and they were not able to help me. A friend suggested I call Msrshall Batteries. Well, I called them and the service, attitude, and price was just great. Ken came to my house, fitted a brand new battery, tested the charging system, and was done in about 30 minutes. I will always recommend Marshall Batteries. 100%.

Seamless – Saturday afternoon I rang Marshall Batteries. I agreed to wait until the following Tuesday as Monday was a public holiday. I didn't need the car so waited as I didn't want to pay penal rates. We agreed on a 7:30 am - 9:30 am hour window. Berny rang me at 7:30 am to advise that he was on the way. Arrived 10' later. Job completed 10" later. Took the old battery away. Perfect. Seamless.

No service at all - disgusting – I rang and left a message for the Geelong Office this morning and they never rang back. I also tried the roadside number and the other number supplied but, when I put in my postcode it simply said the mailbox was full and hung up on me. I tried it three times and gave up. Would never recommend Marshall as I could have been stranded on the side of the road with little children and never hear back from them.

Marshall Batteries short life span – I had to replace the car batteries in our two Hyundais. Both the batteries died within 2.5 years. I went back to Marshall Batteries Miami Qld but was told out of warranty. I did expect the batteries to last at least 4 years because the original batteries lasted this long.

Very Happy – Rang Marshall Batteries and had a new battery within the hour. It has a 2.5 year warranty and the mechanic was very professional & a happy chap. Highly recommend

Be Aware - Warranty – Be aware. The website advertises 3-year warranty. My battery lasted just over two years and I have been advised that the particular battery has only 24 month's warranty.
