"TRAINING". The idea of "property options" sounded interesting, but all his lame "training" is just lame Inspo' and advertising for future levels of training. The training didn't even teach much on property options at all and they DIDN'T even send me a copy of the course zoom-video that I was promised and never answered my phone calls or respond to the voice messages I left them. I wasted all those hours listening to BS. Most BS "masterclass" ever. REPEAT - TRUST THE REVIEWS!!! FRAUD !!! SCAM !!! dont chip in your thousands of pennies for his showoff lambo's/feraris and helicopters that he uses in his video ads on Facebook and YouTube for his lame training. does he actually own any of them- possibly - the amount of victims of these scam courses paying him loads of $$$$$$. In the last few phone messages that I left him, I told him that if he doesn't return my money, he'll hear from Today Tonight. Trust the reviews

I'm writing my review from someone with first hand knowledge – Firstly I want to say to those of you who wrote bad reviews just because you didn't want to pay the fee to be trained then shame on you. you can't go to Uni for free so why should this be? Some people are simply negative and cheap so they complain instead of getting off of their ass and put in the hours to be successful I sign up with Massland… Read more

and they give you everything to become very wealthy. If you are a lazy person then stay at home and don't waste your time and the staff at massland but if you are a go getter then definitely show up. I'm working on a 10 acre residential development as in going through the steps to get the building permits to develop it. if that goes through I will be paid very very well...super pumped and excited. This was about a month ago at the Gold Coast ..at the Massland event. I'm going back again in December.

IP, legals and Massland tools – I attended the 2.5 day Massland educational program into property procurement using options for land development (long) or on-selling the option (short). Makes sense not having expensive holding costs purchasing the property and in turn offering the vendor a higher purchase price. properties on the market to purchase than what the market is offering. For me access to the legal documents, procedures and tools makes the initial investment worthwhile. Study and learn, then follow the system and even one deal would be a good return on this investment. It is a learning you have forever and can apply in many other countries making it an attractive proposition. At this point its mind over matter in getting the results and whether you think you can, or whether you think you cant, you're right!

ongoing subscription fee to STASH, then you have to go and market the idea to land owners that you will spilt up their properties to make a profit from this, it's totally flawed as [Name Removed] states that the original house will be in the corner of the property, giving you room to develop the rest. I leave near rural property and now I can see most people have their houses in the middle of the property, but really who's gonna give you their property for the right price so that you make money on it people are going to think well I'll just make money on my own property and divided up develop and sell it myself. 10 k later nothing. Do not trust this organisation even if they are responding to everyone's comment here on product review and giving shallow explanations about comments and complaints these guys are out to make money even if the money that they make are not from people who are getting involved in their business and who have the gift of the gab and able to make this system work. Because really that's what you really actually need is the gift of the gab you need to be able to sell an idea to property owners, like a scammer would.

Mark Rolton and his Massland is a Scam don't touch anything that has Massland name with a 10 foot pole !! – In his free seminars he sells the idea of him funding deal and doing profit share with students, when you pay $$$ and get into doing his course then you find out all the fine print.. he set the bar so high that no one can bring such deals.. he is not interested in your deals.. his only interest is selling the first course and then upsell a serious… Read more

a scam – I went thru the program in 2018 and worked hard to find the right property, found the right property, everything was tick off in the feasibility but right at the end of the process was told the market has changed now and it was no longer feasible to proceed, sent off over 500 letter, my time and effort, felt like they use you to find the deal and finalise themselves without you. Show details

greater than 90+%. The system relies on mailing (snail mail) using nothing more than hit a miss methodologies to garner interest in selling their properties and waiting between 12-24 months for settlement on about $1,000 deposit. To get to that stage you would mail our a LOT of letters to an address and without knowing who you are sending to thus no personalised mail unless you pay $25 a letter at Council to identify the property owner, which of course you are not going to do. Anyone doing mailouts will tell you snail mail in this natures gets about 0.5% hit rate. But you have spent $5,000 so you may as well kiss your a** goodbye for that. If you got up on stage wanting access to Mark Rolton (owner of Massland) you would have to part with more than $30,000. I tried to access Rolton directly with a proven ability to generate around $60M profit on a deal and could not get past the minions, so in disgust I walked away. Needless to say the disappointment was more frustration. I would not recommend this or Massland 'opportunities' unless you have time, money and can buy into real estate databases where you can at least make a personalised approach to a property owner as mass mailouts are simply a joke. Ever see the sign on a letter box "No Junk Mail"...

Probably need to update the Blog guys – Was interested in doing the webinar, so looked into the website. Last blog post from 2017 talking about Brisbane. The photos all selfies with billionaires, the why wouldn't you do this, the "free cash giveaway to introduce friends and family" all sounds really pyramid style. If you've watched "becoming a god in central florida" you'll know what I mean. Giving this a wide berth, but all the best to everyone.

I, just like everyone going into the course was a little skeptical. I went through the whole of Mark's course, followed the process, contacted landlords, spent more money on his software, found out the software that he uses to generate leads has been over-saturated.

800 letters sent, 0 meetings let alone deals – Did the $5k program. Sent over 800 letters to all capital cities in Australia. About a 4% response rate. No one is interested in waiting 24 months. No one is interested in the price for the model to achieve a 40% Profit on Cost. comparables in the area and the price you get to for the model to work is wildly under the market value in today's environment. And in Mark's own youtube videos he says the price is going up for another 5 years so why would potential sellers wait 24 months to do a deal with someone that has never done this before. Plus traditional developers are fine with offering a price at a 10% margin and paying for it now so that is who you are competing with. A few people with large blocks of land were surprised that in the last couple of months they are starting to receive a lot of letters that look exactly the same from Stash so it looks like a lot of people joining this program. There just seems like there a lot of holes in the business model and when you ask any specific questions, you get general answers back that don't answer the questions. The Massland team doesn't seem to want to give out a specific amount for how many current projects they are doing nor how many deals they have done which is what some potential sellers may ask for. Most of the positive reviews in the trainings are from years ago. You will learn some general things like zoning areas but a quick google search can teach you that. Can't say this was worth the money.

They could not answer what their average success rate % of their students and average time taken for students to land with their first deal. should be able to speak to basic success data % of their product but I got a 'I'm sorry I could not tell you that.' I turned them down ultimately. Seems like a scam to make money off the less educated. In that case, I rather these students take it as $5k for some knowledge source and lifelong learning then... Good luck all!

to rooming house business, if you multiply that subscriber numbers with $5000 its whopping $22,500,000, that's a crazy 22 millions dollars, I heard someone ask him if his rooming idea is so good why he does not do it himself, to which answered he is doing 50 million dollars land subdivision projects, now you know how he finance those mega projects. No wonder others like him [Name Removed] (make huge commissions on the deal you bring to the table by doing all the leg works for him and give you 1 percent of that chunk you thinking wow I made so thousands of dollars in money whereas you made him millions in commission), [Name Removed] (She makes money on every deal and property you buy through her or her network of agents and brokers who gives her a cut), they all have become millionaire by ripping us nine to fivers who work their _ off to make them all multi-millionaires.

Wake up people and stops getting fooled by flashy cars, private jets and enormous mansions in the background they throw at you as a bait, you can all get them on rent and film a nice video of yourself if you like for that $5000+ you give them for subscriptions, as that is exactly what these people did when they were not a millionaire and were broke, not the sad made-up story of struggle to riches they sell you to win your heart.

You would ask how do I know so much because I know how they create these scams and I could have become one of them and made millions, but I am not that kind of person. Ripping some innocent people off through Facebook and Social medias (who are so cheap now a days lilke 50 cents per click), and living like a king does not make you a human, they are called a leech or parasite, who lives of others blood.

It's all about what they can get from us – It's all about what they can get from us not about what he can help us with. The information is very general, stuff you can get from books or free from the web. He does a lot of fluff talk and spends the entire time trying to up sell his next course- Conclave. OMG if you can't deliver at this price why would we spend more money on you. Waste of time really. Wish I'd never signed up. Now they won't even consider a refund.

easy to read those reviews that didn’t like Mark’s program and they quit, but that’s not anyone’s fault nor should Mark be blamed. As I have learnt through Mark, investing in property is as much about the physical bricks and mortal as it is the financial education. Keep going you can make more money. If it’s not Marks program, find your HOW to get started. For me Marks program gave me options and different pathways, some fast and some slow but all dependant on my action. If you do nothing, you go nowhere, if you follow what resonates with you and take action this works. I have started in the property investment world and have a property almost at build completion and on the advice of the experts who are a part of Marks team and now my team, I look forward to our next move. If you are reading this I was just like you, doubtful in my own ability to learn new skills in an area I knew nothing about. But there lies the challenge, push yourself to something new, grow, take action and look at the long game. There is plenty of support at Massland from finance to accounting, building to doing deals, this business is all about how to support investors. Get yourself out of the rat race and get stuck in now, Good luck.

This is great! I am absolutely recommend it for the people who have big dreams – Going to Mark Rolton's property and Conclave events was one of my best decisions which I have ever made through my life. His words are brilliant as he is. The conclave workshop is so powerful, specially if you follow his advices. If you have great dreams it's the place you need to start.

Elaborate scheme – It is easy to fall prey to the glossy appeal of wealth that Mark Rolton displays. Plus there's his old yarn about how he was a broke builder which some have openly disputed. someone who would fall for this idea of a "property option" and sign away their hard earned property. 3 days have to be invested or wasted in listening to the hard sell. By the time I realised this I found out that I could not get my money back. Even 12 months after signing up there is no follow-up on my progress. I keep asking myself how I fell for this! There were photos of Mark Rolton standing with the American President and his marketing material seems to be a copy paste formula perfected by Jon Giannopoulos who calls himself "Jon Giaan" through his company Knowledge Source. Dymphna Boholt uses the same outlet of Knowledge Source for her paid workshops in each capital city twice a year through her outfit "I Love Real Estate". Just be very careful! This is not for everybody and you could lose your savings here.

Massland we optioned the site and I on sold it to a developer and made $224K profit. Im currently working on a land Subdivision which will make me a lot more profit. Option deals arent easy however the hard work is definitely worth it.
