Disgusting service. Booked did not pitch for a scheduled appointment.
[name removed] The lady on the phone at 2:55pm today 3/10/19 told me to go somewhere else when I called to ask for help that her technician did not pitch up. She spoke over me when I tried to give her details and when I tried to explain she hung up on me. I will be taking this action further. No one should be treated the way this lady treated me. I was asking for help and she was a disgrace to your company. I will be going to A current Affair as they are doing a program on service providers.

My dishwasher problem was attended to within a very short time frame. From arranging the appointment through to the visit of the serviceman the overall service was of a very high standard. Leonardo was professional, friendly and very capable. Would highly recommend. Many thanks !!

We called for checking a brand new Ariston cooking range brought from overseas as the flames were not working properly. The technician from Master Appliances came and confirmed this can not be repaired and it should be scrapped. He doesn't even know how to open the cooking range to check the gas supply. Charged for doing nothing and giving wrong advise.
We called another company North Gas Appliances and their technician came and made our cooking range working perfectly.
Terrible communication and payment model
I had to call them 3 times to chase up the diagnosis. And then they would not tell me anything until I paid a diagnosis fee. The staff were less than helpful as well. I would recommend avoiding these guys. I will be going with someone else for the repair.
Prompt and Helpful Service
Peter was great - arrived on time was very knowledgeable on our oven. Carried the correct part in his van and replaced and tested promptly. We would not hesitate in calling Peter again for any issues with our Appliances. Our oven works perfectly and my lady wife is happily baking again in the kitchen. Couldn’t be happier.
An excellent repair completed by Arpan. Rang 20 before arrival, arrived promptly. Got stuck strait into repairing washing machine. Explained what he was doing, and what was wrong. Very careful to avoid any water mess etc. Cheerful and efficient, well done. Asked politely if I would put a comment on this site.
Repair of Miele Microwave
Peter was punctual, friendly and polite, he had my Microwave fixed in less than fifteen minutes. He certainly knew his work. I also appreciated Denice`s telephone manner when I booked the Service, it was handled with friendliness and efficiency. Excellent service from Peter who initially "fixed" a bad job by another company on my washing machine. He Just visted again to fit a hose. apart from a delay in getting the part the service has been good. peters service has been excellent. He is definately very knowledgeable.
Failure to communicate appropriately with custimers
I requested repairs for a miele microwave via an online booking, I noted the model number on the booking request and that I required a new bulb for the mircowave . I received a response arranging for a technician to attended. When the technician arrived he did not have the bulb and said it had to be ordered, he quoted another $165 to come back and replace the bulb. At no stage did Master Appliance convey to me that the technician would not bring the bulb. The bulb thru meile costs $41.03, and I am required to pay another $125 to change the bulb.... I have contacted masters appliance and asked to speak to the owner, to perhaps arrange a compromise, the customer service manager returned my call and said they receive to many on line bookings to read them all and see if parts are required and that the owner would not speak to me anyway. The way I read the situation, booking on line with Master appliances results in inferior service and poor communication, because they are too business to read the entire email. I did suggest that perhaps engaging additional staff to help with would be a good idea, or perhaps the owner could help out when the staff are so over worked. This is the 2nd time this has happen using this company, and therefore I would not recommend using this company again, particularly when the owner is happy to take the customers money, but not happy to address any problems.
