DISASTER - AVOID!
Diamonds fell out of my fiance's engagement ring of over $4000. They repaired it, and hours later a different diamond fell out. I asked for a full refund, and they said they dont give refunds. I told them this was illegal under the Australian Consumer Law (I am a commercial lawyer). They said I was wrong and I'd have to take it to the WA Consumer Dept. I did that, and then eventually they gave me a full refund a month later. I was dealing with the Regional Manager whose job seems to be to convince people that they have no rights under the law for faulty products. Avoid this business and its group entities, they are unscrupulous and will take your money and then waste your precious time too.
Worth the wait!
Purchased a well deserved gift for mum at their Carousel store. Ms Doris, and the ladies were very patient and accomodating, such a pleasant store experience. Will recommend a visit to this store.
Horrid - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!
I purchased a $3,000 tennis bracelet and after 3 days of light wear, it fell apart. It took 2 weeks for the item to be sent to head office for “assessment”. Following the bogus assessment I was accused of being at fault and that it was not a manufacturing fault but they would fix it in “good faith”. I demanded a refund as the customer service was laughable only to find out they weren’t willing to give it to me because they believe it’s not a manufacturing fault! Will be taking the matter further. Three weeks have passed and still no resolution ...and I don’t have the bracelet - or my money! Please do not purchase anything from this store - the craftsmanship is very cheap and poor! And if there is an issue, they won’t resolve it as they do not care about customer service! BUYERS BEWARE!
Give them an engagement ring for a pendant design idea and they melt the engagement ring to make the pendant
I will never forgive these idiots for melting my wife's engagement ring. They then made up something they thought resembled the old ring (it didn't). Horrible attitude and not at all apologetic. They will be happy to take your money but you'll see another side when they do something stupid.
Was looking for a new watch. Had an idea what I wanted to get, but changed my mind once I tried a few on. The service was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and patient. I will for sure go back there!
no customer service
I purchased a watch for my husbands birthday , a longines classic, on the 25/9/2020. the watch was worn on the 1/11/2020, it didn't work, returned the watch to the store, 5/11/20. I phoned the repairer, they hadn't received the correct warranty till 4/12/20, they said it would take another 5 weeks. I am still waiting on the watch to be repaired or a member of staff to phone me, its now16/12/20, may have the watch back in February!!!!
I was told a manager would phone me still waiting... horrendous customer service
Exploitation of older person
My father aged over 90 years who is profoundly deaf went to buy a watch. He was sold an automatic watch for $1000 which doesnt keep time. He did not understand what an automatic watch is and how it works. Generally not a suitable product for an older person. Manager would not provide a refund arguing that she explained through his carer what an automatic watch is.
Purchased a Rado watch from the Midland branch in March 2020, 5 months the watch was losing a significant amount of time so we returned it to the store in August under warranty to be told it would be away for two weeks as it has to go to the eastern states for a new battery, after 5 weeks with no correspondence from Mazzuchelli's we decided to ring for update to be told the repair facility was closed due to covid19 so we asked if its only a battery why cant it be changed here in Perth of which they admitted there was a repair jeweler they ...used here in Perth, they gave us a card and the address for the the repairer because its our responsibility to deliver it to the repairer because that's the company policy, eventually the battery was changed and we had to pay the $25 for the repair of which Mazzuchelli refused to reimburse it. Its not like it was a $22 watch it was a watch in excess of $3,000 The staff were obviously well trained in dealing with warranty claims Will never ever shop there again and will advise as many as i can of our experience that appears to be only one of a long list. This is just what I wanted.
I wanted a watch. The watch I Wanted was in stock. The product was on sale. The sales Person was knowledgeable polite and very helpful nothing was difficult. Great customer service.
Poor quality jewellery
I purchased a ring for $899 during their sales (ring is valued at $2450) along with the "optional" care plan for an extra $100 After less than 18 months a small diamond fell out. Although thier own jeweller ruled that it was from normal wear and tear and no fault of my own, they wanted over $260 to replace the diamond. Because I had already paid for the extended care plan then apparently that covered the cost of the actual repair. Which in my opinion should have been covered by warranty. Without the care plan I was advised that it would have c...ost me over $400! That is half of what I paid for the entire ring itself! Just for a small diamond where the ring itself has 12 diamonds in total. Its an absolute joke. They have poor quality jewellery that does not last. A ring that is valued at $2500 should be expected to last longer than 18 months. The warranty and extended care plans are a waste of money. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
6 month old $8,000 ring, warranty not worth paper it’s written on, long time customer. Never again.
Faulty product, extremely bad customer service. Warranty is worth nothing, Totally not satisfied with the product or service I’ve received. Forced into taking my complaint to consumer affairs and legal.
The 2 staff were friendly and extremely helpful, they found a solution to my problems. I shall definitely be back in the future to have additional assistance from the Claremont store.

Bought two wedding bands and our ring sizes were incorrectly measured by the sales rep. Upon requesting a resize were told it was "not their fault" and told had to pay again to fix after only purchasing the rings 2 weeks ago. Sales reps were bored at best in their approach to customer service. Terrible experience. Would not recommend ANYONE purchase anything from them.
Very poor after sales service
Purchased a watch fro them over 18 months ago and have had nothing but trouble, watch does not keep accurate time, have had it sent for service but issue still remains.

I bought an engagement ring (Rand) from Mazzucchelli in July 2014, followed by a wedder (also Rand) in January 2015. I bought extended care plans (ECP) with both rings. The rings were fine until we used the care plans. In July 2017, shortly after receiving the rings back from ECP routine maintenance, which is supposed to include “resetting and tightening of stones”, one of the diamonds from the wedder was missing.
Mazzucchelli took both rings back and sent them in for re-checking and replacement of the missing stone. By December 2017, the sam...e wedder was missing two stones. Mazzucchelli initially ignored my attempts to communicate by email, but eventually responded in January 2018. Both rings were again taken back and repaired. In March 2020, both rings were sent in for their routine ECP maintenance. They had not faults or missing stones at the time. Within less than a week of getting the rings back the wedder was again missing a stone. Aslo, the engagement ring, which had been fine prior to sending in for ECP had its main centre piece stone significantly loose and off-centre. I took the rings back in person to High Point store, they would not accept them back due to Covid-19. I contacted them by email on 26 March 2020 asking for a solution. I was told to take them back to High Point who would help me. I advised Head Office that I had already tried that and they would not accept the rings. To date, that last email has had no response from Mazzucchelli. With the lifting of restrictions, my wife took both her rings in to High Point on 25 June 2020. By this time the wedder was missing two stones. Yesterday, 30 June, she received a call stating that the jeweller had decided that the missing stones were due to wear by the user and were not accepting responsibility for the loss. She advised them that the first stone went missing within less than a week of Mazzucchelli supposedly “resetting and tightening of stones” as part of the ECP. She further advised that the rings are never worn for work, exercise or anything even mildly strenuous and that there were no stones missing or loose prior to sending the rings in for maintenance. Mazzucchelli refused to take any responsibility and will only undertake further repair at our expense. I would not recommend shopping at Mazzucchelli and strongly advise against purchase of their Extended Care Plan. It is a rort!

Avoid at all cost!
My partner bought my engagement ring from here and we have had nothing but a bad experience. A diamond fell out after 5 days of wear. Customer service is terrible. Company is a nightmare to deal with. Don't waste your money!!!!! This has really been a terrible experience during what is suppose to be a memorable time.
Unsuitable for purpose.
Bought a diamond ring from Woden Mazzucchelli's for $3000 at boxing day sale in 2012. Value $6000. Three times in the last 8 years I have had to have the same repair carried out by Mazzucchelli's jeweler. The band separates at the same place. Each time I have been charged for the repairs. Last week I asked how long the warranty is on the repairs, I was not given a specific answer. I queried why I had to pay for what was obviously a manufacturing fault, I was told the band was very narrow. When I queried why they sold something that obviously wasn't suitable for purpose I was then told that I must be wearing it when I'm doing 'hard work'.
Best jewellery out
amazing service with the finest jewellery will not go elsewhere ever again. Bought a tag heur there and they have offered cleaning and scratch repair every time I come back

We just love shopping at Garden City Mazzucchelli’s. Penny and Tracey made our difficult decision choosing wedding bands so seamless. They remained patient and composed while we agonised over what to buy. Never a dull moment and the girls catered to all our needs. Best store ever. Cant wait to get my next dream piece of bling. Maybe a Swiss watch............
