A terrible service at the Miranda Westfield store. The salesperson was rude and unprofessional, chewing her food for the entire 15 minutes, which was a very uncomfortable ordeal, rather than a simple purchase. Her behaviour was dismissive, condescending, and openly disrespectful, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable in the store. Absolutely disgusting service. Absolutely rubbish they sell. My daughter bought a chain for $540.00 and after I saw it i said that looks like a $60 chain so we went to return it and they said Absolutely No returns. Only exchange. Customer service is Absolutely rubbish and so is their Gold.. they sell you rubbish for the highest price ever. I got it evaluated and at most I could sell it was for $160.00 Never again this company is a joke

I returned it for assessment in November 2025, only to be hit with another repair quote of $871.20. For the price paid, I expected a high-quality, durable piece of jewelry. Instead, I’ve been left with a ring I’m afraid to wear and a store that refuses to acknowledge what seems to be a clear manufacturing defect. Very disappointed.

beautifully presented and such a lovely person. I felt an instant connection with her. She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable about the purchase that I was making. Danielle was able to give me good details about the product that I buying. I was happy to spend my money in this store. The item was a purchase for my daughter's 17th birthday. The guy from Salera's didn't even know what a Corpus Christi was. Seriously? They told me they had solid gold crucifix's. when I got to the Salera's store (one of 2 located in Highlpoint), they were hollowed out at the back. How is that solid? Really disappointed with Salera's and won't bother to shop there ever again. Used to buy some lovely things in there. Obviously the quality has gone to crap.

I bought earrings from another mazzucchelli store for Xmas. Olivia and the Manager at Rockingham served, only when the item was paid for did they then offer conditions of sale. Then they refused to answer my calls.

Why...

Well, the earrings broke when trying to put on the butterfly. But as there really cheap crap the post snapped, leaving me with cuts to ear and an infection. A refund was promised by jo on Monday, never happened. Then promised by head office for Thursday, still no refund.

Head office refuse to answer any calls, no high up Manager is ever available. A $758million company and this is how they treat you.

I will never buy another thing from these gormless vile people.

Australian law is broken by what appears to be a all Chinese owned company.

Don't copy my personal experiences.

Ps 10 days later after legal was about to lodge court docs they paid.

the store had the audacity to suggest it was ‘customer damage’. I was livid, as I’ve had cheap earrings for 30 years whose backs haven’t EVER broken.

After complaining loudly, they provided me with a replacement backing as a ‘goodwill gesture’.

Unsure whether it was this replacement or the remaining original backing, one of them again split in half. Again - lucky not to lose the actual earring.

I don’t want to step foot back in that store, so they have gone back in the box in the back of my drawer.

Such trash quality - avoid like the plague.

 Follow-up  · To answer follow up questions - they are standard gold butterfly backs; not sure whether the second break was the remaining original backing or the replacement; I didn’t try another store as I will never step foot in that shop again, nor will anyone I know if I can help it; and the store hasn’t attempted to reach out and make things right. All round dud of a place.

an idea what you're looking for at the store and then order on line, this gives you a day or two to decide if it is what really want rather than a regretful in shop purchase that can't be returned. Happy with my watch thank you, fast delivery and a better price than the store offered

a problem: then told now they would send it to head office Sydney. This might take several weeks. Called again and told the manager would call me, they didn't. When I called manager "went on about a whole lot of "rubbish" nothing to do with the issue. Finally she said would send it off to Sydney. By this stage I requested that under consumer law the clasp was not fit for purpose and as such I wanted a refund. Told not possible. I took the necklace to a jeweler in Adelaide arcade. First response from them " the clasp was not suitable for that necklace". For $49 they now put on a new clasp and rethreated the pearls. NEVER AGAIN. Mazzuchelli's service was shocking. Not sure, but was told it is now owned by China with cheap imports!

The ring was again sent off, and upon receiving it back, we again encountered this problem. This was entirely unacceptable for an item of this significance and value. Additionally, on one of the occasions when the band was returned, we discovered a significant blemish, as it had not been polished thoroughly.

These repeated issues caused immense distress for my wife. Her wedding band was meant to symbolise one of the happiest days of her life, but instead, it has become a source of ongoing frustration and disappointment. She no longer feels any excitement or pride in wearing her wedding band and has even expressed uncertainty about whether she wants to keep it at all.

The lack of consistent quality and care in repairing such a cherished item has been deeply disheartening. We trusted Mazzucchelli’s to provide exceptional craftsmanship and service, yet our experience has been far from satisfactory.

In our efforts to have this matter resolved, we were informed by Mazzucchelli’s head office that the diamond had fallen out due to the prongs being worn down over time, and as such, this would continue to result in the diamond falling out. The ring would need to be remade at our expense.

In addition, we were informed via email that the prongs being re-tipped was not covered in the lifetime care plan which we had previously purchased. Upon further look, it is extremely disheartening to discover that this service is indeed covered and is clearly visible when reading the care plan PDF, which is readily available on Mazzucchelli’s website.

My wife raised this discovery with Mazzacchelli’s on the phone and was informed that yes it is covered however is not automatically completed unless specified by the store when the ring is sent off. Furthermore it was explained to us that we should not expect much from the service team as they work on many rings each day. This left us shocked and able to come to the only reasonable conclusion that the service team blindly replace diamonds in prongs that are worn down from general wear and tear without registering any outside thought that perhaps it will fall out once more and as stated in the care plan perhaps the prongs tips should be re-tipped.

Where we currently sit with this situation, my wife has not been able to wear or had access to her wedding band for approximately 8 months while we attempt to embark on what has proven to be a lengthy process to have this matter resolved. Periodically Mazzacchelli’s have reached out offering a discount on what was originally quoted at $700 to have the ring re-made. Bearing in mind we would not be in this situation had the prongs be assessed and re-tipped as per the care plan.

Never choose this Jewellery Store. A diamonds fell out of my $10,000 ring. Would not replace the stone unless I paid $400. Other jewellers quoted $100 and said it appears the workmanship was in question. replace the diamond. The diamond is just a small speck! But it's their faulty product again! This took 9 weeks and multiple emails to get them to return my ring. No repair, no replacement. Spent nearly $50,000 with this company. Never, never again. Buyer beware!

Head office took forever to reply to my emails which I have a massive chain of as I kept emailing them every second day and calling but no outcome. They said everything was handled through emails and on the phone call were not helpful at all! Terrible service from head office and they should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BUY THIS JEWELLERY! Spend your money elsewhere as my ring should not have had any issues just 3 months after purchasing it - shows how terrible the quality actually is. Engagement rings are meant to be durable and worn every day so the fact that a diamond fell out and I got blamed was a disgrace. Listen to the reviews! I didn’t and regret it now. warranty card. I contacted their Customer Relations section as under law they are required to not sell a faulty product but they also refused to fix the watch. I now have to hope that the ACT Government will help ensure they comply with consumer law regarding a faulty product.

Not trustworthy company – I returned the yellow gold engagement ring for resizing and waited for 2 months. When It was ready for collection it was white gold and the diamond serial number had changed. They just had swapped it for the same ring of my preffered size. Very bad company. Horrible experience.

delivery time of 2-5 business days. 3 weeks went past and i followed up again both via email and by visiting the store (21st March). I was assured it was on the way - I reiterated that I needed the watch by 5 April and was assured confidently that it would be. In the week approaching that date, I called 3 times and was told the watch was “in transit”.

I again reiterated the date the watch was required by and I was told they “hoped” it would arrive. I visited the store again on the 5 April and no watch. I was also refused a refund at that point, despite being clear earlier that I needed the watch for that date specifically - it’s my son’s 21st birthday gift!! No refund and no idea when the watch would arrive - despite now having my $2000 for 5 weeks!! The head office have refused all attempts to contact them - they simply have stopped replying to my emails asking for someone to call me, or a phone number for me to call and discuss. The watch turned up 4 days past my deadline so as far as they are concerned the matter is closed.

I’ve bought 2 other expensive watches from this jeweler, so a repeat customer - clearly they have zero care.

Will never go there again and strongly recommend others also avoid!
