We had both of our showers re-grouted and retiled. Luke was punctual and easygoing, and he went above and beyond with his service, even sourcing the mosaic tiles for us at the last minute. They were always on time, friendly and consistently worked to the highest standards. They were very organised and always cleaned up at the end of each day. From the initial quote by Luke and the work done by Adrian, I couldn't have asked for a better job. Customer service non existent – Waited 3 weeks to book in for a quote which took 10 mins. The guy they sent wasnt even sure how to fix (leaking balcony) had to take multiple photos and refer back to the owner for advice. Was told they will send the quote through after that. A further 3 weeks and texts later still no response. Time wasters. Ive gone with another company who came out the next day to quote, and emailed the quote that same day. Show details
Work still to be rectified – I engaged Megasealed ACT a few years ago to repair a leak in my shower. Now, I am attempting to sell the property and after a Building Inspection it has revealed leaking from the shower!! I had Megasealed return and reseal + tile the area concerned (at my cost). DEFINITELY DO NOT TRUST THESE BOGANS! – This issue relates to Re-seal work done to a shower in Canberra in 2013/14. It lasted until June 2017 - water began leaking behind the tiles and running into the hallway behind the shower. Mega Sealed REFUSED to honor their obvious poor workmanship. DO NOT GO THEM !

Megasealed repaired grout and silicone in two of my bathrooms. Their inspection, quoting and booking process was efficient and well organised. Jolex was exceptional - on-time, friendly and professional. His work was high quality and it was clear he took pride in his work with attention to detail. Kylie promptly provided a quote to waterproof, re-tile and re-grout our old shower recess and part of the walls which had been leaking for some time. had to work longer hours. Jay did this without any complaint. Jay's work was excellent and very professional. We had some older tiles, the size of which was not in production now. So we bought larger tiles which Jay had to cut down to match the existing tiles so that the grout line(s) lined up, this required additional tile cuts but Jay did this efficiently and professionally. The final result looks terrific and we are very pleased with the end result. in our experience we can recommend Megasealed ACT and their trades for this type of project.
