Very impressed by work done in large ensuite bathroom. Brendon and Kimberley were polite, well organised, competent, skilled and diligent achieving a very nice makeover of grout, seals and waterproofing. Hoping to achieve the same result with smaller bathroom next week. Show reply

Save yourself the trouble and use a small local contractor – Megasealed cancelled our first booking and didn't come out to complete the job for another two months later than they originally quoted. repeatedly despite us having a baby in the house - they were very unprofessional. Megasealed turned up over the course of 7 days (the job was quoted for 5) at any time they wanted with little to no notice (even pressuring us to arrive at 5.30 am!) Again, this was very difficult with a newborn and lots of noisy construction work in a house. Megasealed cracked the gyprock in both adjoing walls and did not refit our shower faucet or shower screen (all acceptable to the company apparently, as we were told repearedly that it was all in their terms and conditions). Additionally, the top of the tiles were not grouted/sealed along one side, which we needed to do ourselves. We had to get a plumber to come out and refit the faucet and our builder told us that if they had grouted the wall differently our shower screen could have been easily refitted. However, because no care or attention was paid to our particular situation and shower screen, we now need to pay over $2000 for a new permanent glass fitting.

All of this was related to Megasealed who very professionally evaded any responsibility for the very unprofessional service they provided and after many hours on the phone we were given $100 as a "favour". When we ask for a quality review staff member to inspect the job, they came and told us that their workers had done a great job.

This service left our family in tears on a number of occasions and it is our great regret that we ever used this company.

because it was a big job they did the ensuite first, then they were going to do the main bathroom second, it cost me $1500 estimate for the ensuite, the leak was still happening, then megaseal came back to look at the ensuite and said it was just a leaking shower screen, so I was basically charged $1500 and the job was not fixed and they said I will have to pay more to get the shower screen fixed, very disappointing

Megaseal (Richard) recently came to our home and re-grouted our family bathroom and also the en-suite. brand new. The cost was very reasonable. We are obviously more than happy with the work and would recommend Megaseal Newcastle highly to anyone wanting this type of work carried out. Megaseal were so helpful from Martin the person who did the quotes, Jamie in the office and of course, Richard.

We had Leandro come and re waterproof our shower and re tile it. Through the week he arrived on time whenever he said he would be there the following day, would turn up with a positive attitude and a smile on his face daily and the work he’s done is great. Our leaking shower had very little remaining grout. Megasealed regrouted the walls & floor in epoxy & water is no longer getting into the wall cavity. It looks great & is so much easier to clean.
