Complete fiasco from the start and 2 weeks into a 4 day job still not complete. Tradie failed to show up on day one due to a back injury, showed up on day two and worked 4 hours a day for 3 days. he hadn't finished the first bathroom. However due to another injury he failed to return alltogether. He broke the glass screen during the tile demolition, left rubbish in my courtyard that is still there, kept my house keys and left all his tools and tiles etc in my bedroom leaving it unusable for two weeks so far and still going, on top of that Mega sealed say that I have to pay for the broken screen. According to [Name Removed] it's lucky for me that they happen to sell shower screens! Wow, what a coincedence. $1700 including demolition and installation. They already demoshed and broke it and under the scope of works were going to install the old one, [Content Removed]. Second tradie has only showed up for 1 day because he was on another job (not his fault). Not sure how long this is going to take now. Update, approaching week 5 of the 4 day project. Tiling is done with different tile type and color. Tiler [Name Removed] was a pleasure to deal with. He did his best under difficult circumstances. Rubbish was removed late in week 3 but also took the taps so I've had to pay for that as well $200 new taps. Week 5 summary, no closer to having a usable shower, no shower screen, being told that I should be gratefull that they can sell me one. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company.

Incredibly unprofessional – We had agreed on timeframe and day one it was completely disregarded with the tradesman showing up 3 hours early. after was fine. This was met with anger and rudeness as apparently time was now of great importance. The meeting was then postponed to the next working day and I explained that again, any time before or after would be fine. I was told that that "was very bad" and how difficult it would be having to go through head office. I don't know if the tradesman is just completely unprofessional and unreasonable or if the company makes it difficult for the tradesman to accommodate small requests but either way it's unacceptable to think that customers should be available at whim but tradesman can decide if and when they want to attend.

Disappointing job, won't recommend – The worker came to my home two days ago and seal my two bathrooms. He just spent 3 hours to seal for two bathrooms and the work carried out is disappointing. He should degrout and regrout wall to wall joints but he didn't do that at all. Some obvious issues on wall for leaking haven't been fixed. I sent a message to his manager to fix the issue but haven't got reply so far.
