I can’t fault the work that Masako did - she did a great job and everything was left pristine afterwards. We did have a problem with the fact that a drain which was supposed to have been ordered and installed as part of the job was delayed which was very inconvenient as we had guests staying with us but in the end we were happy with the job Show reply

that got back me on the Monday morning offering to have someone come out the next day to inspect and give me a quote. That evening, I received a text informing and reminding me of the quote inspection time and giving me the name and contact of, (in this case) Luke who would be attending at the given time, in case I had a need to contact him. Luke arrived at the given time and was extremely helpful, walking us through the process of how the jobs would be carried out and the timing required so that we would have one working bathroom whilst the other was being worked on. In the process of our discussion, I happened to mention that I had tried (without success) to get a company to replace my shower screens, when Luke informed me that he could also organise for the shower screens to be done in conjunction with the re-grouting work. This was great news, and being able to have both bathrooms completely done was key to us deciding that Megasealed was the company to use. Thank you Luke for your advice and support. On the given day that the work was to commence, we got a reminder text the evening before, but also a text that morning from Charlie, who informed us that he was going to be doing the job and was on his way to our property. Charlie provided us with an outstanding end product. As well as being very efficient at his job, he was also very polite and respectful. Over the 2 week period that he was in our home, he kept us informed of what he was doing and the ongoing process of the job, we couldn’t fault him. Thank you Charlie. We are so impressed with both Luke and Charlie, and the high quality of work they both carried out, that we have had Luke back out to our home today, to inspect and quote on having our kitchen and laundry floor tiles re grouted. system, she asked for proof. Who is going to keep a deposit slip, after completed the paid work. She still ask us to go to the bank, honestly she have no idea about cash deposits. Common sense, will they start a job without deposit? and why have we paid the remainder invoice... I was diligent in following up for invoices so we could pay for the work.
My advice, if you're dealing with Megaseal accounts make sure you keep the deposit or transaction records for years, because their Accounts department is incompetent. Luckily I sent photos of deposit slips to Dylan, otherwise no way of proofing payment. Sour taste of what was an excellent work from Dylan and Brian, sorry guys.

further leaking their last offer to take off the shower screen frame and door, seal under and then reset the frame and door the leaking finally appears to have stopped. This could have ended up a costly fix but being it appears to have been under the doorframe/door it was not strictly their issue and they offered the service for a very reasonable, discounted price! During this process they have been nothing but positive, helpful and obviously very committed to the quality and end result of the jobs they do. I highly recommend their services to anyone having any similar issues. Truly amazing service in this day and age IMHO and thanks to you all!

obviously in a hurry to finish and as he indicated to me to head off home. So I had to rearrange my morning.When Dylan quoted the job he said I would be app 3/4 hrs. I should also mentioned the young bloke asked me what he was doing! He was there for app 1 hour. I checked the job he had done and was convinced he hadn’t done what was quoted. I rang the office on Monday and informed them of the issue. Dylan came back out and acknowledged the job was incomplete. Anyway the same young bloke rocks up early again!.. then proceeds to ask me again what he had to do. Obviously massively unimpressed . So rang head office again he told them that the whole experience except for Dylan was so poor and asked for a reduction in the original quote. The reduction was not adequate for the experience. Under no circumstances would I recommend Megasealed.

New shower screens installed poor materials and workmanship – Megasealed was contracted to replace old shower screens and re-do the grouting and sealing in the shower cubicle floor. We had to get them back as they had missed some areas of concern and to reseal to stop some leak to the outside. Since then their sub-contractor has been 4 times to fix issues and still not good. Unprofessional, late, messy, terrible workmanship, expensive – I engaged Megaseal to help repair a damaged tile. The salesperson was nice enough, but could not find a replacement tile and therefore suggested using epoxy to glue back the damaged tile. It also took them nearly a week to send me a quote. number of times and did not clean up well - leaving a very dirty bathroom and trailing grout material on my hardwood floor, which is probably stained permanently. The silicon he applied was too thick - it is now 2x the width of my original seal and was not smoothed out in certain areas. Silicon was removed to the height which he could reach and not all the way to the top. As for the gluing back tile - it looked like child's play - it was not set flat against the back and the gap was filled with a dark grey epoxy (on a white tile).
This was a terrible unprofessional job; it took less than 2 hours and I can't believe I paid $695. The people I spoke to from the office did not sound friendly or helpful. They didn't reply to my comments either. I'm incredibly disappointed and actually quite upset about the horrible workmanship and potential permanent stains left.
