my electrician and the shower screen installers. This scheduling allowed me to plan accordingly. Renovation - Grahame was fantastic - his knowledge and skill is second to none! Each morning, we would discuss the plan for the day and ensure that we were both on the same page. Grahame kept the work area extremely tidy and was considerate of my property. Professional and well communicated team – Called to ask for a quotation to fix the shower floor leak, scheduled in around 2 weeks. Alison came and throughly checked the shower area, identified areas having high moisture level. A few options were suggested and quote was given to me the same night. to do the job. A big flat sheet was placed on the floor to protect the floor. He communicated and explained well during the process. After removing the old grout, new grout was put in place which looks very nice and tidy. Looking at how smooth he worked I can tell Mark has lots of experience doing this. Since the shower screen were poorly built by the previous home owner, Mark managed to remove it and re-grout the area underneath. Unfortunately the shower screen had to replace as it was poorly built by the previous owner in a non-standard way - they cannot be put back once removed. Megasealed quickly provided me with another quote for a new shower screen and locked in all the days - measurement and installation at the same time. John same to measure the shower a week later, and came to install the shower screen another week after. Both Mark and John leave the bathroom clean after their work. And now after a month since the quotation was done we finally have a usable non-leaking shower to us. So far there is no leakage for 3 days :) Nice team, well communicated, smooth and efficient work process. After having a plumber tell me I needed to rip up tiles etc., they referred me to Megasealed! Best referral ever. Got quoted $14,000 to screed and tile bathroom. Another provider did it for $2,000 and it was a very good job – Scope of Works to Screed and Tile Shower Floor & Walls (floor to ceiling) - 2 walls, floor + waterproof + Megaseal Perimeter & MG14 Floor Joints - Ensuite Shower Located upstairs). Fit new 80-100mm square chrome waste and puddle flange Fully screed the shower floor. Fit new 600 x 300mm wall tiles to 2 walls (owner to supply tiles). Apply white… Read more

grout with grout additive to grout joints on 2 walls. Inject white Megasealed product into internal wall to wall joints. Apply chrome tile trim to shower niche, as required Fit new 300 x 300mm floor tiles to floor (owner to supply tiles). Apply mid grey MG14 epoxy grout product to floor grout joints of shower. Apply white Megasealed product to perimeter of shower.

Don't waste your money. Product doesn't work & staff are rude – Megasealed contained a waterproof issue in 2015, failed 2017, fixed and failed again 2020. [name removed] and [name removed] (Brisbane) attended. They were extremely rude and blame their faulty product and workmanship on anything that has nothing to do with their product. tile grout that is cracked is in the shower where they put their product is, but yet all the other tiles in our house have no grout issues!! The 25 year warranty is bull. The receptionist [name removed] is rude and has so much attitude! Time to call ACCC and get lawyers involved.

Tony arrived on time, and worked quietly, carefully and consistently for 6 hours to reseal the showers in two bathrooms, cleaning all areas after the resealing was completed.
