of the way and organised as possible), kept a clean workspace as she went along, and tidied up properly each afternoon before leaving, (which is appreciated as we have had workers from other companies on our property create hazards with materials not stored safely etc) and worked very efficiently. She communicated well with us when needed. Stuart was also very good and a fast but effective tradesperson when he was there, and communicated very well. Both were understanding of our pet and the need to be aware of her around doors and gates etc and their friendly demeanour was immediately felt as two trustworthy people we could trust coming and going in the home as needed. with Andrew, the South Australian owner and manager of Megasealed…….Andrew supplied a sensible quote ( which was accepted ) to strip out, reline, repair / replace rotted studs and bottom plates where required, reseal and retile the showers of 2 units. Andrew provided photos of previous work of the similar type of issues to confirm that they were able to carry out the scope of work….which was very re assuring as we live in the far north of South Aust Andrew communicated well via E/mail, Text’s and phone calls when required and returned all communication at most times with only a minimal delay, he kept us fully informed of progress and arrangements when the work was being carried out in each unit. We had a small stumbling block with the first unit however, after a bit re tweaking with Andrew, the issue was rectified extremely quickly followed by with regular and effective communication. The works in the 2nd unit was completed seamlessly and progress photos were e/mailed during the duration of the job. One of our tenants asked us to pass on to Andrew that the. 1..Megasealed employee arrived on the agreed time each day, 2..Commence work without delay, 3..Clean and tidy in all aspects, 4..Refreshingly polite. As we were not in a position to choose the style or colour of tiles etc etc, we went with Andrew’s recommendation, from the provided photos his choice of style and size was sensible. Job completion photos show a high standard of finish. Recommendation…..yes I would go with Andrew again, without hesitation.

The transformation was incredible . I am so disappointed that I didn’t take before and after photos. Our technician,Nikki, was lovely, and took good care. The whole process from quote to final payment was professional and easy. I would recommend 100%. Show reply

Do not use this product – I had megaseal done to both showers 4years later they are both terrible. No warranty by company no explanation. Opinions of other professionals is that the sealing in first place was not done properly. Its now costing me a lot of money to fix

Shonky when come to workmanship & warranty – Engage them to seal an ensuite. Technician caused stress fractured to my first row tiles after grouting and sanding. Said it's OK as he applied a coat of megaseal. Now 4 years later, our bathroom leaks again causing big whole in downstair ceiling. nonsense when come to warranty. Sincerely ask you guys to think twice using them. Good marketing and promises. But once they take yur money, that's it. I am taking them to NSW Fair Trading.

Misleading advertising, inferior product – Blase and amateur person came to put seal in our bath/ shower space. Put very little in the driest areas, ignored the most exposed to water areas!!!! Asked them to come back and redo, 18 months later the megasealed areas are the only mouldy places in the whole bathroom!!!! it fixed. He took a few photos and said they offet no warranty against mould! Said he would get someone to contact me. Of course nobody has. I also have the yellowing of some the product another reveiwer wrote off, plus cracking and peeling of sealant. Shocking product. We would have been better off spending a few bucks on selleys and doing it once a year than thousands on megsdealed rubbish, lies snd headaches. Tradespeople they have come across as untrained and just in and out to get your cash. The one thing they got onto pronto was invoicing us! Very difficult to have contact with them otherwise. Will be putting in a consumer affairs complaint also. My advice, use a real tradesperson from a real company for your bathroom, or go to hardware for diy.

Yaseen has just finished re grouting, re siliconing and changing the floor waste grates in our ensuite bathroom. He was a beautifully mannered tradesman who took great care in protecting our wooden floors before he started work . He has done an absolutely wonderful job and our bathroom looks like new again. Megasealed - Adelaide team is highly co-operative. Peter Nannini is an experienced person and assesed the bathrooms perfectly at first instance. Andrew is also prompt in planning the work schedule and tried his best to fit in the order asap. Also, he replaced old silicone from wall to wall and wall to floor edges. Also filled up tap cavities with silicone. And done the job in a pefrect manner.

From start to finish this company was fantastic. Peter, the salesman, was friendly, kind and informative. He was very knowledgeable and helped keep the cost down. We found water stains after ripping up carpet for Reno’s. Stuart came out to inspect the damage and advised what was required. Stuart’s professionalism and knowledge was excellent. Just letting you know that Ju your tiling contractor did a terrific job on our bathroom tiling repairs today. She explained what she was going to do, and asked us when there was more than one option for work to be done. She laid down a mud-free pathway into our kitchen, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. The estimator was on time. He picked the correct colour for the grouting to match the tiles. He gave a couple of suggestions, and inspected the job, even picking up a couple of things that should be done to make it look even better.
