the shower refurbished with an epoxy grout. We had no idea what this was and we also do not have an address book full of tile repair contacts. Outcome-Google = Megasealed Central (the franchise that covers our location). We the read many reviews on Product Review site. The appointment was set and right on the appointed moment the assessor arrived and his suggestion concurred with our thinking – “new epoxy grout to the floor and half way up the wall” We thought the price was on the higher side than we had imagined based; on a “we really know nothing basis” and accepted the quote. The professional assigned to our job arrived right on time and worked hard and was finished in about 3.5 – 4 hours. All good. Sometimes things go wrong and there was an issue which took commitment and effort to resolve until Oskar Wlodarcryk took over. It was involved, technical and complex but, for the whole time Oskar was a brick-indefatigable. (Kept at it) Resolved everything perfectly. It was a not a good scene but,Oskar was amazing as was the tiler-Ahmad.

chipping straight out from joints. Kitchen slashback abs sink seals had mould and needed doing. As did Laundry.

Less than 24 hours after logging an enquiry, Phil attended my property for an inspection and quote.

Taking the time to listen to our reasons for preserving the current bathrooms in the short term and mitigating risks of water leaking while we saved moved for Reno’s.

Ensuring we were cosy effective he helped us ensure that we worked on what was most important, and was honest and transparent about what colours we had to choose from, as “blue grout” (our current bathroom, would not be in supply.

After quoting works at 8:30am, Phil send through the quote that night.

After I followed up, Phil got Angela to organise Ewaz to come out on my first available Thursday (so on the day and date I picked) he came yesterday at 8am, just as he said he would. (And texted at 7:30 to say he would arrive at 8am)

Polite and friendly, he went straight to work on both bathrooms, kitchen splash back and laundry reseal.

It took around 5 hours to complete, using light grey grout and a light grey silicone (which was 100% colour match). He was consistent with what Phil has mentioned about grout and silicone choices and had me help him choose what colour match I wanted.

He didn’t stop to take breaks or phone calls, just powered on through. And answered any questions I had along the way.

He was also very clean and tidy in the process.

From a one hour quote on site, a day of repairs and a day of drying this has absolutely extended the life of our bathrooms, and additional wet areas, and given us peace of mind that we have minimised risks of leaks and preserved the area for work down the track.

Thanks to Phil and his team for listening to our needs, working around our schedule and being so prompt with communication, replying and honouring your word.

Total cost of 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry was $1300 ish, which was money worth well spent for peace of mind, flexible work and quotes on my schedule, great communication and a total bathroom refresh!

A total grout removal and replacement worked for a while, but is back to leaking again, with mouldy skirting boards and wet floor on the other side of the wall. The job was completed in 2018. It started leaking last year but has now gotten quite bad. So will need to be done again.

Avoid at all costs – Do not use this company....Their products are poor quality and often require multiple visits to fix issues. Ultimately, we had to hire a more reliable service. have spoke with three other customers who had similar experiences. For a more honest, hassle-free experience, consider a company with products that won’t fail repeatedly and require exhausting, costly follow-ups.

Shocking communication – Rung twice - said that a consultant would get back to me which they didn't. They came recommended by an engineer. I wouldn't waste my time with them. I'm so sick of businesses claiming to be something they're not.

Great reseal service on our en-suite over 5 years ago so had Phil quote on the main bathroom. Prompt detailed quote that was straight forward and accurate. noticed our toilet was running water consistently.. an issue I did not know how to fix. It was silent when he left. I rang to thank him and asked what he did to fix the issue. Was a simple turn of a fitting inside apparently, however, he did this without any hesitation and was just happy to help on his way out.
