Did not honor Quote – After receiving quote and paying the required 10% deposit I received a phone call to say they has miss quoted and wanted me to pay an additional $10,000 to $15,000.

Fantastic work our shower no longer leaks! – Josh was fantastic he explained the job in detail and his ideas to fix the leak in our shower before sending us a quote. Bathroom has been transformed! – The grouting in our ensuite bathroom, particularly in the shower area, was stained and a bit eroded, very tired. Josh managed to process and we had an excellent glazier dismantle the biggest shower he'd ever worked on and then the tiler went to work. Marco, the Italian tiler, is not only a gentleman he is a craftsman. The two tradesmen were just fantastic. Our finished product is so much better than we expected. I'm extremely happy with the result and their quote was the lowest by about $500. The other recent reviews here were a big factor in me going with mega seal and I felt it important to agree with them and give mega seal a big thumbs up.
