John arrived on time to complete the bathroom regrouting. He was polite, patient, and exceptionally tidy — a true professional. After the work was done, I was very happy with the result. When I later noticed a couple of small areas that needed a touch-up, the team was quick to organise a follow-up appointment so John could fix them before they became bigger issues.

I’m genuinely pleased with the entire experience. The girls in the office were also wonderful — very understanding and accommodating of my shift-work schedule, which made organising appointments much easier. I truly appreciate their flexibility and great service. I would highly recommend the Company, Ryan and John and the rest of the team to anyone requiring bathroom regrouting.

Just want your money don’t want to know about anything afterwards – If I could give a minus score I would. Terrible after service leaked through my wall destroying the wall and carpet on the adjoining room. that it was not done properly thus the reason it had leaked through my wall into the next room. When trying to get someone from megasealed out to resolve the problem they sent out a salesperson to try and get me to sign up for more work they were not interested in hearing about the issue their workmanship caused to my adjoining room saying it’s not their problem and don’t cover any damage caused from the job not being done properly. I’m glad they don’t fit tyres on cars as they probably wouldn’t do up the wheel nuts and then when the wheels fell off and you had an accident they would say it’s not their responsibility.

WOW is that the same bathroom. I should state here that I knew Keith from my son's football days many years ago and knew he was a Tiler by trade so was pleasantly surprised when he turned up. Keith has always had a reputation as a master tiler and I can only say that this reputation is well deserved. I am so pleased with the result that not only will I have Megasealed do my second bathroom, but would recommend them to anyone thinking of giving their bathrooms a second lease of life. Astounded – Grout job ok but left a thick layer of dust over entirety of bedroom, tv , clothes personal items with no attempt to cover anything whatsoever or to clean afterwards. As a painter I would never leave a job in good conscience in the state they did and I also create alot of dust.

Very bad experience but it ended well – We had one very good & one very bad experience. Our first bathroom was re-grouted & Alex did a fantastic job with a smiling face. Our second bathroom was re-tiled. We had never asked the sales consultant that we will get the shower screen replaced. the tiler was grumpy, unfriendly & always whingeing. After we asked him to put the screen back he did so very reluctantly. While taking the screen off he broke the bracket holding the shower rod & then advised us to get a new one. Since it is old style we still have not found anything suitable even in Bunnings. As a result we still have not been able to use the bathroom. Megaseal should check very carefully who they employ & should provide a link on their website to write a review. After reading the review Megaseal representative took immediate action & the rod was fixed. It is nice to note that they take customer complaints seriously & try to solve the problems. We really commend them for that.

John came today to regrout our master bedroom ensuite. He messaged half an hour before he was due to arrive as promised. He arrived on time. I would like to add, all the staff I interacted with showed true professionalism, which I really appreciated.

They were all prompt, followed through on what they said they would do, were knowledgeable on their subject matter and most courteous.

I have had to deal with a number of businesses and trades recently. Megasealed staff made my experience a pleasant one when many others had indeed not.

I have two other bathrooms that will in due course need treating. I will definitely be calling on them again and recommending them to others.

We were so impressed with the work done by Megasealed, that I also had our ensuite shower sealed. I requested the same person named Randy to complete the work, as he did a brilliant job the first time and did not disappoint with our ensuite. At the allotted time, Mhell arrived promptly to do the work. He was friendly, considerate in protecting my floors and surfaces from excess dust and did a really excellent job. He left my bathroom looking beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with Megasealed from start to finish.

From initial quote, to follow up, to completion of the job. Every employee we spoke to was very professional. The shower looks brand new and everything was left very clean and tidy. Price was great compared to competitors and they didn’t try to upsell, simply provided clear options. Show reply
