So now I have my blue/green pair to wear for any remaining warm days now … or to step out in next summer … can’t wait!! For those of you who haven’t tried these sandals yet … just do it!! They are the most comfortable sandals ever, great for wearing all day whether you are walking on paths or on the beach. I’m pretty tough on shoes … but these sandals are wearing really well. If a new really bright hot pink colour comes out, I’ll have a 3rd pair in my wardrobe !!

Great boots in a gorgeous range of colours. Really comfy and go with any outfit. I’ve also bought Merry Boots sandals and they’re also super comfy and stylish. Merry boots are of such high quality, the Merry socks I recently purchased are no different. Love these sandals. Durable, waterproof, stylish and very versatile. I needed new black ones and seeing I already have 11 pairs of Merry People’s Bobbi Boots, knew they would be a good buy. package for the boots which I have not used yet, they were presented very professionally. I also bought a pair of socks which are fabulously soft and comfortable to wear. I’ve just bought another two pairs. Totally satisfied with my order and recommend what I bought.

Almost Perfect – Wonderfully comfortable sandals with one exception. Slightly uncomfortable on the heel where the Merry People logo is raised a little. Am conscious of it for the first 5 minutes but then seem to habituate to it. Given that Merry People is already embossed at the back of the shoe, perhaps you could forego it being on the instep. Very Merry People – Fabulous boots. Comfortable, stylish, and fun to wear (I still enjoy puddles). I also have clogs which easily slip on and off for the garden and cool enough for a garden party! so comfortable to wear all day or for walks, to work and at home - in any environment. As a brand, they are incredibly transparent - I loved watching the youtube video advert, finally an ad that I didn't skip - that's rare. I genuinely think that this brand and the products are one of my favourite that i've ever purchased from.

sole really sticks to the ground, so no slipping in the wet, muddy terrain. My clogs are great for slipping on quickly and your feet also stay warm with them unlike other clogs I've had. All in all, I highly recommend trying these boots, Australian company, so that's good also... thank you for the wide range of colours, I'll be back!

Do Not Waste Your Money. Poorly Designed Product. Terrible Customer Service – I belong to a dog walking group who have been great supporters of Merry boots. When I saw someone from the group was selling a new pair of Darcy mid-calf boots because they were the wrong size, I immediately jumped on them as having a pair of Bobbi in the same size, I knew they would fit. I wrote to them with my specific issue. They didn't reply to my first email so I wrote again.

Their first attempt at justifying the boots were perfectly OK was to tell me to stuff them with towels - they will stretch. So I got friends with the same shoe size to try them on as I was told that people have different feet. The friends were not even willing to try to push their foot in.

I wrote to them again, attaching a photo showing where the foot gets stuck. They replied in their first sentence with "Oh no, I am truly sorry for this experience with your pair ". This would make you think they are going to address your specific issue.

Wrong.

What followed was a COPY and PASTE that had paragraphs in it which were of absolutely no relevance to the issue.

They appeared to have no interest in my concern, and the final straw was to tell me to "gift the boots to a friend or family member or even sell them on a secondhand marketplace. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to helping you find a suitable solution."

At the price they are selling them, you expect not only quality product that is fit for the purpose, but also a highly trained customer support. You get neither. I have had numerous boots in my life, and each and every pair has fitted and been comfortable to wear.

Do yourselves a favour - go buy a cheap pair and replace them when needed.
