Just awful people to deal with. Purchased 20 outdoor lights and unfortunately 5 were faulty. It appears they are happy to assist when you are purchasing but have no interest in engaging if things don’t go well.

It has been over a year and I am still waiting.

Cancelled my online order within 5 minutes due to an oversight on my part. Mica Lighting still charged my card and wouldn't issue a refund. Had to make a dispute through the bank to get money back. Poor Service.

around it. You cannot call anyone at Mica Lighting so I sent an email with photos. Initially I was told I would be given a refund. Later this was denied because I had used the free shipping offer which apparently negates shipping cover and I didn't take out the optional insurance - which I might add, no other suppliers ask you to do. I was then pressured to repurchase the light fitting because stock was low. I'll be going elsewhere and suggest you explore other options than Mica. While their prices are lower, their reliability, packaging and customer service are very poor and make for a bad deal.

Very disappointing- cheap product- not quality at all. They just look great in the photographs. One of the cords on my light was damaged and I emailed the company to tell them. They asked for a photo which I sent. Now they wont return my emails and of course you cant call them. Very poor customer service. Be very careful buying anything from Mica.

fast delivery. The image of my hanging pendant looked like it was different to the actual light that arrived today. In the photos it looks like the light/pendant is covered on the bottom, rather in the photos they took a different angle so you cannot see the globes. A bit deceiving. My lamps arrived one with a broken shade. I sent an unopened box back the store. To date, the email operator ( there is NO PHONE LINE) has refused to replace the shade and delivery of the box was missed even though the delivery was attempted after 9am !! Ordered a couple of antique style lights and one arrived with a cracked glass. Easy to work with customer support and they had a replacement to me within a week. Great quality lights.

Received a broken light mount mount. Emailed with detailed description of the fault and added several pictures. Got a prompt reply but said 'how can we help". Recommended! I'd use Mica Lighting again – My experience with Mica Lighting was mostly positive. Once they got back to me they provided a good helpful service. I wanted to make a change to my order, unfortunately they don't have a phone number to contact them, and frustratingly it took a day or so to reply to my email.

Very Pleased with Mica Lighting – I bought online and at the shop and will definitely buy from Mica again. My online order was shipped promptly and Claudine at the shop was very friendly and helpful. We were just after some light fittings but we ended up buying a pendant as they have some unique pieces. We are doing some major renovation and we added Mica on our list of suppliers.

Worst online retail experience I have ever had – When it comes to returns and refunds they went out of their way to make it difficult, to the point of changing their terms and conditions to suit their opinion.
