Love the buttons which are located on the handle, very modern and easy to use. Bottom line: highly highly recommended. It's like a Mercedes Benz; Germans are number one.

Amazing! – I have the C3 Electro Plus Powerline. Similar to the Green Model, but with a Gold Body. This vacuum is amazing. lots of optional tools for specific purposes, but the basic onboard tools are probably sufficient. Pretty expensive tho, but then, so is carpet!

The only problem with this machine is Miele. I ordered the machine 24/11 online at Miele's website. It was listed as in stock and Miele took payment from my account immediately but didn't ship it until 11/12, 17 days later.

Contacting Miele to find out why the huge delay, the online chat would just tell you to ring/e-mail miele.

They take 2 working days to replay to your e-mail and you'll wait 15-20 minutes on hold.

Once I was able to get a response from Miele, the reason for the shipping delay was different each time.

Miele even sent myself two order cancellation e-mails just to further add to the confusion.

Miele where unable to advise when or if I was ever going to get my vacuum cleaner until I received a shipment advice on the 11th of December.

Once I had my vacuum cleaner, I wanted to order some accessories for it from Miele's shop website. Trying to order the accessories from the web site was impossible as the website gave myself a "page not found" error when I tried to add the items to the cart.

On top of that, not all of the accessories are available in the miele shop. There are more accessories listed on the main website which you have to click the "go to shop" link to see them in the shop website, those that don't come up with the "page not found" error that is.

Miele make great products, but don't buy them direct from their website, go to a dealer who understands the concept of customer service and has a working web site.

Outstanding Machine – This vacuum is fantastic, it’s light weight smooth on both the tiles and wood flooring. I love that the turbo head does all floors and you don’t have to switch settings going from floor to floor. Hygeinic and stable – This is a great vacuum, very stable and hardly tips over, it has great suctions and very hygenic, every pack of bags comes with 2 filters and I feel that my carpets look and fell very clean, the power cord is extra long and I only need to plug it in once for the whole apartment.  Show details ·  1

Best one I've owned! – This vacuum has been amazing, especially for a house of girls with long hair! After experiencing various other vacuums that do a half-assed job or get clogged up easily, this takes the cake. It isn't really that quiet but that doesn't bother me at all, it sucks up everything! client's house is a large (approx. 100 feet long) two-storey with hard floors downstairs and carpets upstairs. If you don't want to pay the price, buy a Miele vacuum - they're all good.

better than dyson – In my point of view, this vacuum machine is better than dyson stick one. I have got dyson D6 as well. Dyson is easy to use simply because it is so mobile. If you have a big house and you need power, please choose this one. I love it's quiet mode which is quieter than dyson's while more powerful!  Show details

great product – I am quite happy with the vacumm performance. I am use this vancum cleaner for the solid timber floor and carpet. It works very well. power head does a fine job of extracting the hair from hard and carpeted areas.

The niggles: Like any canister or barrel vacuum it tends to end up on it's back much too often. The foot controls for the power cord and On / Off seem to be in just the right place for the hose to hit them and either cause the cord to re-wind or to cut off the power. A couple of soft plastic or rubber shields would be helpful here. Also, due to the amount of fur the vacuum collects I have to change bags (expensive ones) very often. I manually pull as much fur out of the bags as I can and re-use them 2-3 times but it's still an expensive proposition. I know that I'm defeating the purpose of the very good HEPA filtering but I bought this machine for it's functionality, not necessarily for the filtering. It would be nice if Miele, or someone, offered a porous paper bags.

Best suction ! – We love this vacuum, practical and has excellent suction. I love how you can adjust the strength of the suction. Excellent to pick up dust and dirt on carpet or tiles. When using this on tiles it doesnt scratch as you can adjust the vacuum head. Comes with Great nossils aswell which are handy for cleaning my couch and car! Would definitely buy again!  Show details

Love my miele – After trying to use other cheaper vacuums with and without bags I finally decided to buy something reliable. The sales girl showed me the Miele and gave me a try of it. I loved it as I don't have to put any effort into using it. I have bad arthritis in my back and hands but it was so easy to use. Love this vacuum cleaner – It is so easy to use and also easy to change attachments. The on and off switch on the handle is great as there is no bending down. It does a great job .. the best vacuum cleaner I have ever bought.

I tested two brands at HN and they were the Sebo K3 and this one. The Sebo powerhead was similar to my old Hoover in that the connection to the wand is officentre to the overall width of the powerhead. Over time, this will put pressure on the connection part on the powerhead, just like it did with my Hoover. It just seems to be poorly engineered.

So I opted for the Miele and am very happy with the decision. It is super quiet yet has tremendous sucking ability. So much so, that you will struggle to push the standard floor tool over carpet using the highest suction setting. Seriously it sucks hard. The overall build quality is impressive. Very well made.

Cons - the bags and filters are not cheap plus the powerhead attached to the hose/wand is not light. It is probably heavier than the vac itself so be aware of that if you need to carry it around. It is not hard to push over the carpet though because it drags itself forwards by the motion of the brush roller. Furthermore, the powerbrush on my Miele has now developed a vibration rattle that I have no idea what is causing it. Will need to keep an eye on that! Oh, and it is also an expensive piece of equipment. I got about 18% discounted off at HN so keep an eye out on the sales if you are interested.

If you are serious about keeping your carpet clean plus don't want to just blow dust out the back of your machine onto your furniture, then this is the vac for you!

My wife just keeps vacuuming – I have owned a Dyson for many year, after comparing and reading the reviews, i founds the Dyson to be the one. After trying both in store Miele was definitely the better choice for me. After 3 weeks using it, Its amazimg - remote on the handle, power cord, the length of the pole, the power of the suction it bloody amazing.
