They work well and pair instantly. That said, the right ear bud is finicky for charging. They have to be placed 'just right' to get them to charge (not the same for the left ear). And the right ear bud is prone to dropping out (again not the left ear). Apart from that they charger is great (really is able to charge for half a week). The sound is good. All in all - not sure if I'm happy or not given the hassle of charging the right ear bud.

Never worked properly. Hard for my Mac and Windows to detect at the beginning and after a few weeks right earbud stopped working. No support. No refund. Simply Crap. Only design is nice
Right ear bud has stopped charging
I have owned the Mifo 05 professional buds for 11 months. The right ear bud is not charging and does not work anymore. The left earbud charges and works fine. I have searched the internet to fix the right ear bud. I have tried all the tips and tricks mentioned on the internet. I have reset as per the instructions by Mifo. When both ear buds were working they were good value. However rated 2 stars as they should last longer than 11 months for a $199 pair of earbuds under normal use.

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. I have had multiple issues after less than 6 months with minimal use. The sound is average. The left earpiece mesh has fallen out. The right earpiece has stopped working and won’t charge. Mifo dragged out the warranty steps for weeks of slow emails requesting to try different repairs. At the end they wanted me to return post at my cost. After reading others, it would appear they won’t refund and will continue to fail. Their Aus branch is based in NSW so I will be pursuing them via NCAT under Australian Consumer Law.
Terrible Customer Service. Stay away
Ordered Mifo 5+ 3 weeks ago after they state 5-7 days to deliver. Contacted for tracking number after 7 days and as everyone else has said, I got the automatic response that it is with their dispatch team and waiting for them to contact. Now I have had this reply 5 times and still no tracking number. Stay well clear of these even if they look good on youtube reviews.
Worst company to deal with
Right ear bud not charging properly and doesn’t last as long as left. Left only lasts up to 5 hrs and not the 100 hrs they claim. Emailed the company and they keep telling me to troubleshoot and take the ear covers off to charge etc. They should replace the product instead of stuffing around. Don’t buy these you’ll just have drama.
A long wait but it was worth it
Bought the Mifo Earbuds a month ago online. After the first pair went missing in the post it took them over a month to resend after numerous emails. Just received them and fortunately the wait was worth it. They’re pretty good, sounds great and look good.
Just returning my 3rd defective set
First set lasted less than a month. Only one earbud would charge. The company refused to refund my money. The 2nd set only lasted 4 weeks then stopped charging. The third set will only hold enough charge for 40 minutes of use. This product is rubbish. Do not buy.
Sucked in by marketing spin!
Neither regular or the added cost of memory foam ear moulds will support these "wireless" earbuds staying put in your ears for ANY activity!
I've previously worn Jabra and Will.i.am and seriously regret my decision to change-up.
Gross waste of money and time. Shame MIFO on not getting the basics of "wireless" earbuds correct. No more words to be said.
Won't accept a return for three faulty sets
Ordered through mifo.com.au, so I knew they would be authentic.
After 2 months - right ear bud fails.
After 2 months - get replacement.
After 2 months - right ear bud fails.
After 2 months - left ear bud fails.
2 more months - third pair are DOA.
Refund refused, because Australian Law is in direct contradiction to their policies.
Stay Away From Mifo - Product Still Not Received
27/9/2020 Order placed for professional version of earbuds. Their website said the order will be delivered in 5 - 7 days which is a standard time.
3/10/2020 product still not received. Forget about the product, even the tracking details not received. I had registered for SMS & email update to track the shipment. Not received that as well. Which means the product is not shipped.
4/9/2020 Exchanged almost 8 emails to cancel the order & get the tracking details. But what a waste of time. Their support team said that the order cannot be cancelled ...

As much as we want to expedite the shipment, but the courier cannot meet the standards of 5 to 7 days delivery. As of now, we are still waiting for the updates of our dispatch team to provide us the list of tracking numbers. The last update we have received, they successfully p...rocessed your order. They have system errors. That is why they cannot update the tracking numbers. Rest assured that we will keep you posted once we receive their latest update." Save yourself the time and money and dont buy from these low life scammers.

9/9/2020 I ordered Mifo 5 Bluetooth Earbuds with express delivery 7-10 days. Order accepted and money taken.
15/9/20209 I wrote an email querying why I had not received a Tracking number, requested to cancel my order and asked for a refund. Mifo responded that my order had been processed but not dispatched to a carrier. Request denied as the order had been "processed". I was told to wait for the parcel to arrive, send it back and then request a refund! Three weeks and four emails later SILENCE and no progress, no response to emails and no t...
Not good for cycling!
Fine for static use like weights or slow walk, but frustrating for cycling or walking fast...the ear buds drop out when looking left to right or vice versa, they only work when head is in a fixed position, not good for sport on the move! Pitty they sound awesome lying on the lounge or doing house work, and they say ear buds are still being developed, hope they get it right, have also tried to pair then with new Garmin Vivoactve 4 but no joy! Tried numerous resets but no help!
Don’t waste your time and Money with this product
I would not recommend this product. Product failed after 2 weeks, replacement product also failed after 2 weeks. Company would not refund money. Gave up and bought Apple AirPods, quality outstanding.
What a waste of money
from day 1 i had issues with my MiFo 7. People said i sounded muffled and my right ear bud kept dropping out.
They advised i return then and they would replace them. Once i received the apparent replacements, the same issue occurred right away.
After some dispute and telling them they never replaced them, they sent me a dodgy picture of some buds which were in poor condition and stated they were my old ones. My buds were in pristine condition when i sent them.
They lie and don't do anything to replace them.
Flushing your money down the toilet would be far a more satisfying experience!
I ordered the Mifo 05 Plus in matte black after seeing great video reviews on youtube. I thought I had found a diamond in the rough. I was wrong! Once I had paid for my earbuds I was advised that they were out of stock and there would be around a 2 week wait. I waited......nothing. After several emails I received a response saying they were back in stock, yay! then another email the next day saying they were not!! After nearly 4 weeks I asked for a refund and was told, magically that they had been shipped and I therefor they could not offer me ...a refund. They gave me a tracking number but the product took another 2 weeks to arrive. (Probably because they come from China, not like the AU/NZ website claims, with"Free 2 day Delivery"). I was told to return them for a refund but given the company's shocking reviews I fear my earbuds will get "lost in the return mail" and then I won't have the money or the product. I am not even going to bother opening them as I just want to sell them and move on. While I waited for them to arrive I went out and bought Airpods Pro. My advice, stay away from Mifo, save your time and money and go buy a product that you can be sure about. In an online world flooded with choice you would expect companies to have decent customer service and delivery times if they want to stay in business.....not MIFO. Go to a shop, buy from a reputable site, whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM MIFO. Worst shopping experience I have had in a long, long time.

Did everyone who wrote bad reviews buy from the official website or from Amazon? If not, is it possible you bought counterfeit products from dodgy companies that have nothing to do with Mifo?
Official...I actually had to chase mine up as my mate at work received his in less than two weeks as stated on web site, mine took four weeks... I received a reply from sales person I need to wait but thier web site states different, lucky I'm patient! . My mate didn't have the little stickers on headphones to stop them from charging! As I've googled ear buds still have a long way to go in technology, so if you want perfect go cord, but for normal use ear buds are fine eg catching bus, walking etc.
Please do not make the same mistake l made and buy the Mifo 07 earphones. I bought them from Facebook. I know why they sell there stuff on there because their product sucks elephant balls. They worked for about 20 minutes then would not work anymore. I tried to pair them again without success. If l was to buy in ear phones again l would buy the Samsung buds plus or Jabra. I have noticed most of the stuff you buy from Facebook don't deliver.
