An absolute SCAM, received my order, requested for an exchange as the garment is too big, (i was within my 30 days the advertised time for an exchange) however, I never received a reply to my requests.

I ordered an jacket last August. It was nothing like the item advertised and at least 2 sizes too small so I returned it as per their instructions and put the address on the package as given. Been waiting weeks but no item. Contacted them by email, and they said it was returned to warehouse and they would resolve it. I said no, just refund me my money. I think it’s an AI generated email as they avoid answering your questions. Please avoid this company whatever you do

This is a scam website for a Chinese warehouse. I was scammed by the advertisement that it was a Melbourne store. My items took weeks to arrive and in a word, were rubbish. The return policy sounded great, but when I tried, it would have cost as much to return as I paid. The shoes were tiny and not the size advertised. refund. BUT they don’t accept returns for any ‘sale’ items, even if they agreed to return they charge 1/2 the cost of the item as a restocking fee, on top of the postage cost.

Do not purchase anything from this site. Item arrived and it was nothing what it looked like on the online store. They claim they are Melbourne based but everything is shipped from China. Tried to send back for a refund and had to pay international shipping fees, and then get another email from them saying I’ll need to pay customs taxes and fees. Very unhappy and disappointed with this online experience – While the cardigan I ordered DID eventually arrive, it is NOTHING like the one pictured on the site, and the quality is extremely poor. Purchase at your own peril from this company – This company does not care about clients. They supply undersize garments and then demand you pay to get a replacement. So far I have had 13 emails from them saying my satisfaction is a major priority. Rubbish. They have no intention of supplying the correct product.Scam company. Never purchase from them.
