I had the most incredible experience creating my wedding album with MILK books! The quality of the book turned out better than I could’ve ever asked or imagined! The team was so kind and easy to work with. The production time was very quick which was a blessing. With our order, we had a custom box to hold our wedding book in, and that turned out beautifully as well! Could not recommend more!

Just got my wedding photos back in Milk Books’ Premium Photo Book format and I am obsessed. The design process was genuinely so easy, and the quality blew me away. The colours are rich, the paper feels luxurious, and it looks like a proper heirloom. 100% worth it.
Beautiful photo book that captures our wedding weekend so perfectly. I wasn't sure if it was necessary but now I tell everyone they need to do it! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Absolutely incredible from start to finish. The design interface is so amazing and very intuitive but also gives you a lot of room for creativity and to add personal flair. I could not believe how high the quality was once the book arrive, I did expect it to be. But I was even shock at how gorgeous and lux it ended up being. Obsessed obsessed obsessed!!!

Milk books is by far the best online album option! The website is incredibly easy to use and the wedding album I created is so beautiful! I got the XL premium photo album and the pages are so thick and premium, the photo quality is incredible as well! It looks so beautiful on our coffee table!

IN LOVE with my wedding book! Process was super easy. The creation was quite simple, and MILK provides so much variety in terms of layouts, text and colour options. End to end, I got this done within a month and was fun creating this with my husband. Makes a great coffee table book. I purchased one for my family as well to keep at their place. 100% recommend!

The quality of the book as a whole honestly blew us away. From the printing and photo quality, to the paper and the linen cover texture, everything feels super premium and built to last. It’s such a beautiful keepsake to have on display and flip through whenever we want to relive the trip.
The entire design process was also so fun! The Milk Book online editor was a major plus, i feel online design websites can be really hard to navigate and complicated but the Milk Book editor was super user friendly and easy to work! Being able to fully customise the book and choose the photo order, layout, design, size and everything else in between made the design process really fun! (it was a fun little activity to do on an evening together!).
Couldn’t recommend Milk Books enough if you want something that feels personal, luxurious, and made with care. Will definitely be ordering more of these photo albums
Beware of Unexpected Costs and Complications with MILK Books – I recently ordered two photo albums from MILK Books, totaling over a thousand dollars. While I anticipated a smooth experience for such a premium price, the reality was far from it. This request included submitting my Social Security number among other personal details, which I found invasive and unnecessary.
Despite resolving this issue with FedEx, who offered a simpler DocuSign solution, the process was initially made complex due to vague and unhelpful guidance from MILK's customer service. They simply advised me to "complete the attached form and send into FedEx," leaving me to figure out the specifics.
The real shock came when I received an additional invoice from FedEx for $120 for 'FedEx Express Services', despite having paid for shipping upfront. When I reached out to MILK Books, their response was far from empathetic. They referred to their Terms of Use and checkout warnings about potential extra costs due to shipping from Hong Kong, which I admit I hadn't noticed. However, their tone was dismissive, and the lack of transparency regarding such significant additional costs was frustrating.
It's disappointing that purchasing something as simple as photo albums online turned into a complex, costly ordeal. This experience has highlighted the importance of transparency and customer service quality, especially when dealing with international orders. I would advise potential customers to be wary of hidden costs and complicated processes when ordering from MILK Books.

with a date on one page and emailed within minutes of hitting the approval button for printing, MILK customer service was very helpful and immediately resolved the issue for me (Even though it was my fault).
Production was super quick and shipping was extremely quick, only 3 days to arrive to my work address in Perth.
Unfortunately the book was slightly damaged when it arrived (Had a dirty finger mark on the front linen cover which couldn't be removed) - I sent a photo to MILK who immediately ordered me a new book at no extra cost, no hesitations from them. The new book has just arrived and is absolutely flawless.
The quality of the book itself is stunning, photo pages are beautiful, as is the cover and stitching on the spine. It looks better than other friends who spent $1500+ for a professionally produced book by their wedding photographers, ours was done at a fraction of the price.
Over all, 10/10 in every way and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - I would disregard any negative reviews as my experience, was entirely positive and the after sales support was faultless.

Absolutely loved making a Milk Book! I created a mini mag for an overseas trip and love all the options for minimalistic design. The mag turned out so elegant, and the quality of it is superb. I do wish the mobile experience was a bit more user-friendly though, but I had absolutely no problem editing my project on the desktop :) Would 100% recommend!

Gosh where to start. Paid $3500 for 3 photo books. Was lied to by customer service. Just got an import bill of $700 just to allow it into Australia. Drop shipped from China - not locally made. I regret paying this extortionate amount of money just for a photo album. Costing me well over $4000. Terrible customer service. Never again. Avoid. Find a local printer that cares about their customers.

BIG price for a poor quality photo book – The quality of the product did not match even half the price I paid ($90 for 24 pics on what turned out to be a cheap book). I uploaded high resolution pictures from my DSLR and the printed quality of the photos appeared undefined and grainy. The website depicted a high end product.
