They over charge they don’t honour refunds when they have charged initially for the maximum amount of meat and they supply the smallest amount. You never see the full refund. Each item is well over priced. My organic berries came opened with a big slit in the bag. I thought this service would be good bit extremely disappointing and I’ve had problems a few times won’t use again! Show details
If I could give it a zero I would . Worst customer service both on phone and chat the guy Jay that works there honestly the rudest person I've had to deal with never again Show details

Once again, gave a chance to get it right and I am absolutely disgusted with Woolies Point Cook Town Centre. AFL grand final and order some item along with a roast chicken to have it delivered (not the driver as I was safely on his seat in the paper bag) my chicken was a mangled mess.
I've given feedback to the milk run app 3 seperate times now, and today was the last. The drivers have no care, no common sense or NO RESPECT for the paying customers. Literally the first time someone left my groceries out on the road, and crows got to it. The 2nd time it happened again accept I managed to make it to my groceries b4 the birds got… Read more
to it, and then today the driver left my bags out on the main road far from my front door???? All 7 bags right by the main road in the literal curb???? Thats done it. I've spent thousands on this app, had their drivers been more caring and delivered with respect then I would stay. But no matter how much feedback on the app you give, trash doesn't get done or nothing changes.
First time using Milkrun. An item was missing and wasn’t delivered so I called up to ask for a refund and compensation. No compensation was provided. Instead, only $6 for free delivery for my 4th order - very, very disappointing. Was escalated to a supervisor who would not budge. Won’t be a second order let me tell you! Show details
TAKE MY MONEY!! When I first used Milk Run I didn't think much of it. It was still fairly new. I decided to give them another try this week and I love it! Let's talk about the shopping. SPECIALS- I love that I can choose to view all the products in a category OR select from the SPECIALS. BUNDLES- These are fantastic! You have different meal… Read more
kits bundles that you can choose to make meal planning so much more efficient with really good prices. MINIMUM SPEND- $25-$50 (depending on your local store and location) plus a small delivery fee. Sometimes I don't need $40 worth of groceries. I only need a few basic items that usually total around $25-$30 and Milk Run is by far the best. The delivery fee is so affordable. REWARDS- Connect your Woolworths rewards card to your account and don't forget to activate all your booster rewards every week. The points build up fast allowing you to reach the discounts faster. NAVIGATING THE SITE- By far the EASIEST app to do your shopping and find what you need. TRACKING & SHOPPING- Shopping is done super fast and the tracking is great. I think the fact that Woolies online team do the shopping and the delivery person just has to collect then deliver is very effective. It leaves room for minimal order errors. Every bag or bulk item is clearly labelled with the customers name. This is great for drivers who may deal with multiple orders. Well done MILKRUN, sorry I didn't think to get pics as I wasn't expecting to want to write a review. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone that can get this service in their area.

Complaint: Friday 20th March 2026. Order invoice 26AIRS6FGBJE. Time: 9:04pm. MILKRUN delivery from Woolworths supermarket: 445 Tapleys Hill Rd, Fulham Gardens SA 5024. Tonight was the last straw! More than once I have had issues and I'm over it to be honest. Staff at this particular store are not being properly trained about taking proper… Read more
food handling procedures to prevent possible cross contamination & how to go about correctly packing!
Several times now, I have had issues regarding the people who are employed for picking the fruit and vegetables as well as the people packing the items. Each issue, I have called customer service, explained the issues, and requested the issues be escalated and measures taken to properly train staff to prevent the same situation repeating when I get my groceries delivered.
Tonight's episode is proof that management at Fulham Woolworths is not taking this matter seriously and taking steps to prevent the same problems occurring.
The issues to date: Packing loose fresh fruit and vegetables with no vegetable/fruit bags, and then packing these into the same paper bag as fresh raw chicken, raw meats! It's a careless attitude and easily avoided! As an example of tonight's delivery, I recieved one paper bag with teabags, aluminium foil, plastic containers, tin of tuna, bottle of mayonnaise etc, and the staff could have easily placed that loose fresh fruit and veg into this bag instead of the bag with the raw chicken package. Now, it sounds like simple thing to do right? So why do the staff at this particular supermarket keep consistently putting fresh produce with raw packaged meats? Did management take any of the feedback onboard from my previous multiple complaints and take steps to remedy the situations? Obviously not. If they had, this wouldn't be an ongoing issue would it?
Also from same store they previously packaged HOT roast chicken with the bag not sealed or checked, into the same paper bag as CHILLED RAW Meats! Hello?? Hot food with refrigerated food? And the chicken water from the bag and juice was all over everything! It was an absolute mess. And obviously none was edible because unsafe to consume.
Someone higher up needs to pull their finger out and do their job and stop this from happening! Where's accountability??
I'm 60 years old and when I was a teenager I worked in a supermarket and we were properly trained on what items were permitted to be packed together and what items were not to be packed together! Eg: pantry items did not get packed into same bag as frozen or refrigerator items etc. But frozen and refrigerator items were ok to be packed together. Not difficult to remember if you are trained thoroughly!
Coles and Drakes supermarkets have always packed loose fruit and vegetables into those proper fruit/veg compost bags. Neither store has ever packed hot foods with cold foods, and in fact Coles put their hot roast chicken etc into a seperate paper bag, and they have never packed fresh fruit and veg into the same bag as raw meats either.
What does this say about Woolworths? And apparently I'm told, Australia wide Woolworths customer service desk receive complaints from customers not getting their loose fresh fruit and vegetables in the fruit/veg compostable bags. Why? Who is in charge of the standards of staff training? They're not doing a very good job! A thorough investigation into store staff and training should be addressed asap. Woolworths have lost a customer.
I will shop with Coles and Drakes and avoid Woolworths altogether now.
See photos: One group of photos from one delivery was taken with the hot chicken on top of the raw meats, plus two milks seperate in ambient only bags instead of together with the cold meat.
> See photos from each delivery I made complaints about. More than once was hot cooked chicken on top of raw meats. And a couple of times loose fruit and veg thrown in with packaged raw meats, without the fruit veg bags for added protection. One delivery the packer just threw the stickers for the bags (ambient, chilled) into a bag and didn't place onto the bags. Same delivery that was the open hot chicken bag which spilled everywhere inside.
Whilst the actual Woolworths store is the problem in my review of 3 star rating overall, the customer service teams and staff are really appreciated and they do an excellent job handling complaints and I don't have a bad word to say for the customer service reps. The app itself needs improvements too. Its listings of items needs more attention. As it goes to a long list and images are small and the design isn't good.
Unavailable items are up to date too often so I order certain products for a dinner to cook that night and end up with only half the items and unable to cook that meal. Bread rolls etc are only available until a certain time. Same with hot chickens. That's annoying.
The fact they use DoorDash delivery is also a problem sometimes with incompetent delivery drivers.
MILKRUN is a very convenient app and I used them often in the past. I’ve had to stop because any perishable items were consistently so close to use by date it was not acceptable. Like a 2L milk that ran out of date the next day, chicken and steak that had 2 days left. I felt strongly that this was a way for Woolworths to get rid of old stock.
MILKRUN has been great many times until today. I placed order at 6:13 pm, Every 20 minutes the delivery time was adjusted to another half hour . At 8-01 pm I received e mail that order had been cancelled . Not impressed
The prices are a joke on here they say 50% off. Your paying full prices if they say that. 70$ for OMO!. On the woolworths app it's the same full price as half price item on milkrun.ive stopped buying from them.
Ordered milk run as I was stuck at home sick. Got everything for pizza and they sent mouldy pizza bases. And now they won’t even help me. Will never use them again. Don’t waste your time or money.

DO NOT USE! THEY ARE A RIP OFF! I ordered 2 fresh garlics from Milkrun on 29/10 and when I went to use it in cooking on Monday 3/11, I saw all the garlic was black, old and dry. I went on chat to request a refund so once they received my photo (attached), they said they were unable to refund me as the order was purchased "last month". ARE YOU… Read more
KIDDING!???!! How am I not able to get a refund for an item brought 5 days ago. Maybe don't sell me old rotten disgusting produce.
Charging 65% more in the milkrun app vs. in the store. Beware, prices are inflated in the milkrun app and woolworths is not being transparent about their pricing
From the moment the bags were dropped at my door there were problems. The uber driver told me that one of the bags were broken. As I carried the second paper bag to the kitchen that one broke as well with all my fruit and veggies flying all over the floor (obviously overfilled bags). The small order was missing 1kg pears. I complained and all they… Read more
did was refund the $3 for pears. Later I noticed that the bottle milk ($4.50)’s expiry date was literally 2 days after I had the order delivered!!! Usually there’s 2 weeks or more before the BB date. I reached out to the agent who took a long time, was barely apologetic and offered a $5 voucher as an apology. I am not impressed and will not be using this service and will be telling everyone I know to avoid. Thanks for wasting my time MILKRUN

problems. eg, Cancelled deliveries without notification. Delivery to clearly incorrect address.( Nope, they don't resend order correctly, start a new order and wait for refund from previous order). Missing items? YOU prove it!! Delivery times? Uhmm... take your chances. Substituted items NOT similar or just not substituted at all! Defeats the purpose of ordering in the first place. I have offered advice to Milkrun to allow customers the opportunity to indicate that Order is to be CANCELLED if cannot be 100% FULFILLED. Yeah right!. Totally ignored. Obviously.! Suggested to Milkrun NOT to snatch money immediately, but to wait until order contents verified when packed and correct delivery confirmed. NOPE!! Ignored again! Demanded that Milkrun stop sending almost inedible fruit and vegetables.! Asked Milkrun why their products seem to be predominantly VERY CLOSE TO USE BY OR BEST BEFORE DATE! ( Customers paying exorbitant prices, shouldn't be treated like pre-paid dumpster divers!) So called PHONE HELP SERVICE shouldn't ever be unavailable due to recorded message "WE'RE EXPERIENCING CRAZY NUMBER OF CALLS, SEND EMAIL....(or you can try one of their lazy uncaring and unco-operative online WORK FROM HOME message assistance people! e.g: I once had to Cancel my order via Message Service urgently, after 30 seconds of ordering, due to bank problem. Was told order being packed!! Hahaha.. seriously? After explaining situation, my order was eventually cancelled. But not before being berated like a 5yo child! ). Even with their so called incentives to reclaim ex customers, there is no way in hell I would return! Including Woolworths! Strictly Coles now because far less headaches (albeit not totally headache free).
Follow-up · Haven't used since my last post. However, I have gleened over their current T&C's and didn't notice anything new that might be more customer friendly.
Wish I had read all of these reviews but I placed two orders with milk run as I've been unwell both with milk and both times they said the milk was no stock ??? They're called milk run but no milk ... Just don't . Save yourselves the stress. Show details
Follow-up · Apologies to milkrun - Forgive me please : have to amend my review . Apparently I did not put a alternative tick in place so that's why my order lacked milk and bread . Since then I've tried milkrun again and it was a speedy service . Make sure you flick the alternative button to yes if you need milk and bread in a hurry or icecreams
Changed my mind about Milkrun. They totally ignored me after I sent an email to MILKRUN. I TOLD THEM THAT I AM IN HOSPITAL AND HAVE BEEN FOR AWHILE. SO I uninstalled Milk Run. Very ignorant they don't reply. Had enough of rude people
Follow-up · I am still in Hospital ok so no no order's got that

Incredibly impressed! First time user. Needed a few items fast. From confirmation of the order to delivery was 12 minutes. I’m blown away. I didn’t really think it could be so efficient. Will definitely be ordering again.
I’ve used milk run now for over a year and they have always done a great job on my order, they are a bit pricey though with an add 50 to $1 on top of the normal price with is a turn off , even on woollies specials, they only use our local Woolworths .
Using MILKRUN for grocery deliveries for more than a year. Positiv: Products always available, no replacements Reliable delivery Reasonable delivery fees Reliable delivery service Great product variety (Woolworth) MILKRUN is now my main service for groceries.

My order didn't arrive and I was charged. The driver said he delivered to 23, which is my apartment number, not my street number. I walked to #23 and there was nothing there, wasting my time. Have tried and failed with this service at least four times . Every time it is over ONE HOUR watching the driver sit in the car park of the shops while my “expected” delivery changes from 20 minutes to 25 minutes to 35 minutes to an hour and half. I wouldn’t bother using them again. They don’t even speak basic English so good luck having a conversation with anyone. Their chat help is an ai bot. Tried to call the actual driver and was told by recording “this door dash number no longer works” make of that what you will. Waited to speak to an actual person who couldnt find my order and questioned if I’d ordered off the app or not. That was ridiculous as well. And I heard her car door close so she isn’t working from an office anywhere. Zero support Zero service DONT BOTHER

Absolute joke, they’ll give you terrible substitutes that make no sense; make you tick no substitutes every time and have a no refund policy. Don’t bother with MilkRun. Show details
Poor service. Twice my eggs have been delivered broken. One time half a dozen were all completely broken. When I reached out to them about it to have my money refunded I was told NO. Twice i have ordered cumin spice no stock available and I was substituted with coriander. That's ridiculous!!! if I wanted that spice I would have ordered it. I thought substitutions meant like for like. Never using them again!!!
The service used to be good. But of late the times have gotten longer and longer. Now with my latest order, the driver picked up the order. - I live about 6 mins from the store - 30 mins I was still waiting, so I checked the tracking. I will say from the outset that I have not actually had a Milkrun order ... and at the very highly inflated prices,I would never use them!
