No wonder this company has gone bankrupt. The quality of the products are horrendous, worse than SHEIN. Now that the company has gone into liquidation I'm unable to return anything and get a refund. The shipping was also really slow (5 weeks). The product came from China not Australia. Show details

Wish I had read all the reviews! Sheet sets are NOT 2000TC even though stated – I ordered 4 sets of king size sheets at 2000TC. They are NOT 2000TC at all, they are thin and flimsy, I'm so disappointed! I've also bought some clothing and now I'm worried after reading everyone else's reviews. It's been nearly 2 weeks and if I don't get what I ordered in another week I'm going to call my bank and get a stop put on the items. Wish I had known how many problems there were with this company.

Appalling fabric quality – Purchased Full length Pants #2063536 15/11/2024. These pants with a composition of 69% polyester, 29% linen and 2% cotton were washed 4 times by hand before any intention to wearing them because the first wash left large deposits of fibres in the tub. Even on the fourth wash I could pick up chunks of fibres and fluff from the edges of the tub.… Read more

This has a terrible impact on the waterways or waste water system. The item cannot be washed with other clothes. The slacks leave trails of fibres in the house and on other clothes. More importantly, such profuse breaking up of fibres released to the atmosphere is a serious health hazard. This quality of clothing is appalling whether at its regular price of $55 or $20 on Millers regular specials. I suggest Millers conduct quality checks from their manufacturers, as they will soon be facing a very big lawsuit underpinned by death by polyster fibres clogging up the lings or airways. Any attempt to return the item after washing would be rejected. Buyers of Millers clothing be aware!

Lost Luggage – Milano Premium 3-Piece Luggage Set - order date 22/04/2024. After numerous generic emails, I have been informed that my order is lost in transit. Instead of sending another order of the same product I have been advised that I will receive a refund and then to order again as they still have the product in stock. Only now it is not the sale price I purchased it for. No guarantee that it won't get lost again.

mother, when she goes into the store will be told she has to spend $100 of her own money on top (ie $200 worth of goods) to be able to redeem the $100 gift card. It stinks and has recently been on A Current Affair. This is apparently legal, but who would do this?! Original review - recently ordered some items I knew I wanted but couldn't find in my local Millers which I frequent often! I read reviews on here after spending $90 on 2 pr jeans and 2 lovely tops (everything discounted!). I thought oh my God, this stuff will never arrive. My heart sank when I got an email from their parent company Mosaic/ Noni B saying there could be delays and maybe multiple consignments. Well, within a week I got my items, all correct items and size, looking like they'd never been tried on, wrapped in plastic like from a dry cleaners! Just want to reassure everyone.

Not happy poor customer service – Goods arrived in dirty packaging and one dress has holes surrounded by black markings. I have asked for help regarding replacement I have provided photos but customer service non existent.

POORLY SEWN – Easy ordering process online BUT then products were so poorly made. Ordered 3x Katies Tiered Shift Dresses. Pockets not sewn incorrectly, sew lines so close to the edge of fabric throughout the dress that one gentle pull and the seams came apart. Had to re-sew necklines to keep the lining in place. Re-sewed the tiers on. Apparently reduced from $89.99. Not worth the $25 I paid and definitely not worth $90. Come on Millers!

Irresponsible and contrived – It's really no wonder they are in admin. Customer service is terrible. And illogical. comparison"!?!? I wrote back and asked them what that was supposed to be as I had nothing to compare to (look, if it doesn't fit, it doesn't fit!) They then wrote back to me and stated this: "Please be advised that our stores do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases made with the payment method of PayPal or Afterpay." SERIOUSLY? They didn't say that at first! And I've returned before and I always use PayPal! Just a very suss, wiggly attempt to get out of return. I'm sure this must violate Australia's retail return rights code somehow! They don't say that anywhere on the website or Returns policy. And, as stated in another Review here, I'd have to pay $15 to return. "Contrived avoidance" ... they know we won't return that way, so they keep the $$ and we dispose of the merchandise. They just make it up as they go! I just wanted to exchange a badly sized top. They say on their website, "Easy Returns" ... really??? No wonder they can't make it work with irresponsible behaviour like this. Give 'em a wiiiidddde berth!

Very disappointed in sizing – Bought 7 pieces of clothing on line. Only 3 can be worn because of sizing. Ordered 4 size 12 blouses. All are to fit sizes 16-18 so CANNOT wear. One pair of crop pants to fit size 12 but they are more like a 14. Another pair of crop pants size 12 fitted well. One short sleeved top size 12 is between a 12 and a 14. Poor customer service – Placed a click and collect order stock not available to collect in store took 11 Days for delivery. As I no longer required the items as I went to the store to buy. I have returned the items. I have not heard if the package has been received this was sent on 15th June. They don’t respond to emails at all. Only offer AfterPay for online shopping. Online gift card fail – Trying to order online with gift card given as present. Store said it was able to be used online. Operator every second word, I'm sorry, they will get back to me in 3-4 days. Asked to speak to supervisor conveniently on break after wait on phone. Reminded her supervisor has to be available. They are the ones that have closed all the stores. Asked for refund on gift card useless to me.

place, a size 12 was too small, a size 14 was too large, the jacket didn't fit at all, went to a Miller store to exchange the jacket, unfortuntately they could not exchange as they didn't have the item. I was told I could pick something else which was good but their range of clothing is not very interesting. I'm giving 2 stars because I was able to swap one of my purchase over in store, the other items I am donating to charity, customer service in store was good. Millers really need to step up with producing better quality clothing and not mass produce to sell cheap, it shows and its poor. Not sure how they are staying afloat, just cheap cheap cheap.

Worst shopping experience – Purchased cardigan which was too big. Returned the next day for exchange, but smaller size unavailable. Could not get refund, I would have settled for credit note, but this was not allowed either because I did not have receipt...even though I am a member and the sale was registered to me on their computer. Easy to buy, hard to return – Don't expect a refund from the miller's store if you buy online using BPay or credit card. You will need to spend a further $12.95 postage to return. If the item is reduced you can't exchange or return at all. Never again, lesson learned. Show details
