i can only say positive things about Ana at Mimco DJ and Dani at Mimco Myers both at Chadstone. They have always been incredibly helpful and supportive to me. They both know the Mimco brand really well. Mimco are very lucky to have both of them who are brilliant.

for a 'structured' bag as per some others like the D-Vine Tote Bag in Saffiano leather, this bag is very soft if indeed leather and I see it will not last long! There is No signature lining just a cheap black Indian cotton? The internal slip pocket for a phone sits far to close to the zip catching when closing bag, and cannot put phone sideways, pocket should be deeper in the bag. And what has often annoyed me, no foot studs or reinforcements to protect the bottom as you would expect for a bag designed to stand up, and at a price range $399.95 AUD! Sadly this bag will be returned as I see more and more these days that Mimco is lacking in quality and this bag is proof. I have been buying Mimco products for many years supporting an Australian brand, but now I feel clearly with NO quality control, leading into fast fashion with a high end price tag, its an item that will end up in landfill! I think its a need to start looking elsewhere! Mimco you have lost your quality and class!

Super disappointed. It wasn’t a cheap backpack, and the black leather is peeling around the handle and straps. It isn’t even a year old. These ‘designer’ brands need to do better. And they don’t let you leave reviews on their website.
Excellent customer service – I shop at the Mimco kiosk store in Joondalup and Nicole is always extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products. I have bought accessories, jewellery and bags and have always been very happy with my purchases. I love my Shield shoulder bag. It’s the perfect hold all bag for work. I highly recommend Mimco for both style and quality.
Bag hardly used – The buckle fell apart on my expensive Mimco bag, rendering the bag totally useless. Although the bag was out of warranty it was rarely used. The response I received from Afshar via online chat: “When a purchase is returned for a refund, any reward used on that purchase is forfeited and not reinstated. In the future, you can retain your reward by opting for an exchange instead of a refund.” If this policy had been clearly explained in-store, I would have chosen an exchange instead of a "refund". The customer service agent apologized but offered absolutely no resolution. I like Mimco’s designs, especially the jewelry, but this experience has been totally unexpected. It makes me question why some Australian fashion brands struggle to match the service standards of reputable global brands. Unfortunately, this experience marks the end of my purchases from Mimco.

Gives me a case number and says someone will contact me in a few hours. Case number? I don't have time for this!!! Nonetheless hopeful about the email that's coming. Sure enough an email does come from customer service with the same case number but advising due to high volume THERE MAY BE A SEVEN DAY DELAY BEFORE I GET RESPONSE. So that's two people whose orders they've screwed up pre xmas - and that's supposed to be ok - we'll try to get back to you in 7 days. What they should have done - had an actual person available to say we're sorry about that we'll courier the missing item out now. That's what you would expect from a premium brand. Very disappointed in Mimco’s customer service. They send you the wrong item and then make you jump through hoops to arrange a refund. Shaik from the online customer service is unhelpful in resolving issues and takes a considerable amount of time to process a request.

Solar tote. This bag arrived in what can only be described as used condition. Not new as sold. No protective stickers to hardware. returned the bag and was sent a replacement. The replacement arrived the same. It was squashed into a box too small so super creased. No protection anywhere, damaged foot, straps hung etc. Anyway, CX offered a discount (which the bag had been on sale for before, so still nothing more than you could have got for a brand new bag) and small good will gesture voucher which they would credit to my mince acc. I said, I don’t want a good will gesture as won’t be coming back, just refund the total of the two and call it done. Normally I would have returned a bag in this condition, however this bag was now out of stock and as I already had the same bag in the black and ivory, I wanted to complete the set. CX basically refused the request and just refunded their initial offer and told me about it after the fact. So basically, no opportunity for me to object. Very poor show in my opinion. Easy online ordering with Mimco – I have bought several items online from Mimco. Great specials and fast delivery. Packaging could be improved though. I bought 3 leather pouches and only received protective bags for two of them. Would of liked them for all 3 as they wete gifts. Their refund policy should be longer for online orders too.
